He actually seemed like he wanted to be there which is huge these days. He engaged in conversation and seemed interested in our hobbies (we came in with a horse trailer) and wasn’t just there for a paycheck. He took our order with speed, accuracy, and a smile. Once we were done, he took the time to ask how our food was which added an extra personal touch. When we left, we realized we had lost my husband’s phone in the parking lot and he helped us attempt to locate it with his phone. While we were unable to locate the phone, Jared’s willingness to go above and beyond to help us was unmatched! Whatever you’re paying him - it needs to be higher! He’s an absolute asset to your organization. Don’t let him go!

I ordered a Tailgate (25 tenders) & a few sides on the App for Carryout. My order was hot & ready when I arrived. When I picked up the large paper bag to carry my order out, the bag ripped & my tailgate sadly landed upside down on the floor. The staff was quick to accommodate. They cleaned up & promptly made a new order for me. Always treated well here.

Absolutely love the product, albeit a chain. It's one of the better ones for sure. Upon this visit, something happened and we waited a little bit for our food (not really long) and a staff member apologized upon bringing our food to our table and then another shift leader brought us a few gift cards towards a future visit. There was no need for this kindness & care but it was appreciated & noted. Just another great example of the service, food & quality we always get from Canes. Cheers!

Omg! Since this place opened I have been hooked! The chicken is so moist and the crust so golden and crunchy...and that Cane's sauce- don't get me started! I recieved the best service from a staff member named Liberty at the drive thru. She had us rolling in laughter in the car while we waited the 2 seconds to get our food! She made the experience! 10/10 would reccomend! *edit: Have been back repeatedly and have yet to be let down! Liberty is usually in the window to greet me along with Kat and Carina. Always a pleasure!

Chicken was hot and fresh but a little bland for my taste. Maybe a little more "secret sauce " but these are minor things. Service was as fast as possible. Very clean dining room. Overall great experience.

I was really impressed with this location! My husband, kids and myself ate here today and the dining room was very clean. Service was fast and friendly. After my kids were done eating their food, a gentleman manager walked around with a basket of merchandise letting my kids and all other kids in the dining room pick out some free merchandise. He even made sure that my daughter who is nonverbal and couldn’t vocalize that she wanted merchandise even got something. Definitely great customer service!

The chicken strips were really good, the fries came out hot and crispy. I didn't expect to love the cane sauce as much as I did, considering it looked like a dressed up ranch. It isn't ranch at all. It's kind of a spiced gravy sauce instead. I want to dip everything in that sauce. I'll be coming back every time I'm in cleburne and have some extra time.

All of these locations have a high standard of service and product. This meal was no different. All of the employees that I've interacted at all the locations are friendly, work friendly. The lady whom I interacted with today, was so classically sweet, is why I'm writing this. Everything was great, the food, as you can see, the dining area was clean, the drink/condiment counter was clean, everything was great but her demeanor just generally made me happy.

Was a absolute pleasure I live in a town called Bristol Virginia and the closest raising cane's was about 2 hours away so I had never tried it before i came to Texas and was really wanting to try it since I seen the sign for it so I decided to do so it was some of the best service and chicken ever I had heard a lot of great things about this place I can't remember the works name but she gave me a recommendation of the box meal and it was great all the way around and thank you for the experience nice and clean very friendly will definitely bring going there again before I leave texas

Chicken was a bit pricey and wasn't that outstanding . The sauce is supposed to be amazing but wasn't impressed. Prob Won't be back but alot of folks seem to like it . So I recommend giving it a try . It just wasn't for me !

The food is always hot, and I've never seen a grumpy employee. The line consistently stays moving, as it should.

The chicken fingers are good fresh, not so good reheated. Crinkle cut fries are my fav but if you like them crispy you have to request them to be crispy. The fries as well ,ok fresh (soft) not so ok reheated (dry). great service, Kara always remembers your name and your order when she sees you there more than once.

The chicken, Texas toast and Sauce was GREAT but the soda was terrible! It was pretty much just carbonation!! Love the ice! Come on guys, if you try to “cut corners” you will not stay in business in this part of Texas! Be sure you give us our money’s worth and you’ll do great here👍 Will definitely try eating here again.

Food was good ,but service was not up to their normal standard. Ordered and paid for extra sauce,but didn't get it. That's how they get you in the drive thru. I will take some of that blame for not checking before driving home. What can I say? The person handing me the sack had a honest face!

Service was slow. Several people who cane after us received their before we did. I went to find out what was going on. They apologized for the error and then the manager came to find out what was going on. He then gave me two gift cards for two free box meals. Very thoughtful!

Being from back East, this was my first visit to a Raising Cane's. I liked the simple menu and ordered The Box, 4 tenders, fries, cole slaw, Texas Toast, and a drink. My meal looked very good, real chicken, and crinkle cut fries (my favorite). The chicken and fries were cooked very well... very satisfying crunch, and the chicken was not dried out. Unfortunately, the chicken tasted of the oil used to fry it. Didn't stop me from eating it, but I hope this is a one-off. Overall, I enjoyed the meal, but another concern was the table tops. It appeared that they had been wiped down with a used cloth that left streak marks and a sticky feeling. Please use fresh cloths and rinse them. I found one table that was OK, but the rest...yuck. But I will try it again.

Sorry to say this CANES chicken is always soggy like it's been sitting for awhile everytime I've been there. Different times, lunch and dinner. The one in Burleson is always fresh.

The chicken tenders weren't crispy at all. The breading was very soggy and didn't taste too good. The coleslaw was slimy and tasted old. The only thing that was halfway decent was the bread and fries.

Service was great. Food was good, fry’s a bit too salty. My biggest complaint was the restaurant set up. I don’t know who decided to not use booths for this dumb communal bench set up but I wish them ill. Oh and the music was WAY too loud. I couldn’t hear my my son who was sitting right next to me.

Nice people, clean restaurant. Food was just fast food. Nothing terrible, nothing special. Daughter loves it. Maybe a teen thing.

I ordered at the drive thru. Got my drinks, waited for my food. Got my food, was wished “haven’t a nice day”. I Drove away and then realized they didn’t give me my credit card back. Had to turn Around and walk back inside to get my card.

I ordered the Box with sweet tea. I went thru drive thru. It took longer than I expected.i received my items, the drive fellow short-changed me by a quarter, and that tea was NOTHING short of a combo, maybe tea, but for sure, lemon aid. It was sour and horrible. NOT SWEET TEA! But the chicken and the rest of the meal were good. I had to stop and get a drink and throw their drink away as it was not drinkable at all.

Just tried the new Raising Canes Chicken in Cleburne Tx. If you love chicken tenders, they have you covered. Don’t know if they only have 4 choices on the menu or if they will be adding something later. The chicken was tender, the fries had been under the warmer way to long. The little girl at the front counter obviously did not want to be there. Will I go back? Probably. Hopefully they will add more items to the menu. The Tx toast was the best thing on the plate though! Overall, nothing special. I guess if you have kids that love chicken tenders, this would be a good place.

Have yall notice the tenders have gotten smaller and the dipping sauce containers are smaller but the prices have gone up just feel like I'm not getting my money's worth

Drive thru is quick, almost feel rushed. When asked if you want ketchup make sure you tell them at the window too because they’ll offer you something but not give it to you. When you ask for ketchup I hope you don’t get the girl I had because it seems like it’s a huge chore for her to reach down right below the window and grab ketchup.. you ask for a handful to cover the 5 meals you just purchased only for her to again acting as if it’s so hard, to only throw 2 packets in the bag. Mmm I just love me some good ol customer service.

The first couple months after this store's opening, everything was great. We were stoked to finally have a Cane's in town and were getting food there maybe once a week or so. Our last two visits however, not so great. About a month ago my partner and I got Cane's for dinner and he commented that his tasted a bit off, but I didn't notice any issues with mine so I finished my food. Next day I was super ill with food poisoning and it took at least another day after that to fully recover. We suspected the chicken they served us was bad. I stopped going there for a while, until my partner asked for Cane's this last weekend. I still didn't get food but he got what he wanted and upon making it home, he found his chicken a bit underdone (more the breading than the meat), and said it tasted off again the same way it did the night I got sick. Sufficed to say he didn't finish his meal. We really hope these last two visits were flukes since we love not having to drive to Burleson for Cane's, but if this keeps happening we might start coming just for the sauce and getting chicken elsewhere.

What happened to the Canes tenders? They are HALF the size they were this time two years ago!!!!

Our drinks tasted like aluminum - didn’t matter what we tried. Soda, Arnold Palmer, water from the back, water from the fountain. I think something is wrong, tastes SO chemically.

Not the first time for this location. . I place a drive thru order - request no ice and was asked TWICE if I wanted ketchup. Said yes twice . Order was correctly repeated back to me . Wouldn’t you know it - I still got ice in my drink and no ketchup. Yall need to up your game if you wanna be as good as Chik Fil A’s service

They say, " 1 Love", I say I Love Chick-fil-A, KFC, POPEYES,& CHURCHES, As my Love is for the sides along with the flavor of Chicken. They are correct in saying 1 Love; however, due to the fact they basically have Tenders / fries so can't go there expecting more than an expensive fill of tenders. Honestly don't see how you can make it on a theme of 1 meal of tenders.

Spent over 16 dollars on 6 tiny cold and hard Tenders plus Fries were as cold as chicken. I have never had a bad experience with Canes except Cleburne Tx. It's unexceptable for the price y'all charge everytime should be Hot Tenders.

The French fries always taste freezer burned,the chicken is good but the size of the tenders is like a portion for a toddler, and every time the coleslaw doesn't taste right like its turning sour. Its not worth the ridiculous high prices. I recently tried my luck at this canes again and spent close to $80 and was heavy disappointed the chicken was slimy had no flavor to it and myself and my son ended up getting sick the next day the french fries were freezer burned and not cooked enough they were soggy! In fact everything except for the lemonade was disgusting I will never go here again! And I cannot recommend it to anyone unless they have no value for their money or their health

Went to canes Wednesday night, around 7:30 on the 13th, and got a Caniac combo with toast instead of slaw, and 2 extra sauces. When we got our food, we were missing the extra toast and had slaw, we were missing the extra sauces, and we only had 4 tenders (Caniac combo comes with 6). The toast also tasted stale and old like it had been sitting somewhere for a while. The employees were standing around laughing it up and not being attentive at all. I love canes but this is the worst experience I've had at a fast food restaurant in a long time and I'm very disappointed.

This store is fairly new, I went for the first time last night with some friends. All of our plate had at least 10 french fries. Whoever was serving the fries were literally counting each one by hand. The portion was so ridiculous, so I went and ask the cashier if this was a joke? She went and got the lady who was serving the fries. Apparently she was the MANAGER! She was really trying to save the store money 😂, and forgot all about consumer experience! I showed her my plate and with an attitude she said, “well you if you want more, YOU HAVE TO PAY!” I felt a bit humiliated, but I didn’t care because after we left her staff were all quietly apologizing. I know there is a management problem at that store! & it’s sad that those workers have to work with her. I could just imagine the poor treatment they get from her. I hope corporate reads my post, and begin to do something because she’s going to ruin the culture and mission of Canes chicken. I did call the location leader. He said he was going to speak with her. But, just speaking with her is not enough. She needs to understand how to be a real manager, & that takes time and training. So until I notice change the next time I visit, I will reconsider my rating. & I’m rooting for her workers, they deserve better!

Ventilation is terrible. Come out smell like mega chicken grease. On your clothes and in your hair. Wanted to take clients there for lunch, but I do not because of this. I go to other chicken places and do not leave smelling like I do leaving Cane's. Great food though!

Food use to be tasty know it is bland has no taste French fries are the same no taste. I have had several order were they did not put coleslaw in the big box order. Very disappointed want be back for a while.

Super disappointed. Staff messed up our order, so I had to pay twice, then missed what we ordered. When I asked after receiving the food, they demanded to see the receipt, saying you got what you paid for, so I quit arguing. Then the kids opened their food and all three kids meals were missing Raising Cains sauce, so I had to go back again. The staff member looked at me, then went to the manager, who rolled her eyes and said just give it to him, like I am some kind of crook. Then as we tried to eat, one of the chicken fingers was about the size of a large frech fry. Not sure if I will ever come back. Food is great, service was terrible!

When we received our meals, there was hardly any fries and the cups were not full of our drinks. We also ordered no ice and they put ice. Taking in to speak to the manager, I was told there is nothing that can be done. If I wanted a refund, I needed to go through Uber Eats. I wasn't even asking for a refund. I was simply asking for the food that I ordered. She still refused to do anything to make it right. I called corporate just to be told the same thing. Horrible service from employees that don’t care about issues that arise. I will not be coming back here.
