This place is FILTHY. It's shameful that Chipotle would let any of their franchises be left in this state. I've never seen anything like it. And apparently management doesn’t care about negative reviews since they have only 2.5 stars and it doesn’t look like things are improving. Even the music; Chipotle franchise has the music they’re supposed to play and the staff just puts a speaker with their hip hop to drown out the restaurant music. Chaos on every level.

I found a white hair in my food while I was eating. I like the food at Chipotle, but things like this make me never want to come back. I don’t recommend this location.

My boyfriend and I went to this chipotle on Wednesday at 8pm because I was really hungry and I was checking out what I could get until a short girl had come up to me and told me that they were closed and so I left to buy something else and I had come back and sat near the chipotle and I noticed that the employees there were serving food to other people and so I had one of my friends go up and ask if they were closed and a guy there had told her that they weren’t but they were only excepting cash but since I had already bought food from somewhere else I just didn't buy anything from there this is very disappointing because I would have been fine with paying with cash but the girl had lied to me and I find that very rude not only did she lie but after I left she didn’t even tell everyone else the same thing she just took there order

During our visit, we noticed homeless were allowed to come inside and repeatedly take free drinks. This created an uncomfortable and unsanitary environment for other customers. We were trying to enjoy our meal but felt uneasy with someone continuously roaming around us and the restaurant grabbing drinks. I hope management can find a way to ensuring a clean, comfortable space for paying guests.

Chipotle is dead. Tiny portions, half scoops of everything. You point — they give you nothing. Guacamole is an extra charge for one sad spoon. Asked for more — staff gets attitude. Manager comes out and says “this is correct”. So being cheap is policy now. Overpriced. Greedy. You leave hungry. Way better places nearby. Don’t come here.

About this place

If a manager or supervisor, sees this, please revise your staff because something needs to be done urgently and you definitely need to fire some people . The rudest people work there, like literally almost one after another they are disgustingly rude, and unbearably shameless. There is a large team working there, meaning a lot of staff members and perhaps I’ve seen two employees only that were nice or normal. Other than that, it’s literally unbelievable how bad they are, and they have no shame in correcting their behavior or apologizing or feeling bad. At the beginning I thought that they perhaps had a bad day or it’s extremely busy and it’s very hard to work under those demands that come with a busy place, but you can tell that it’s just how they are because no matter what you say or don’t say or do/do not do, their behavior doesn’t change and they feel no remorse/ regret in behaving that way at all. They also overcharged me by adding to the order, and when I went back, they kind of refused to help, and they threw it in my face that it’s not them, that it was I don’t know who, and upon insisting, and having the “I don’t know who” asked about it, he refused to cooperate and couldn’t care less About the situation. So like I said, no matter what your problem is over there or your request, the treatment you’re receiving is at its worst. I simply don’t know how they work there, how are they allowed to?

This was genuinely disgusting. While at the Chipotle in Aventura on Saturday, we saw a cockroach crawling on the wall near the drink station where customers grab napkins. That area is constantly used and should be kept clean at all times. Seeing that completely ruined our appetite, and we ended up throwing our food away. If this is what’s visible to customers, it honestly begs the question of what the back kitchen looks like. This is a serious sanitation issue and completely unacceptable. Management needs to address this immediately. Google only lets you attach photos, but I have a video.

This location was extremely dirty, and the customer service was terrible. The employees had bad attitudes, and they were out of basic items like ice, cheese, and chicken. The meat looked old and gross, and the condiments were a mess. Everything was just vile. I’ve been to many Chipotles and have never had such a bad experience.

Genuinely every single time I go here something goes wrong and I have a bad experience but last night was by far the worst. I don't know what the policies are with smoking but the employee that "helped" us was not on the same planet as us. Kept mumbling, staring off into the distance smiling by himself, super small portions and when it came time to check out he just left the food and went back to the rice station to smile to himself again. No one came to check us out for a good minute and/or even spoke a word. Employees need to work on customer service and being present.

Kinda sad. I love this chain but the tables were not cleaned. Right before dinner they were out of a lot of food items. Most the beverages were empty. The ppl behind the counter were short patient. The staff looked like they were one sigh away from flatlining—no eye contact, no energy, and frankly, I was debating whether I should call a doctor or just order guac. The vibe wasn’t just low—it was subterranean. Oh, and the cherry on top? The AC was broken. Nothing says “enjoy your lukewarm burrito” quite like sweating through your T-shirt while the soda machines sit there as decorative art pieces. Nobody bothered to tell us until after we’d committed. Because apparently, surprise! dehydration is part of the dining experience. I left wondering if I should get a refund, a tetanus shot, or just therapy. Chipotle corporate, if you’re reading this—send help. And maybe some Gatorade.

We had a very upsetting experience at this Chipotle that honestly left us with a bad taste not because of the food, but because of the treatment we received. My wife and I went there to eat on Wednesday, August 6th, around 4:00 p.m. Everything was going fine until my wife went to get utensils at the station where the napkins and drinks are, and noticed there were no knives available. She kindly approached the male cashier, a young man who was working at the register to ask for help, and was met with a rude, disrespectful, and dismissive attitude, she was polite in her request and simply needed a knife to be able to eat. Instead of helping, the young man looked at her with disdain and responded in a way that was completely inappropriate, as if asking for a knife was some kind of burden. She came back to the table visibly upset and ended up in tears from the humiliation she felt. It’s unbelievable that someone working in customer service would treat a person like that just for asking for basic help. I truly don’t understand how someone like this can represent your brand. We weren’t asking for anything more than basic human decency and sadly, we didn’t find that here. We left the restaurant deeply hurt by how my wife was treated. We hope no one else has to go through a similar experience. I sincerely hope the management takes this seriously. This is not just about fast food it’s about how people are treated.

This Chipotle in Aventura is absolutely disgusting. The place was very dirty, and to make it worse, I saw a roach crawling on the glass and walking right by the pico de gallo. Instead of stopping service or addressing the issue properly, the worker just pushed it onto the ground and killed it. That’s beyond unsanitary and unacceptable for a restaurant.

On a Sunday night this place was empty at 7:00. They were out of multiple meats. The workers were just standing around doing very little. Ice, napkins, all special drinks and most fountain drinks were all out. Tables dirty and the works were rude when we simply asked them to clean a table and fix the coke dispenser.

I visit this location quite often and honestly my experience is never consistent. They skimp you out on the protein by a lot and if you request a little more , you get charged which is why I stopped doing it and settled for least minimum protein. The taste of the food is salty one day and bland another. The quality of the chicken is disgusting. I chewed on a small bone or what ever that was…also I had fatty chicken pieces as well. Not to mention the big chunks of onions in the guac.

The workers were so rude. The manager needs to be here at nights. Every thine I have gone it has been so bad. Always MESSY. RUDE EMPLOYEES WHO ARE CARELESS TEENAGERS They were busy talking to eachother rather than taking our orders and texting on their phones. They ignored us and the people in front of us for a solid 5 minutes. The man in front of me asked if they were working because this discussion was not work related. No greeting from any of them when we walked in and no form of customer service. Also they were out of sauce I usually use which was disappointing because last three times they were also OUT OF KEY INGREDIENTS such as guacamole AND queso. MANAGEMENT SHOULD BE ASHAMED.
