Equally impressive was Brandon, the manager, who ensured everything ran seamlessly. He checked in at just the right moments, made guests feel genuinely valued, and clearly sets the standard for outstanding service across the team. Between the impeccable service, expertly made cocktails, and refined ambiance, this place easily earns a five-star review. Highly recommended—I’ll absolutely be back.

We ended up at Prime 25N last night after a quick, make shift wedding in my - now wife's - grandmother's hospital room. The circumstances were sad, but the occasion joyous. We decided Prime 25 would be a great place to celebrate...and we could not have been more right! It started with our server, Jessica. She was bright and energetic and lively. She, of course asked the occasion to which we explained we had just been married. She beamed as she explained how she just served a table after an engagement. It was clear she loves her job and was so much fun throughout the evening. We started with cocktails. I had an old fashion, and my wife had a pomegranate drink. Shortly after, our waitress returned with glasses of champagne to celebrate, which was greatly unexpected and appreciated. We then ordered the million dollar bacon, which was out of this world. The flavor and texture was amazing. It also paired very well with the Faust bottle of wine we purchased by Jessica's recommendation. For dinner, I ordered the Ribeye with the cognac peppercorn sauce. It was cooked perfectly and the sauce perfectly complemented the steak. My wife ordered the filet mignon which she said was delicious as well! For sides we ordered the loaded pureed potatoes and the roasted mushrooms. Both were the perfect additions to our meal. We both loved every minute of our meal. At the end, Jessica returned with one of the chocolate desserts with a heart shaped sparkling candle to celebrate. Not only did she bring the candle out...she cleared off the place settings for an entire table just so we could move there for a moment so she could help us get the perfect picture for the evening! I can't thing of a single negative thing to say about our experience. We left happy and full and reminiscing about the experience. We highly highly highly recommend Prime 25N for any occasion! They were absolutely incredible and the food was to die for. We will absolutely be back. Thank you, Prime 25! You really made our evening special!

Prime 25 was great. Goods and drinks were awesome. My Server Roland is the reason my experience was 5 stars. He took the time to explain the menu and give his recommendations on food and drinks. Took great care of myself and my date. If you are going, make sure to ask for Roland. You won’t be sorry.

Just took my wife out for a wonderful date night here. The other night! I had the ribeye. It was on point. Delicious. Truffle. Mac was good. Cauliflower was delicious. Overall great experience. Service was great front of the house. They crushed it and obviously the food was amazing so thank you so much chef and the back of the house! Highly recommend worth the money.

If you want the best steak in Colorado Springs, Prime North is the place to go. From their appetizers and salads to their entrees, every thing there has been top notch. Our waiter, Ryan, did an excellent job. We also ran into Ra, he’s waited on us before in Denver and he is hands down my family and I’s favorite waiter. His attention to detail on the entire menu is extremely impressive, he’s always polite giving some of the best 5 start service we’ve ever experienced. Super excited to know he’s at Prime 25 North, we will definitely be back!

Prime 25 is outstanding every time. The steaks and sides are are absolutely top tier, filet being my personal favorite with truffle Mac and cheese. Roland and Ra are our favorite waiters, both are extremely professional, friendly, and always have great suggestions for us to try. Million dollar bacon is a must for appetizers! This is the steakhouse to dine at for delicious steaks, personable service, and wonderful environment!

The atmosphere is amazing. The staff is amazing. The food is AMAZING. We had the pleasure of having Ra as our server. He was very attentive, answered all of our questions, and made us feel at home. We definitely recommend Prime25 North!

I got dressed up with my boyfriend and had a wonderful dinner at Prime 25 North. We started with the tuna tartar and the million dollar bacon. We shared a bottle of wine and then our dinner arrived, Wow! I had the crab stuffed grouper, he had a porterhouse steak cooked to perfection. We ended of the evening with a 10 layer carrot cake. I highly recommend this locally owned restaurant it's not another chain we'll definitely be back.

stopped through the new location last week and was so impressed — the food was awesome, but the service was amazing. our server, jessica, offered extremely in-depth menu knowledge, and she pointed us toward the ribeye with the sauce flight (10/10) and the cauliflower side. almost dipped out without dessert, but jessica said we had to try the butter cake… and you butter believe it was absolute gold. overall, the whole night was great, but the service is what really made it great. can’t wait to go back.

We had such a great experience at Prime 25 North thanks to our server, Dakota. From start to finish, he was super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything about our dinner was perfect. You can really tell he enjoys what he does. He made great recommendations, knew the menu inside and out, and checked on us at just the right times without ever feeling overbearing. The food was incredible (as always), but Dakota’s service honestly made the night. He went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. It’s rare to find someone so professional yet easygoing and personable at the same time. If you’re planning to eat at Prime 25 North, definitely ask for Dakota. You won’t be disappointed! We’ll 100% be coming back and requesting him again.

I had the most amazing date night here last night! From drinks served up by Kate, the exceptional service provided and don’t even get me started about the food! A very exquisite steakhouse indeed! Prime 25 was an awesome experience from start to finish. The ambiance is amazing, modern, energetic, and just the right vibe for a great night out. The food and drinks were on point, and you can tell a lot of thought went into the menu. What really stood out was the staff. They were vibrant, fun, and genuinely welcoming. We were absolutely blown away by our experience at Prime 25 North. The atmosphere is so lovely. It’s modern and hip, but in a welcoming and comfortable way. The staff and service were excellent! They were knowledgeable about the menu and attentive to our table. The filet was the best steak I’ve had in the last 20 years (or ever?). We were so impressed with all of our meal choices. The execution was perfect. The black Manhattan was excellently crafted as well. So excited to have such an incredible restaurant on this side of town!

Hosted Friendsgiving at the newest location. Parking was interesting but better than the South location. Great selection of sides, drinks and desserts. Steaks were delicious, juicy and filling! Look forward to going back if I’m on this side of town.

My wife and I had a wonderful time here for our anniversary dinner. The service was great - big shout out to Mitchell who took solid care of us. The food was cooked perfectly, and reasonably sized portions. And my old fashioned was on point. Highly recommend!

Went in a few days ago with my mom for a girls night and we had so much fun!! Our dinner was great! The steaks are awesome! Ra was our server and they were so kind and attentive! We will be back for sure!

First experience at Prime 25 North and I can say that it is an incredible addition to the north end of town! The drink selection was top tier, tuna tartar for the appetizer, ribeye and fillet for the main dish and asparagus with the fries for the sides. We recently hosted a retirement celebration at Prime 25 North and it was incredible. The atmosphere was perfect, the food was amazing, the cocktail drinks were delicious and the staff were super attentive and very friendly. Sara and her staff went above and beyond to create a incredible experience for our clients and staff. One of our staff members is a vegan and they were so accommodating in creating an amazing dish for them. We HIGHLY recommend Prime 25 North to anyone looking to host an event.

Great place, the food (Prime Rib, & Crab Cake) and staff did amazing work here. Had the old fashioned and simple exquisite drink done by a bartender who knows what he's doing. Can't recommend this place more. You are guaranteed a awesome experience.

Every year the wife and I celebrate our anniversary with our best friend from high school which is also her birthday. This year we added to the occasion with another best friend getting engaged on the day. I booked reservations for a nice dinner for the celebration. This is the place to go the service was immaculate our waitress Jessica made the experience so nice and was so friendly! The food is was amazing there was 6 of us so we appetizers and oysters were beyond great and the main dishes were way better than you can imagine for a nice steak house. Thank y’all for making a celebration amazing and will be our dinner spot the annual celebration!!

Went with a friend Tuesday night and had a wonderful evening, from being greeted warmly as we walked in, to being seated immediately in a beautiful booth with a view of the bar and the enormous flat screen TV above it. The servers all took excellent care of us during the nearly 3 hours we were there. We ordered the bacon appetizer, steaks with multiple sides, and several cocktails. The food was phenomenal, my ribeye was cooked exactly as I like it, and the server went to great lengths to ask questions above our preferences on everything. Servers were highly attentive but not intrusive, the perfect balance for great service. I highly recommend Prime25N for a fun and delicious evening out! Treat yourself!

This place is absolutely phenomenal!! Hands down the best restaurant in Northern Colorado Springs! Amazing food, amazing service, amazing atmosphere!! My wife and I celebrated our 14 year wedding anniversary. Ra was our server, and he was attentive to every single one of our needs and questions. He was super kind and knowledgeable of the whole menu. Our dinner was all meticulously executed beautifully. We will be coming back a lit more! I've dined here a few times already since opening and each time my steak has been perfect, drinks incredible, and the truffle mac and cheese is absolutely delicious! I have been lucky enough to have Marshall as my waiter / bartender during these visits and he makes the experience great every time! The food is great, atmosphere is amazing, and the service is top tier!

Our waitress, Amanda, was great and very attentive and the ambience was so nice for a date night out for us parents! The food was yummy, really loved the iberico croquettes! So yummy, I may just get them as a meal next time! The Japanese Wagu was so tender and the sauce paired really well with it and the filet mignon was so tender and while the sauce flight was good, it really didn't even need a sauce... and that says a lot about a steak! We also really loved the duck fat potatoes!

Everything was absolutely amazing. We had Marshall was our server and he was phenomenal! He made our experience extra special and coursed out our food perfectly. The food and drinks were some of the best we’ve had in the Springs. We will definitely be back!

We dined at Prime25 as a group of twelve. We ordered the million dollar bacon, shrimp cocktail, and iberico croquettes as appetizers. The bacon was phenomenal, packed with flavor. The shrimp were deveined, and extremely large. They came with a ton of rather delicious cocktail sauce. The croquettes were buttery and flavorful and the caviar on top is a nice touch, but I would mention it on the menu. I chose to have the lobster mac and cheese as my meal. I had eaten it once before, albeit at the south location and a few years ago. When it arrived, it looked promising. Unfortunately it was pretty bland. I ended up asking for salt and not eating much of it. My partner got the spice rubbed ribeye. He ordered it medium rare and it came out rare. It also wasn’t seasoned well, if at all. The béarnaise* sauce was delicious. I appreciated that the sauces were listed as addable extras. For the price, I would have liked twice as much as I received. The duck fat potatoes were salty and crispy on the outside. Notably, one of the people down the table from us ordered them but they got some seemingly extra things added to theirs? We didn’t get around to asking. Though the dessert menu doesn’t appear to be available online, I made a note to mention the desserts. The chocolate mousse dessert is rich and dark and is honestly a small cake like dessert. The butter cake, like-wise, is slightly spiced maybe? And comes with a really good lemon sauce. The menu for this one did mention berries and I didn’t receive any. Again, I would have liked much more of the lemon sauce. I did ask for more, and did receive a decent portion. It also comes with a very generous scoop of vanilla ice cream, also not mentioned on the menu. My partner got the marzipan carrot cake which he said was very very good and also came in a large portion. He said it paired well with the ice cream from my butter cake. The staff was all friendly and timely with refills and requests. Everybody was gracious about my questions. Boxes were offered at the end of the meal and brought out swiftly.

★★★★☆ Prime 25 North Review We had dinner at Prime 25 North to celebrate our anniversary and, overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. We ordered the filet and the crab-stuffed grouper, both of which were excellent. Each of us had a salad, and everything was fresh and well prepared. The drinks were great, and the sides—Brussels sprouts and duck fat potatoes—were delicious. Dessert was also a highlight and a perfect way to end the meal. Lauren, our server, was outstanding and helped make the evening special with attentive and friendly service. The only reason for four stars instead of five was the seating and follow-up. We were placed in the back next to a very large party (15+ people) despite there being plenty of open tables in the main dining room. Before the group arrived, the atmosphere was perfect, but once they were seated it became very loud, to the point where my wife and I couldn’t comfortably hear each other. Additionally, no manager came by to check in or address the situation. It felt like the management team may have been more focused on the Broncos game than on the dining room experience, which was disappointing—especially given that we were celebrating our anniversary. That said, the food and service were excellent, and we would return, ideally with more thoughtful seating and management attention next time.

I’d like to give it 4.5 stars, if I could. We dropped in for a birthday dinner last night as we were excited to check out the new steakhouse on the north side. We have a tried and true favorite in University Village and were eager to compare. The atmosphere is energetic to the point of being a bit too loud, due to the acoustics. Our waiter, Louie, was very friendly and attentive. We enjoyed a couple of cocktails and a glass of wine—they were good but not standouts. There are a couple others on the menu we’ll be back to try. For the food, we loved the beet salad and my filet mignon was cooked appropriately, medium rare. My husband, on the other hand, had the venison which was overcooked and not terribly flavorful. We tried the carrots as well, which were fine, but not remarkable. The dark chocolate birthday torte was great. For being a brand new restaurant, I think they did a very nice job. For our special celebrations and favorite happy hour, we will continue to stick with our favorite steak place, which has more polished service, a wider array of fine cocktail and wines, and a calmer atmosphere. But, Prime 25 is a nice addition to the north side of town and I’d certainly recommend people to give it a try.

We have been coming for the last 4 years on special occasions at downtown Colorado location. We loved that they comped our dessert and gave us a military discount. We just loved their service. They always want to make sure our birthdays or anniversaries are extra special. We were so excited when they opened a new location at Interquest. Last night, my husband and I went to have my birthday dinner. It was ok, but they didn't comp bday dessert. Also, the internet said 10% discount for the military. We asked the server and she said they don't do a military discount. So, It was disappointing, but we can always come back to the other location for a better and more pleasant experience.

My wife and I went to Prime 25 last night for Valentines Day. When we walked in, we were very impressed with the decor and atmosphere. The main dining area is beautiful. Unfortunately, we were seated in a completely different room that was more like an afterthought when they built the restaurant. It was extremely loud and just blah. The couple at the table beside us were not happy either. For a dinner that we were doing to spend $300 on, we thought it was worth asking to be moved to the main dining area which the hostess kindly did. We ordered drinks and an appetizer which were good. Service was slow. They have signs on the table that say something like you have this table for 90 minutes, which is fine but with slow service, we were wondering if that was going to happen. We ordered the fillet and a ribeye, along with some sides. After a long wait our food arrived. The ribeye was just an average steak. Not very flavorful and certainly not a $64 steak. The fillet was really bad. I was watching my wife when she took the first bite and I could tell she was disappointed. I tried it and it was terrible. They offered to make another fillet, I decided not to say anything about my steak. After a good 20 minutes and me finishing my entire meal, her fillet arrived and it was good. We decided to skip dessert since we had already been there an hour and 40 minutes. On the menu it states that they automatically apply a 20% tip to all checks. This is certainly not something we believe in as the service did not deserve a 20% tip. If service is good, those tips will come but do not penalize customers to pay your staff. We had high hopes for Prime 25 but it disappointed in food, service, and atmosphere. It isn't a place we will go to again and spend $300

Have been a long time patron of the original location and love it. This new location just did not compare on any level. The fillets were ordered medium rare and came out overcooked and lacking flavor (quite the disappointment when ordering a steak at a steakhouse) The side of carrots were still crunchy when bit into and the mushrooms were dressed in what tasted like sweet teriyaki which detracted from the other flavors of the meal. Would love to also see a California Sav Blanc by the glass option. In regards to the renovation of the location, it was a nice concept but seemed to miss the mark in attention to detail. I do have to say the hostess and server Louie were the highlight; very kind and attentive!

We were extremely disappointed in our experience at Prime25. The food was ok, far from great. One of our steaks was well done instead of medium, the other was lacking anything special. It was just a steak slapped on a white plate that really didn't taste very good. For an upscale restaurant the food presentation certainly lacks when the steaks come out on a big white plate with nothing else. They were out of the dessert we wanted to order. We were seated in a banquet room which was not a pleasant experience. It was very loud. It's an area that should not even be used for regular dining because it is so much different than the main restaurant. Service was slow, maybe they were short handed for the evening. One of the biggest things that bothered us was for poor, slow service they charge a mandatory 20% tip on all tables. This is just not an ethical thing to do to your customers when you are a small business. If service is bad, which it was last night, the customer is penalized. If this is your business practice to charge customers like this, just raise your prices 20%. Your website states parties of 6 or more are charged 20% which is a standard practice and we understand that. It says nothing about all tables being charged a mandatory fee. When you start charging fees that aren't earned and that are not generally standardized, you are hurting your customers and taking away the incentive for good service. In total, our bill was $250 for poor service, mediocre food, and a loud atmosphere. Update: We ate at Texas Roadhouse in Monument a week later. Our total tab was $40 and both of our steaks were better at Texas Road house.

**Not Celiac Safe – Very Disappointing and Concerning** This restaurant advertises itself as celiac-friendly, which is why we chose it for a special occasion. Unfortunately, that claim is misleading and unsafe. When we arrived, our waitress was unsure which menu items were celiac safe and had to ask the kitchen. She then assured us multiple times that they had a separate gluten-free fryer and that no gluten touched the steak cooking area. We started with the tuna tartare after being told it could be made gluten free without the croquettes. When the dish arrived, it had **three croquettes placed directly on top**, and the food runner even said, *“With consideration of your gluten sensitivity.”* The waitress and manager came out immediately to apologize, explaining that the chef was new, did not speak English, and did not understand what celiac or gluten-free meant. While apologetic, this explanation was extremely concerning. We were again reassured that the fries were cooked in a separate gluten-free fryer and that there would be no further issues. The rest of the meal seemed fine, but later that night—and throughout the next day—I became very ill with severe symptoms consistent with gluten ingestion. My husband later called the manager to inform them and help prevent this from happening to others. During that conversation, we were told that **they do not actually have a separate gluten-free fryer**, directly contradicting what we were told at the restaurant. They offered a $50 gift card as an apology, but this does not make up for the incompetence, misinformation, or the fact that I became seriously ill after spending over **$400** on dinner. This establishment is **not celiac safe**. The staff, while polite, are clearly not properly trained on food allergies or cross-contamination. I strongly caution anyone with celiac disease to avoid dining here.

My fiancé and I were so excited to try this location, we’ve gone to the other location many times. We were in for a date night, before he deploys. Unfortunately nothing was right. From the moment we sat down to the time our steaks came out 20 minutes apart. We both ordered a drink, and $60 steaks. I ordered a ribeye, he ordered a filet. 2 filets were brought brought out, I immediately said I ordered a ribeye. That waiter (didn’t catch his name) was great and very attentive. He took it back, left the sides, and my fiancés steak. 20 minutes go by, and I have to go ask for the manager. He comes out with my steak and an apology. We had a side of sautéed spinach and the roasted mushrooms, which were amazing. We arrived at the restaurant at 6:30, by the time my steak came out it was 7:50. He offered to comp the 2 drinks we had. By the time it came out, the other steak was cold. He asked if I was still interested in the steak. This would have been a $250 ticket with what we ordered. The manager, Bryan, flat out told me he was not comping my steak. If my fiancés steak would have been taken back while it took time to cook mine, the whole situation would have been taken care of. Instead, it was left on the table with very little communication from anyone. Extremely poor service, and we will not be returning.
