One of my favorite restaurants when I want to get a quick healthy choice for a sandwich or pizza. My favorite is the fiesta chicken on wheate with everything on it or the pesto chicken pizza. Reasonable price and friendly associates in the two spots where I usually order: Bay Area and Fuqua.

The crew loves Schlotzsky's sandwiches, and pizzas. Soups too, and oh yeah... the cinnamon rolls. Sweet tea isn't too sweet either. They also still have my favorite sandwich (not on the menu though). ...the Albuquerque turkey! ...gotta try it, but it may only be Texas Gulf Coast stores.

Amazing service! The owner was so helpful and friendly. He is the sweet kind that got busy cleaning the floors and pitched in with the rest of the staff. We left and he came out side just to wish us a great day. The food was made to perfection and was so so good!

We visited this location on 6-13-21 @ 12:30p and ordered at the drive through. The employee working there at that time was very polite, professional and helpful. The food we received was of the best quality we have ever had at any other time and location.

This placed is AWESOME. We made an order for a party. It was done ON TIME and they even have us a little extra. The manager/person handling the order even apologized for not having it ready when we arrived 15 minutes early. We WILL be back!

A thousand times better than subway; the French dip is my favorite. A perfect step above normal fast food without getting into the territory of a more expensive craft eatery. Building is new and clean, staff are attentive.

I am a firm believer that Schlotzsky's is the best sandwich in the fast food industry. This location is pretty new and very clean. My family always gets the original which they love. I love the alburquerque Turkey sandwich on jalapeno bread. They also have really good jalapeno chips. They are hot but good flavor. So if you want a real sandwich come to Texas's own Schlotzsky's!

Wonderful staff! Didn't hesitate to accomplish my special request - I needed my sandwiches disassembled so that I could take them home with me to Alabama. Sure wish the stores in Auburn, Al and Columbus, Ga hadn't been closed!

Had the pleasure of being served by the manager Ashley, she made a great off the menu suggestion which was one of the best sandwiches i have ever had! Great customer service! I heard her address a few people by name as they came in as well. I highly recommend you ask Ashley for some of her sandwich ideas, you wont regret it.

Just wanted to say that the manager, Ashley was very helpful! I placed a large catering order for pick up and she was so nice and took care of my order for me. She had to run out to do other catering orders before I got there to pick mine up but even gave me a call personally and checked to make sure I got everything alright. Everything was perfect and everyone loved it. All the employees were super nice as well and helped me take everything to my car. I really appreciated everything they did for me.

I tried their chicken tortilla soup. It was not over spiced. The temperature of the soup was piping hot which went well on a cold day.

This is the best Schlotzsky’s I’ve had in a long time. I’ve been four different times and the food and service have been consistently great.

Had the best experience with Albert. He asked about the food, the experience, took our trays from our table after we were done, cleaning and touching up drinks area, cleaning tables, trash bins, windows and took care of the customers. I honestly thought he was the owner. As a business owner myself, he did everything as a owner would and should do. We will definitely be back soon!

Listen the schlotzsky's is reliable there was a mistake with my sandwich and I went inside and handed it to the manager I believe was Ashley at the time and she took care of it she was so nice and polite she reassured me that everything was just a mess up and things happen and I understand that I have worked fast food before the place looks nice and clean and she was just so nice I never had a manager treat me so well

I’ve been to this location a few times and every time I’ve been there and Julita helps me, I get the best service. I used to be a restaurant manager and I wish I had a full staff of Julitas. I worked at a Schlotzsky’s in college, so I obviously think the food is great, but getting great service with a smile always makes the experience even better.

Love this place. The sandwiches are amazing. Love their customer service and how fast they are at the drive thru. I haven’t tried anything else besides the sandwiches but I am sure everything else should be good. They are a bit on the pricey side but the quality of the food makes it worth it. If you were to go to subway you’ll be paying about the same and their quality isn’t as great as here.

We love stopping by Schlotzsky's after doctor appointments, it's conveniently located and always a great experience. The store is consistently clean, the food is fresh, and the service is quick and friendly. We usually order through the app for even faster pickup, which makes everything super easy. Everything we’ve tried has been delicious, but the Strawberry Chicken Salad is a standout, fresh, flavorful, and huge (I can never finish it in one sitting). The flatbreads are also excellent and always perfectly made. Highly recommend this location for a quick, satisfying meal with great service.

Quick, clean, and friendly service. They're known for sandwiches but their salads are great...and portions are large. Also, try the tea; it's really good.

HUGE improvement over the old location with far better and more helpful employees working here not to mention much cleaner and more appealing place to eat . Can be kinda slow at times , but the food always tastes amazing and sometimes it takes time to make good food.

This Schlotsky's moved locations into a brand new building and it is very nice. It's clean, the food is good, and the staff is friendly. All food is a la carte, meaning you can no longer get a sandwich, chips and a drink for a combo price, so I think it makes it a little pricey. Also, this new location is tight ln space, so if the dive thru gets full and you parked and went jnside, you might not be able to back out and leave. Choose your parked space carefully.

Food quality is good. Would be 5 star but often times the tables are not clean and the hot sauce bottles need cleaned on the tables.

The original is always good! The vinegar chips taste exactly like Lays chips, like eating seasoned cardboard. I do not appreciate that they had a tip jar outside of the drive thru. They probably have tip jars inside too. IMO

This place is very convenient and fresh food. One thing missing for me is tea or coffee to have with tasty Cinnabon. That would make my day. I can perhaps go n get coffee from Dunkin'next door,but that's leaving money on the table for schlotzsky. Otherwise it is great place.

Right next door to Dunkin', which was not open for dine-in when we went—but Schlotzky's is. We went here on a Friday afternoon. Nice, quiet place to sit and work. There are power receptacles at some tables for your devices. When you're really in the mood for something sweet, there are Cinnabons a plenty here. I had the turkey salad, and while it's not earth-shattering amazing, it's a very nice mix of ingredients. Initially, when I learned about this place, I found their website says they carry gluten-free pizza. That caught my interest, since not many joints around the Bay Area/El Camino area have nice gluten-free pizza. I called, and while they (yes, this Schlotzky's) thought they carried it, after asking for several days in a row, it seems like they don't get shipments of that crust. Oh well. I NEARLY was impulsive to give them 2 stars for not being as advertised online (I mean about the pizza—nothing else!), but I'm glad I held off on it, because when we came in here, we actually ended up enjoying the dining experience that it doesn't matter as much either way.

Salad is pretty big and delicious. Great place to eat soups. Food is so great to the point that they ran out of ingredients and items to prepare a dish. Although the current staff is not enough to serve a high volume of clients still they keep a great attitude and give good service. First time I see the napkins containers empty and trashcan overflowing. Sign that they were really busy before I got there.

Went on Sunday waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru and the young lady at the window was cold and unpleasant. No apology for the long Walt.

Typical of the brand. Had a short wait but the food came out as ordered and tasted as expected. Staff was courteous and the location was well maintained.

It's not horrible. The soups were good. Sandwich meat was dry, and it wasn't the greatest.

Soup was good just had to take off some of the piled on green onion on my potato soup. My salad was a combination of there southwest salad and a Cobb salad which is what I actually ordered. So that tells me someone didn't know what they were doing or messed up my order and still gave me a messed up order. Which I guess is better than most of the time they are out of something.

Just like everywhere it seems...price is going up and quality is going down. They took out half of the proteins in the sandwich. Should get a halfway decent sandwich for $7

They actually have a tip jar at the window for something they supposed to be doing to start with management is too cheap to pay their employees so they have to ask for tips

Picked up Turkey Original which is sliced in half .. but as soon as I unwrapped sandwich both halves of bun were broke in middle of bun ( don't know why as I had just got it) and it was almost impossible to pick up. One very small piece of pastrami and turkey and full of lettuce . Whoever made this sandwich did not do a good job whatsoever. Being that it was falling apart I couldn't finish it.

One of the worst Schlotzsky's in the Clear Lake area. Stale bread, less than fresh fixings, and skimpy portions on the sandwiches. Also, not clean at all.

They seem to always get the order wrong.. Sometimes the food isn't warm also(can tell it's pre-made)

It was not good.i was disappointed in the service. All of about 75% of the tables were dirty.Asked the young man at the counter to please wipe some tables down and he said he was by himself and he would get to it when he could, but never did even though I ate there..

I tried to get something from their drive thru on a break between rain during Harvey because I needs to get ice and I saw they were open. In actuality they had been closed for the 30 mins I waited in the drive thru line. I had driven by a ton of places and they where the only one and they had a line AROUND THE BUILDING and letting people sit there in their cars waiting to order while they where closed. No one came out to say anything. No one apologized, I tried to get the franchise owners name and number but they wouldn’t give it to me. I know this is about a few months ago. But I am still really upset about the fact they let us all sit there and wait 30 mins to roll up the the drive thru and be told they are closed. When you could have had the manager come out and tell us.

This is for the cinnabon order. Terrible at best. Ordered a center of the bun and not only was it room temperature, it was hard as a rock. I thought about going back but didn't because I was already a couple of miles away and really needed to make an appointment I had.

Decided to stop in this new store to get my meals for night shift...ordered a salad and medium sandwich to go...waited from 4:38pm to 4:56pm watching two orders after me get served then had to ask for a refund to prevent being late for work. Wouldn't have been so bad except there were 4 trainers sitting at a table instead of helping customers!!! What a poor example for their new hires!!!

DO NOT COME to this location if you plan on using a coupon online. It always says Temporarily unavailable. They have not worked since this location has opened about 8 months or so now. They keep telling me they are 'Trying to fix this"..for 8 months!! They do not want you to use any coupons here at all. Ask to see a manager , they always say they will not be in until later tonight and they can't get a hold of them on the phone either. Yea................right! Stay away, cheaper better deals and the food made here is only average quality and small.

Will never be eating here again. Just got kicked out as I was taking a bite of my food because they close at 9, completely understandable but it’s unacceptable to kick customers out. We were told “we are closed now you can finish your couple bites but after that y’all have to leave”.

I tried to go on Sunday for a quick dinner at 6:30 pm and the cashier was standing outside smoking and told me that it was closed even though the restaurant hours say that it closes at 7:00 pm. Just bad customer service. Most restaurants stop serving at the time posted, but this one stops 30 min before.

Did a curbside order around 6 PM. Went to location, that has no designated location for curbside. When we called to inform we were there, the lady who answered spoke so fast I couldn't understand her at first. Then was very short on phone, said that she would walk it out when she had a moment because she was only one there. I understand that, but An eta or if you can come inside would've been appreciated. Then I went inside, not greeted and had to ask when her when she walked by if I could pick up my order. She said when she had a min to bag it. Again, simple customer service skills like we are just finishing up your order would've made the experience not as terrible Overall, not very friendly and wouldn't recommend this location, at least for dinner time.

Great if you love your trays slammed down, chips thrown at you, and being treated like you are the biggest inconvenience. The person at the front needs some serious customer service training. I will never be back here again! The crazy part is it wasn't even busy! I could empathize it the building was at capacity.

They lie about issuing refunds. Don't expect your money back. They will say it takes a few days. 10+ days later, you will still be waiting for something that isn't coming.

Hello! I came into the restaurant and ordered some food today and it was very good. However, the service was sub par and what I witnessed the staff address another customer I think should be looked into. I am trying to reach the customer service department or corporate office. If someone from the district office would tell me how to contact them. I think you need to know how the service at that location is. I personally saw 2 customers walk out and one of them told me he has walked out before because of the lack of friendliness and wait times. Your company has a problem at this location.

Stopped to dine in with my family at 8:45pm and was asked by the lady taking my order if I was going to dine there and when I told her yes she told me we close in 10 minutes. I told her I checked online and google said this location closes at 9:30pm she then replied that it’s incorrect and they close at 9:00pm. She literally ran us off after we ordered our food. Very poor customer service and will never dine at this location again and I will make sure to tell my friends and family NOT to dine there.

If I could give negative stars for service I would. We pulled up to the drive thru after getting out of the hospital the lady working the drive thru obviously didn't want to take our order. She seemed to be perturbed at any question we asked. When asked if they had sweet tea her snarky response was " for a little while." Needless to say we didn't finish our ourder and left. No wonder the parking lot was empty.

The employee would not accept my phone number for a reward and asked for a code (which isn't provided because it is point based). The app wouldn't work and the employee was so rude (and incorrect about a code), that we aren't having Schlotzsky's today....

Service is so slow during lunch. I'm never coming to this location on my lunch break again. How long does it really take to put together a sandwich? I'm not ordering some hard French cuisine. I sat there in the lobby for 26 minutes. My break was for 30 smh. Never coming back

Pulled up to the drive-thru and saw signs posted on the menu. We went to the window to order two cinnamon rolls, but Sarai opened it looking irritated and rudely said they don’t take orders there. She told us to come inside, where she took her time and was just as unfriendly. The store only had one other customer, so her attitude was surprising. When I asked for the manager’s name and number, she said it was Amber but wouldn’t give the number. Very disappointing experience.

Ordered Strawberry Chicken Salad. I get this salad all the time at the location intersection of hwy 8 tollway and Interstate 45. However this location the salad was barely edible. The strawberries are slimy and mushy. Picked them out. The croutons are not the Schlotzsky's ones. It came in Styrofoam container that gave me maybe about 60% of what I normally get and this is not a cheap salad. Today my stomach was queasy because of my migraine and this was the only thing that sounded good. I'm not eating it. I got about 3 bites in and just couldn't do it. Very disappointed. The menu outside was taped together. I had to gain the attention of the staff in the drive through b4 they knew I was there after about 3-4 minutes. The lady was very nice but the restaurant not impressed one bit. Never going back to that one.
