Da Rino si presenta come la tipica trattoria di una volta, con un'accogliente atmosfera dallo stile familiare e raccolta. Un poco fuori dai rumori delle vie principali (eppure centralissima), offre un pranzo/cena in tutta tranquillità con un menù di pietanze squisitamente toscane. Piccoli dettagli come la gentilezza del personale, il gusto nel proporre vivande e vini con abbinamenti davvero perfetti, i tovaglioli di stoffa, quadri a parete con proverbi a contorno – anche sul sacchetto del pane, una musica soft in sottofondo che accompagna e non disturba il pasto né i discorsi, fanno da cornice ad un ristorante di cui ci siamo pentiti non aver scoperto prima. Non esitate: se cercate una cucina degna di questo nome a prezzi onesti andateci subito.

Tutto ottimo, dall'antipasto di carciofi, alla zuppa di cipolle fino ai classici cantucci col vin santo. Molto buono il sangiovese bio della casa. Bravi.

Abbiamo cenato in questa trattoria a pochi passi dal duomo. Siamo partiti con un antipasto toscano di crostini di fegatini e salumi tipici, per poi passare ad un primo di pici freschi con ragù alla senese eccezionali. Abbiamo preso un bel taglio di Fiorentina (carne veramente buona e cottura perfetta) e un filetto “De Medici” al Barolo con tartufo nero a dir poco libidinoso.. il tutto accompagnato da buon vino e finendo la cena con i classici cantucci e vin santo dei veri toscani… Barbara, la proprietaria, veramente gentile e disponibile. Qui abbiamo trovato la nostra tanto amata Toscana nel centro di Como.

Located in the beautiful city of Como, this Tuscan restaurant offers a truly authentic dining experience. The food was incredibly fresh and full of genuine flavor, reminiscent of how traditional meals were served "back in the day." We had no complaints about our meal and thoroughly enjoyed the delicious truffle pasta, savory ravioli, rich paccheri with ragu, and a perfectly cooked filet. One important tip for future guests: we unfortunately didn't order the fiorentina, which is likely what you should get here. If you want to try it, it's a good idea to let them know when you make your reservation so they can have it for you. The service has an "osteria-like" feel, which means it's not a fast-paced affair. The waitresses are very nice but also very direct. While they could use an extra hand to speed up the service, the slower pace is part of the charm. As long as you are aware that you will be there for a little while, it is a great experience.

The food was absolutely delicious. Panzanella salad was perfect. Pasta with truffle was amazing. Filet of beef in red wine reduction with shaved black truffle was a little salty, but still very good. Beef was tender and cooked to a perfect medium rare. The women that run Rino are top notch. Their service to Americans was kind. Highly recommend!

The food was to die for. I had Parma ham salad with figs and burrata to start and it was well presented and tasty. As a main I had the pasta with tartufo and it was cooked perfectly Al dented, creamy and with a generous but not overpowering amount of tartufo. My partner had steak with tartufo and he said it was probably the best steak he has eaten. He said it was very tender. Sadly I didn’t have space for dessert but my partner did and thoroughly enjoyed his tiramisu.

Went here the other day and I must say that this is a must eat in Como! If you like meat then this is for you. 🥩 Here they are quite generous with the truffle so don’t hesitate to order something with truffle! Also I think this is the best tiramisu I have eaten ever🤯 The atmosphere was nice, and of course the food was amazing. Perfect for a date night or just a nice dinner with loved ones🩷 If there is one thing I can comment on is that the service was a tiny bit slow, but the staff was quite friendly and nice!

One of the best meals we had in Italy and for sure the best meal we had in Como. It's a small place so make sure you come in to put your name down for a reservation. But the owner was so sweet and funny and made our experience so great. I'd recommend the truffle pasta and truffle steak and they have a pretty good selection of wine as well. You feel like you're in someone's kitchen and the vibe was great. We will be recommending this place to anyone who goes to Como!

Found this little local spot in como. Delicious food small little place and cool local atmosphere. The food was great! Make reservations in advance. Our kids had pasta and butter and was one of the best. I would go back and order that for myself with some black truffle on top. As their black truffle pasta was a little on the heavy side.

Ristorante con piatti e ingredienti davvero eccellenti. Abbiamo ordinato tartare di Chianina con tartufo, burrata (eccellente, e lo dico da esperta) e culatello, pici con ragù di Chianina e tartufo e degli ottimi ravioli con coniglio, fave e formaggio di Pienza. Ottimo anche il vino al calice, un buon San Giovese. Servizio un po' lento, ma andava benissimo. Atmosfera da trattoria semplice, ma calda.

Il cibo che offrono, è di alta qualità, le materie prime fresche di prima scelta. I prezzi sono un po elevati, ma quando si parla di tartufo questo è, il locale però non ha soddisfatto il mio gusto. Comunque complimenti per la cucina

Locale in centro Como, c’ero stato già due o tre anni fa e mi aveva lasciato un miglior ricordo. Abbiamo preso l’antipasto toscano, non avevano più il paté, le bruschette erano in realtà fettunta ..insomma non quello che mi aspettavo. La carne era buona, ma viene servita senta alcun contorno. Il locale non è grande ed era abbastanza affollato, in certi momenti era difficile riuscire a sentirsi. Insomma il ristorante forse si è “evoluto” come la città negli ultimi anni, sovraffollata di turisti da tutto il mondo ha quindi dovuto rivedere alcuni aspetti, a mio parere in peggio. Peccato.

Locale ubicato in una delle tante viette caratteristiche del centro di Como. Arredamento rustico con diversi quadri e cimeli alle pareti, diviso in due salette molto accoglienti. Propongono una cucina toscana con inserimenti di altri piatti regionali. Menù che comprende 3 antipasti, 3 primi secondi a base di carne e dolci; la carta dei vini non molto ampia ma con delle etichette interessanti (qualche rosso toscano in più tra cui scegliere sarebbe stato perfetto). Il ristorante Rino si trova appena imboccata la via che si diparte di fronte alla gelateria Rossetti, le norme anti contagio sono ben strutturate e rispettate severamente. È necessario prenotare in anticipo e la porta del ristorante è chiusa. Si deve suonare ed il personale viene ad aprire, prende la temperatura e richiede la disinfezione delle mani, i tavoli sono distanziati di 1,5 m e tovaglioli e portaposate sono monouso in materiale compostabile. Se non si è prenotato, ma ci sono posti liberi, è necessario lasciare i propri dati per eventualmente essere contattati. Il menù è limitato a 4 portate per antipasti, primi e secondi piatti. La qualità è eccellente ed i prezzi sono di conseguenza adeguati, ahimè scarsa la scelta dei vini al calice, al contrario, la carta del vino in bottiglia è molto estesa. Buon ristorante di cucina Toscana in centro a Como. Il posto é raccolto e l'atmosfera molto conviviale. Non ci sono moltissimi posti a sedere ma l'ambiente é curato Assolutamente non adatto ai vegetariani (la mia é una critica ai vegetariani non al ristorante, non sanno cosa si perdono) servono carne molto buona cucinata bene. Le porzioni sono oneste L'unico neo é il servizio un po' lento ma per qualcuno può essere anche piacevole visto che si ha tutto il tempo di parlare sorseggiando vino

Dovendo descrivere l esperienza, beh, tutto è andato bene, a partire dalla cortesia e la disponibilità delle responsabili con il nostro piccolino. Abbiamo ordinato più cose come i Tagliolini al tartufo, la tagliata è una loro proposta di carne cotta al vino. Non abbiamo mangiato male, anzi è stata una serata davvero piacevole. Ciò che sembra davvero esagerato è il prezzo. Insomma, si paga circa 50 a persona per portate di terra senza per forza andare sulla tagliata fiorentina. Avessi speso la media di 10 in meno a persona l avrei visto più regolare. Ma è giusto per trovare il pelo nell uovo.

Location semplice ed accogliente, la classica "cucina italiana" nel senso positivo del termine. Buon servizio e buon vino, prezzi leggermente sopra la media. Pici al sugo di aglione veramente sublimi. Unica pecca: un'attesa veramente lunga (25/30 minuti) per 2 piatti di pasta. Consigliato 👍🏼

Went here because of the good reviews. Dishes were ok (not exceptional) but too expensive for what was served (small salad for 14€). C’è stato un intervallo di almeno 30+ minuti tra l’antipasto e i primi, ben oltre ciò che si può considerare ragionevole. I primi non sono stati serviti a un minuto di distanza, come affermato. Forse non dieci, ma sicuramente più di cinque. Abbiamo notato che piatti identici venivano portati insieme a più tavoli. Di conseguenza, il nostro tavolo, come altri, ha ricevuto i primi in momenti diversi, compromettendo la continuità del pasto. My friend said that being in a bad mood is no excuse for being impolite and my friend wanted to leave a bad review. Hmmmmmm…. The pros and cons hit you right in the face with this charming Ristorante. So let’s get at it: Pros: Super charming location on a beautiful street where the inside matches the outside, just lovely. The wine list is very nice and they have reasonably priced nice appetizers, prima, seconda , and desserts with many items made in-house The tortilla baccala was beautifully done. Cons: there’s no other way to say it: it was super slooooooow. Maybe they need more help? Two servers and I was the seventh table at lunch though. And no one moved for a long time. Could it be the kitchen is full of perfectionists? Speaking of help, this was the rare restaurant in Italy, and the dozens and dozens of times I’ve been here, where I felt like I was a bother. Yes dear servers, I am a customer and here to eat and drink with your assistance. I’m sorry if that isn’t convenient for you. So a little tough on the rating and the write up, but the place could be so amazing. It’s just not, at least for lunch on the day I visited.
