Fairly drab walls, and dark lighting. Toilets closed. Still, food seemed standard to me. When I went at 3pm on Sunday, service was fairly fast. No line. The fries I ordered were fresh, and hot. Atmosphere is quite interesting. Music was pleasant to me. Not too loud, not too quiet. Fairly wide range of people sitting down. No one being loud or annoying in some way. A lot of delivery people sitting at the front, but they were quiet, kept themselves to themselves, when I was there. Staff fairly friendly to me. Overall, not a bad place to just sit and relax I feel. Food was standard bk. I like that bk provides calorie estimates for their food.

Always ice cold upon delivery. Always with at least one item/aspect of the order completely missing or incorrect.

Incomprehensibly bad experience. From the outside, it looks like you're entering a rundown government office. Inside is no better. It looks like it hasn't been updated since the 1970s, seriously. There is NO dine in option, despite the app saying otherwise. There were about 8-9 customers spread out, on their phones, making it impossible to know where to place an order. The 2 women behind the counter didn't look up or make any gesture to me. But they were intensely busy filling orders for delivery, I can't really blame them. After about 10 minutes, my order was taken, a triple whopper for $3. The meat, though plentiful, was super dry and devoid of any beef flavor, and it didn't exactly look appetizing. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, so to speak. Eat somewhere else!

Sorry this is my new review to this burger king I was given a Texas whopper that I asked specifically if it was like the regular whopper because I just wanted it for the double burger!!! They tell me yes but it has a pepper i said don't include that please... I get hall way home the juice is busting through my bag leaking everywhere, so I have to empty the bag and push my food on my scooter.... then I get home open the burger and realize there's mustard in it??? Disgusting are you kidding me??? And it was so soaked in all the crap they soaked it in I couldn't even eat it and it be whole. It was a disaster any the bread was so wet from there sauces it broke as I took bites... I even ate some of a burger in my hand with no bread. Rediculous ! Won't get food there again, also all you see is Uber drivers in front the store and inside it's rediculous!

It was very intimidating to come to a restaurant with 15 men just hanging out at the restaurant. I did not feel safe. Food was cold and fries were nasty. Restaurant doesn’t feel inviting. TVS we’re off. Many tables didn’t have chairs and floor was very dirty.

Horrible experience once the manager is standing w employees talking about a store on 155th street while customers are waiting in line over 5mins with no cashier in front. I said excuse me customers are waiting she replied so wait and turn back to gossip w staff. Im showing her in photos before and after my purchase.
