It's flawless. Freshly made tortillas (with a side of salsa), a variety of stews, salsa mortajada, and green chili; friendly and efficient service; music and decor full of color, contrasts, and symbols. A place to return to again and again.
Tacos and quesadillas with stew. They are very friendly, there are many types of stews and they are all delicious, the tortillas are thin and each taco has two tortillas, and the coffee is brewed in a pot, Mexican style.
What a great breakfast spot, so close to downtown, with incredibly tasty stews! You can't go without trying a taco with lengua (beef tongue), chicharrón (fried pork rinds), or machaca (dried shredded beef). They're very reasonably priced; we had seven tacos and two drinks for $208 pesos. I highly recommend this place! And the decor is super cute!

Delicious tacos, handmade tortillas, the staff was wonderful and the design and atmosphere of Chile Amor 🌶️ are very fun. No alcohol but no issue. Order at the taco bar and they’ll bring the food to you. No English was spoken but our “spanglish” worked fine. We stayed at the Hotel Concierge and it’s just a short walk behind the hotel on the corner. Highly recommend!
Wonderful hand made tortillas filled with one of several stews they you pick. Fast , delicious, wonderful.
Lovely place for breakfast. They had about 8 guisado style stews to choose from, which you can order as a taco or quesadilla. Fresh handmade corn tortillas and cafe de olla. Complimentary grilled chilles. The lengua in salsa verde was my favorite. Other options are costilla, chicarrón in salsa roja, nopales scrambled with eggs, chicken in mole oaxaqueño, and a few others.
The most authentic Mexican food. They take care of every detail of the gastronomy of each state of the republic; with 6 stews each day depending on the state of the republic. The work attire of the waitresses who serve the place wear costumes from each Mexican culture, and carry them with a lot of pride. Congratulations to this corner of the real Mexico in Colima.

This is one of my favorite places to eat in the whole entire colima. Fresh food and flavor is so amazing. We ate so many times in our vacation in 8/24/2018
It has amazing and delicious food, and the staff is really friendly. I totally recommend it.
Mmmmm many different choices of tacos. You walk up to counter. Cook tells and shows you 8 different pots of food. From Chile verde, lengua or shreded beef in chile sauce. You just tell them or point how many tacos of each item you want. Quickly made and brought to your table. Fiesta.
Delicious Oaxacan style tacos. The ambiance is lovely and color full. Has its own parking lot. Closes after lunch.

Está delicioso los guisados, muy limpio pero deben actualizar el horario porque nunca abren a las 8 siempre media hora tarde y uno tiene que esperar afuera hasta que puedan atender.
Food was very bland. We came here with high expectations because of reviews. Quality of food is mediocre for the price. Service needs a lot of improvement!
Lovely little place, serves home-made tacos with six different types of fillings, comparable to food made in a Mexican home. Service was so-so, order at the counter, food brought to the table, no utensils. I asked for a fork and was given a plastic spoon, I almost said, I am an adult not a baby. Only coffee was cinnamon coffee which I don't like, no OJ, no tea, only sodas. Open windows and doors, some loud traffic noise.
