The pizza is really delicious, and the price is reasonable. I couldn't find delivery on apps like Rappi and Didi, so I had to pick it up, which obviously increased the price, but overall everything was fine. The service is very good, although I think it's quite hot inside the restaurant.
The truth is, the pizzas are very, very tasty, highly recommended, and the staff have a great atmosphere 😎

The pizza quality is already poor. The cheese-stuffed crust isn't the same as it was a few years ago. The customer service is good, but the background music featuring Bad Bunny is downright off-putting. And be careful, I'm writing my review based on the price and quality of this brand's products.
In the 20 minutes I was in the Pizza Hut Palmar lobby, they never cleaned it. More customers arrived, and it remained dirty, even with employees and the manager on duty. They didn't offer me many pizza options; I had to ask directly about a promotion the employee didn't mention.

My order never arrived. I had to insist a lot before they would take my order and cancel it for a refund, since they kept giving me 5-10 minute extensions to wait, and it never came. They used Uber Eats, but the driver never arrived with the order. I thought the pizzeria would send one of their own drivers instead, but it was already after 11 PM when the store finally contacted me. I won't be ordering from them again.
