Yoshinoya

Yoshinoya is one of favorite restaurant in my list because everything they make there at the restaurant is fresh and made to order that why I enjoy the food. The bowls and combo are probably the best items at Yoshinoya they always introduce new items in their menu.

Food was prepared ok, could've had a bit more chicken in my combo but 5 stars because the drive thru attendant was damn cool. Just got the feeling that yes she's an employee but she also knows what it's like to be the customer. Hard to find these days.

Friendly and fast, just in time to get back to work! Ask for special requests and they did it.

I've always loved yoshinoya. I love mobile ordering! Not so much curbside pickup because you will be sitting outside for a long time until you call them to see where your order is. I was explained at multiple different locations that they don't even receive a notification for curbside which is why they take forever. Seems like it's technology issue but who knows!

Good place for a quick lunch. Every time I go there around 2pm, it is not crowded at all. Order at the counter and you are ready to go within 5 mins. Nothing to complain.

Guy at the drive thru messed up our order, he forgot to give us our vegetables, the clam chowder was boiled for too long, had a smokey flavor

Very good tasting chicken with teriyaki sauce. Great food. It's a nice location. Clean from inside.The service is alright.This food is delicious. Great for lunch 👍

Had ordered for my 30 minutes lunch yet not utensils or napkins provided. Cant even eat my lunch.

It's been a while since I went into a Yoshinoya. The menu has changed a lot. The original beef rice bowl is still around, reduced in size and increased in price. Tokyo fried chicken is new to me and I tried it as a side. It tasted pretty good and seems better tasting than Korean fried chicken.

I thought the food and service was as expected. This is consistent from the past and other locations. It might be strange if they were suddenly very friendly like Starbucks. At least this location is very clean. The tables aren't cleaned as regularly as they should so there might be food stuff left on them.

I really didn't care too much for the orange chicken this time and the sweet and sour sauce was awful in my opinion made my food to spicey to eat so a waste of money. Also the chicken was to hard. And I went around 1120 am before lunch. Tasted like leftovers from the night before left out. Oh and it was pretty dirty for Just opening up like wadded up napkins under some chairs and other little trash. SMH I was gonna take a pic but I forgot my phone that day.

Skimping on the meat come on this is supposedly an large with extra meat so I'm guessing regular is less?

Considering that the PRICE of everything has skyrocketed makes it very insulting when you part ways with your hard earned money and not get what you deserve nor payed for. Negligence is the same across the board USUALLY but why does it seem that there is a complete difference in Day and Evening service. The Evening crew at this Yoshinoya is awful quality check is not a factor there. Working nights I stop and grab lunch I rely on desirable food from my preferred choice. The combo bowl had literally a few shreds of beef and an extremely large amount of onions. I opened it up at my lunch time and was soooooo disappointed, Mad instantly. I received a chicken and onion combo. Considering I had already been displeased with this location prior makes it quite clear it's a consistent issue with the Evening crew. The prior visit the beef was dry like it had been cooked that morning but not actually served till night. It had no moisture just ridiculously dry. I had asked for them to put more of the broth from the meat on my rice and his response was "oh he can't because he took it out already " whatever the He!! that meant. So when I asked for teriyaki sauce he says "I have to charge you".

I went through drive through and only ordered two drinks and one combo plate and still was ask to wait in the front for 30 minutes. The ice tea was hot and there was no ice. They are skimpy on the portions. The gentleman did exchange my drink.

I waited for 15 minutes for a small beef bowl that at the end it sucked. The rice was under cooked, the meat was nothing but fat. The only reason this place is still open because there's nothing decent to eat around... unless people want to pay $10 for good food.

I just went in for my regular combo bowl and today was the worst bowl I've ever had and I've been going there for a month now straight everyday for lunch but the people that are working there right now at this time and it's 8:52 p.m. 3/29/21. Please fix this problem I really enjoy eating your yoshinoya but today was the worst

I just bought food from there and once again they messed up. I order regular bowl with beef with veggies with spicy terayaki sauce with some condiments but they gave rice with beef n that's it. I try to call them to let them know n no answer.

I was in there a few days ago a female Manager was Busy with mulilpal men visiting her .leaving the one girl to work the whole thing by her self .. And she treated this worker terible .... I'm nit exaggerating .. This manager had men bringing her gifts left and right.. I sent cooperate a message on this ..

Horrible drive thru waiting time for burned noodles 🍜 😫

When I went in there was a line in the lobby of 3 customers. The drive thru had a line as well. I waited there like 10 min and no one was helping us inside the lobby. The other customers were very upset as well. I asked why no one was helping us and the cook ignored me. I had to yell to get someone's attention when the guy taking orders at the drive thru just told me very casually that he was by himself and he need to help the drive thru first. I suggested to take 1 order from the drive thru then one in the lobby and so forth but everyone just ignored me once more. I yelled once more to get someone's attention and asked if they really not going to take anyone's order (inside the lobby) and the guy just shrugged his shoulders and kept helping the drive thru. Everyone inside the lobby got very mad and just left the store as I did. Terrible customer service from everyone. It's so pathetic they can't multitask, they shouldn't work there.

Never ordering here again. Took too long to place order and food was not right

Second time we come for a boba at this Yoshinoya and they say the same thing, “I don’t have boba right now it will take me 30 minutes to make it”. Either they sell a lot of bobas here or they are never prepared. I saw the reviews On The food and now I’m a little concerned how my order will look. Overall, a bad experience with the boba hopefully not with the food.

Rice was hard. The beef was clumped to form a giant ball that was undercooked. The staff was nice, but hearing them speak about not willing to eat the food they serve is a little unsettling.

Dear to the owner thank you for the christmas eve gift this is super delicious without ginger and red pepper so I just throw away after eating 30%

The drive thru employee was beyond miserable being at work, from the minute I heard his voice over the intercoms I knew it wasn’t going to a good experience. No greeting not one smile , not once offered me any sauces, when I requested the soy sauce and chili the annoyance was splattered all over his face. Moving on to the food portioning never in my 28 years of life have I been skimped by a Yoshinoya the way this location just did. The amount of rice is ridiculous and for this being a bowl where you can get both proteins.. I got 4 pieces of chicken. Definetly won’t be back and don’t recommend to anyone else that loves Yoshinoya.

This place looks nice but the food they are servicing unacceptable. I got a large chicken bowl and it barely had any chicken or rice. I went to ask if I could get a normal serving. He said that’s the normal amount and he was right next to the general manager. Who said nothing. Take a look for yourself

I order 2 chicken bowl one with brown rice and the other one with white rice. The drive thru rep we are out of brown rice ,I said K but they put 8oz of rice and 4pc in reality only 2 of 4 pcs chicken and vegetables (overcooked) insane how they want to charge so much rice! Called him Oscar and explained to him and I took it back and I specifically said no sauce on my original order bc it's too sweet. I have pictures of the nightmare experience. 6-22 I order chicken plate with no rice and every day is less food

They got my order wrong and ontop of that the amount of meat they gave me was pitiful. Noodles instead of white rice and they gave me like 4 pieces of meat. The combo is supposed to have more meat but it barely and I mean barely covered half, when it is supposed to be 3/4 of the box like they advertised. And one of the veggies was the whole stalk of the cabbage. Bit into it and immediately spit it out. Tasted bad.

I’m unfamiliar with this chain and thought, “How bad could it be?” Unfortunately, the $16 meal I got felt like a frozen TV dinner. The vegetables were clearly microwaved mushy and flavorless—and the chicken was lacking any real taste just drowned in teriyaki. This place claims to be Japanese, but it's not great. Honestly, Panda Express (which I know is Chinese fast food) is far better in quality and taste. Way overpriced for what you get. I won’t be coming back.
