Love Round Table Gourmet Veggie Pizza...!! I've been to several locations ...in CA This area was a littke to small..The food is the same quality 👌 😋 Customer Service is very nice and friendly if every in the area again I will definitely stop bye.

One employee in particular, a young female who works at the front desk, is always so attentive and pleasant— she deserves some recognition because she makes that environment that much more enjoyable.

They had no ice in the ice machine even though there's a Vons literally right next door to the place they couldn't even go grab a bag of ice for the ice machine which is ridiculous the pizza was cold and hard and we paid way too much for it so yeah might want to try another one this one's going downhill.

I don't know what the kitchen looks like but the tables were grimy and the benches (seats) have so much food and other things in the crevices it looked like no one had done a thorough clean up in months. Simply the employees don't care about cleanliness as long as the customer gets their order. Pizza was okay.

Food was good, Pepsi tasted correct. However they do not understand customer comfort. It was way too warm in the dining area. The back area for parties was even hotter. There were maybe two booths that you could feel air when the AC came on. But still too warm. Temp was supposedly set to 78 but felt warmer. If there had been more people in here it would have been completely unbearable instead of making us sleepy due to the heat. When I left I checked the thermostat and it was set to 92. And it was at least 10 degrees cooler outside when we left. Next time we will go to Baskin Robbins, working AC and its ice cream - way better than pizza.

The worst service ever. I've been a customer for twenty years. Ordered a pizza for delivery as I have many times. Was told it was going to be 45 minutes by the not-to-sharp kid on the phone. We walked our dogs, and went further than normal, so I called in 30 minutes and gave them my cell as I as wanted to be courteous to the driver. I literally ran back home, leaving my wife with the dog in the dark so I could catch the driver. I get a call from them that the manager said they changed their delivery area, and I'm two blocks outside of where they go now. This is after 45 minutes mind you, when my food is supposed to arrive. I said "Well then, don't deliver next time, but bring me this one." Make sense? Nope. They leave me stranded with no dinner and a steaming resentment. I said let me speak to the manager. There is no manager. Can you believe the lack of concern? It baffles me that somebody can be so pompous. What they don't know is the business I own IS in their delivery area, and we have sales reps do training there, and they've been supplying the pizzas. No more. Go to Blaze Pizza in The Village. It's cheaper, fresher, tastier, and they don't have dolts there. These Round Table jerk-offs did me a favor.

Rudest experience ever!! I arrived at 9:30 to pick up my food waited 45 minutes to get the food 10:15 by the time I got it. They close at 10:00 but had special event full house of 30 people. Once I got my food at 10:15 I open up the box and took one bite of the slice and I was order out and kick out of building in front of the entire crowd people very aggressively by cashier. Super rude would never come back because experience was not welcoming.

I recently visited Round Table, and unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The service I received was notably poor, largely due to the behavior of one particular staff member. This lady was incredibly curt and unhelpful throughout the transaction process. What made the situation worse was her unwillingness to address simple questions or concerns without engaging in unnecessary arguments. To add to the frustration, the restaurant hours displayed clearly indicated that they closed at 11 PM, yet this staff member insisted they were closing at 10 PM, which led to further confusion and dissatisfaction. Overall, the combination of rude service and incorrect information about closing times significantly marred my visit. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements to ensure a better customer experience in the future.

I have made the order online for a Medium pizza which says be there in 18 mins for pick up.. I have been waiting here for 45 minutes because they made a mistake making my pizza.. they havent even told me until I ask why its taking so long. Do not like the customer service. They need to inform the customer or make some sort of compensation. Not happy at all!
