Servicio muy top, personal muy amable y a disposición en todo momento, platillos muy buenos de sabor y presentación

Servicio Excelente por el chico que nos atendió y el lugar muy bueno pero la Pizza muy pobre de ingredientes y no salió nada económica (Italiana) parecían puras boronitas mínimas de "carne molida" y tocino (como 3 por rebanada) realmente parecía que estaba comiendo pizza de Peperoni con queso sabor a Tocino.

Tienen un excelente servicio y sus instalaciones están muy bien. La pizza no tanto pero se compensa con todo lo demás

Muy buen lugar para comer con la familia y amigos, el ambiente es informal y con estilo, ofrece variedad de alimentos, pizzas, pastas, papas y alitas, de beber ofrece refrescos, cócteles, vinos y licores, los precios están en la media y la calidad es buena, cuenta con estacionamiento propio, y área de juegos para niños, es un área libre de humo.

La comida está rica, solo falta que la pizza la pongan en algún contenedor que la mantenga caliente, porque se enfría muy rápido en la barra, hay buen ambiente y el personal es muy amable.

We went there for lunch. I didn't like that there are only three drink options and you can't add your drink of choice. They used to serve a delicious roasted tomato salsa, but now they only serve a terrible raw tomato salsa. The tostadas are crumbly. The chicken is still tasty, but it's a shame that they don't serve a good salsa and the tostadas are tough. The service was acceptable, within the waitress's capabilities, since there's only one.

Las pizzas bien, sólo les falta salsa porque parece que no tuvieran, el queso muy rico. La atención mala, los meseros están en su mundo y parece que les pesa muchísimo hacer su trabajo. Mal encarados, no saludan y hasta suspiran para tomarte orden

It's not the same anymore. The service is terrible (long wait times, they don't accept cards, they give you a chicken with four tortillas, a small salsa, and onions; you ask for more even if they charge extra, and they refuse). I don't know if they're understaffed or have a bad sales strategy. But as a customer, their service leaves much to be desired.

Comimos sabado y tenían buffet. Pedimos ala carta pero para q nos pudieron tomar el pedido nos obligaron a pedir un postre porq su sistema esta bloqueado porque es dia d buffet. Eso es lo mas absurdo pero en fin. No volveré a venir

Pésimo lugar, tardamos dos HRS y la pizza no llegó, tuve que levantarme para preguntar y no la habían considerado. Adicional la puerta del baño de caballeros está rota, esa cosa podría astillar a cualquiera, cuántas pizzas son necesarias para arreglarlo?

Terrible place, with all due respect, it's a seedy place. There's no water in the bathroom, not even to wash your hands, no light of any kind, dirty tables, the ceiling falling apart, it looks decayed. Honestly, they should close or shut it down. At least for eating there, it's no longer recommended.

Horrible place. The lady there is rude. The food is good, but the manager's attitude is terrible, even though she demanded a tip for her poor service. I don't recommend this place.

The experience was lacking, horrible, terrible, the worst there could be. Today I went. They gave me some ruined fries, some French fries that were black and soaked in oil. The lady who served me was the most despotic I have ever seen. When I complained, she just took the plate away and didn't give me an explanation or anything. When I asked her what she was going to do, she just replied that she would give me back the fries and the fries. I will not go back. The worst and expensive apart from everything.

Before the pandemic it was great, I used to go every month, but now it's in terrible condition. There's no electricity or water in the bathrooms. The chicken still tastes the same, but the lack of these services makes me question the hygiene of the place. I hope they invest in it and reopen it very soon. I recommend it only as a takeout option.

The absolute worst. I would never go back. First, if you plan to pay by card, be careful because they charge you double, and when you tell them and show them, they say they don't know, check with their bank, and offer no solution, even when you show them proof that you were double-charged. The food was tasty, yes, but the beans were spoiled. I think the bathrooms in a dive bar are cleaner. And if you're thinking of getting an invoice, forget it; you'll never receive one. They just give you the runaround, and it never arrives. Truly a terrible experience. The only thing worth mentioning about this place is the salsa, but it was a really, really, really bad experience.

I've been to this place three times, and unfortunately, each time they tell us they're out of some of their products. The last time, they didn't even have salsa, guacamole, or tostadas. It's getting worse every day. The waitresses are fine, but the manager doesn't even come out to apologize. I don't recommend it. It's a shame the service is getting worse every day.

Last time I got a takeout order. I ordered a chicken and a half. They gave me only one chicken, and even one thigh was missing. I had to go back and ask for the thigh and the missing half chicken. They still told me they'd give me it "just this time." So, if they give me a half chicken again, I'm screwed. They don't know how to treat customers. And the guy serving the chicken doesn't seem to get paid. He serves me grudgingly.

The waitresses are very friendly and presentable, and the service is good, but the size of the place doesn't help since the kitchen is on the ground floor and the waitresses have to go up and down several times for practically everything. The bad part was that while I was eating, I saw a crawling insect on a window, the play area smelled of urine, there was no water in the restroom, the TV wasn't on, I didn't see any evacuation route or no-smoking signs, and the chicken looked dry as if it had been reheated several times. There wasn't much variety in the menu since they only serve Cuauhtémoc Moctezuma beer and didn't have Indio. The chelada was very concentrated in a very small mug, and they didn't have arrachera (skirt steak). I ordered a mixed grill for two. Well, I'm only giving it one star. The place is spacious and looks nice, and the food isn't bad, but it could undoubtedly be much better. The kids have fun, but it's a place without air conditioning, so we can't keep an eye on them.
