Delicious barbacoa, fresh and flavorful. The place is small, very clean, and the staff treats you as if you were at home. They are very attentive. The food is freshly prepared and served piping hot. However, they are located in a very windy area. I recommend ordering one taco at a time, a maximum of two, and covering the second one so it doesn't get cold. I only wish they were located in a larger area where they could fit more tables.

It's a street stall, simple, but as the other reviews say, everything is very good. The tacos dorados are actually golden quesadillas, not like those in the city where they come with sour cream and cheese. So, personally, the soft tacos with comal tortillas are better. The juice and pot coffee are also super delicious.

The taco serving process is very efficient; you just grab your plate, get the tortillas you want, and ask the taquero what you want them with. The barbacha and pancita are delicious. As for the sanitation measures, they're not perfect, but there's hand sanitizer and a sink at your disposal. I recommend them.

It's a streetside spot, but that doesn't detract from the rich and authentic flavor of the barbacoa. Their consommé isn't amazing, but it holds its own. The belly taco was incredible, to my taste. They have good sanitary measures in place, serving people with masks and disinfecting the tables and benches.

The best lamb barbacoa, and don't even get me started on the crispy tacos with a fresh orange juice—mmm, finger-licking good! The service is fast and very attentive; I highly recommend it. They're located at the crossroads just past the bridge that leads to the state of Hidalgo.

We went for breakfast yesterday after seeing so many recommendations, but we didn't have a good experience. Upon arriving, we ordered three consommés and half a kilo of barbacoa. All three consommés were cold. They offered to heat them up, but I was hungry and honestly didn't care; I just accepted it. The flavor was gone, it was just water. I finished my consommé, and the other two hadn't arrived yet. The barbacoa arrived, also cold. They took it to be heated. The two consommés arrived, and I still had nothing to eat. After a while, the barbacoa arrived. Nothing extraordinary. The meat was just okay, nothing special, none of that delicious flavor of the maguey leaf that permeates and perfumes the meat, nothing. It was simply lamb cooked in a pot. It can't taste bad, but it didn't taste like authentic barbacoa. I asked for vegetables, and they told me they didn't have any, that the salsas already had onion and cilantro. This is the worst explanation I've ever received at a food stand. I mean, what if I didn't eat spicy food? Is it really that hard to chop onions and cilantro separately? The salsas were awful. The red one was just spicy, it had no flavor, it was like pure ground chili, it had no seasoning. They never offered us anything to drink. I'm giving them two stars because, while I admit it was clean, the use of disposable items was indiscriminate: Styrofoam consommé cups, disposable spoons, plates wrapped in plastic bags… terrible. I absolutely do not recommend them; there are many other options in the area.
