I ordered rib-eye tacos, and they were really good. The only downside is the service is very, very slow. Sometimes they even forget to bring part of the order to the table. They also mixed up one of our orders, as we had ordered a mineral water orangeade, and they brought us a natural one. I ordered lemonade, and it was also very good. The only downside is the very slow service.

We arrived at the place and the employees were sitting at a table, they didn't even notice when we arrived (because they were on their cell phones) we stood there and no one welcomed us or offered us a table so we decided to leave and the place was empty.

It's a very pleasant place to eat, in terms of atmosphere. The space is very cool and comfortable. I consider their specialty to be meat, as we ordered carne asada tacos and they were DELICIOUS. However, we also ordered garlic and butter shrimp, and both were way oversalted, as was the salad, which was very salty. Regarding customer service, they made us wait too long for the bill, and I ordered a chocoflan that was never brought to me. So, they made us wait so long for nothing. They should have been more attentive with their service. If they had told me they were out of stock or something, it wouldn't have been a problem, but we were waiting half an hour for something that never arrived. They also gave us the wrong drinks, but they resolved that error promptly and very kindly by bringing my boyfriend the drink he had ordered (I didn't want to change mine out of embarrassment, and I didn't have much of an issue with it). The mineral water lemonade lacked flavor; it barely tasted of anything. We would return for the carne asada tacos, which are highly recommended. They are incredibly tasty and reasonably priced.

This is one of my top three places for these kinds of tacos. I've always wondered why, despite having a good menu and nice facilities, it's not very crowded. The only downside I found compared to the other places I dream of going to is that they don't give you beans or tortilla chips to sample, and they're missing some salsas, but it's acceptable, and I still keep coming back. But today, I wanted to go with my partner. The hours said they open at 2, and when I arrived it was a little after 3. They could only offer me two types of meat because those were the ones they had ready first, and the others would take longer. So I opted for those two to speed things up, but it didn't work. It took about 25 or 30 minutes for the food to arrive, even though the place was empty. The salsas they brought me were only three kinds. I remember they used to bring more; I don't know if I'm right or not, but I vaguely remember that, and it didn't seem like they had any. The salsa should have been fresh, otherwise it was old, and the cilantro they brought me was already spoiled, so I had to ask them to replace it. I ordered another taco, and it took another 15 or 20 minutes to get it, and it was all very poor quality (I've attached photos). Personally, that's it, they've lost me, and I'm definitely not coming back. 😕

Very bad, service. The waitress (the only one, by the way) serves you reluctantly. She serves extremely slowly and very reluctantly, makes gestures when you ask for something, and when you speak to her, she only gestures for you to tell her from your table what you need; she's too lazy to approach the table. It seems like the waitress is asking permission to move one foot so she can move the other. People who don't want to work, stay at her house.
