On Sunday, we had a new experience at this sushi restaurant. Given what's available, I was very satisfied with all the dishes we tried. The service was quite fast, and they were always attentive when clearing empty plates. The products were fresh and of good quality. Excellent value for money. We'll definitely be back.

I went with my friends for dinner in the evening. It's a recently renovated restaurant. The staff is very kind, smiling, and friendly. The dishes are delicious and prepared with great care. It will be my favorite restaurant in Turin.

We used to frequent this restaurant even before the renovations and it was our favorite. We were particularly impressed by the new location with luxurious style, tidy and very clean. The staff is friendly and ordering is made easy by the use of a tablet provided at the table. The dishes are many and very varied, served in a scenic way, good and also beautiful to look at. The quality is definitely higher than the other all you can eat tried. Well done, congratulations!

Cibo buono e fresco ma a mezzogiorno pochissima scelta, servizio troppo veloce, ti ingozzi con la roba che ti portano velocemente in un quarto d'ora abbiamo pranzato e ci siamo sentiti pienissimi, ambiente pulito.

All-you-can-eat sushi just steps from Ikea... We arrived at 2pm on Saturday without a reservation and were seated... Friendly staff, very fast service... good food and quality... The rice could be improved, as it was sticky in some rolls and broke in the nighiri... Anyway, a good experience!

Tried it by chance, we were in the area and had lunch. Friendly and helpful staff, cute place. Good sushi and several delicious options available; we ordered with our tablet. Fast and attentive service, reasonable prices. Good value.

Classic all-you-can-eat sushi, decent quality, less than perfect service. I found the tablet ordering program confusing; I couldn't tell if the dishes were ready, in preparation, or already arrived. The dishes are beautifully presented. If you're passing through, you can try it, without too many expectations.

I've visited this restaurant twice, once with some colleagues during my lunch break, and once with my partner. It's located in an area with good parking, and its strategic location attracts many potential customers. The restaurant is tastefully decorated, and the tables for three or more people are comfortable and offer a reasonable amount of privacy. The selection of cold dishes is quite extensive, but the hot options are perhaps a bit limited, although they do offer some Italian specialties. The raw dishes, which I definitely prefer, are very appetizing and light, and are a joy to eat, even those you've never tried before. The visual appeal of most of the dishes certainly deserves a solid 10, and the service is equally impressive, and the overall price is excellent. Overall, I give Kaisen Restaurant a good rating, although I must admit I've had better sushi.

Se avete voglia di provare qualcosa di particolare senza svuotare il portafoglio, questo all you can eat potrebbe essere la scelta giusta. Il locale è estremamente fashion: entrando sembra quasi di varcare la soglia di una discoteca, con luci, colori e un’atmosfera decisamente vivace. Il rovescio della medaglia è il rumore, davvero alto. Se cercate privacy o un po’ di riservatezza, non è il posto ideale. Ma l’arredamento è talmente parte della sua identità che non me la sento di criticarlo… anzi, a me piace. Il cibo è buono: non ho fatto un sopralluogo in cucina per verificare eventuali rischi biologici, ma ci vado da tempo e finora tutto è filato liscio. Il prezzo del menù è nella media: sale la sera e nei weekend, come ovunque, ma a pranzo durante la settimana si riesce a gustare un giapponese senza dover accendere un mutuo. Quello che proprio non mi è piaciuto è la scelta di far pagare un bambino di due anni anche solo se assaggia dal piatto dei genitori. Questa nota stonata pesa parecchio e, per me, vale due stelle in meno. Se però non avete figli piccoli “mangianti”, non dovrebbe essere un problema. A voi la palla… fatemi sapere cosa ne pensate. The food isn't bad. I've only been there once for lunch. I tried to go back for dinner with eight friends who live in the area, but they don't allow dogs. Mine was with me, and I couldn't take it home and then return to the restaurant. So, I won't be going back, and neither will my friends, even if we don't have our dogs!

Decent food, terrible service. My husband was literally yelled at by the waitress (who I believe is also the owner) for leaving the decorative salad with the shrimp cocktail (which, incidentally, was the usual, low-quality packaged salad). I would have preferred she'd charged us for the leftovers, if you can call them that, rather than embark on a pointless tirade against customers who leave food aside, which frankly ruined our meal. I don't think we'll be back.

Even though we had a reservation, we waited, and no one came to the door to tell us anything. Once we were seated, we had to wait for our tablets, let alone our food. They woke up at the last minute when the kitchen was about to close. Terrible service.
