We were in Como in February, during “Low Season” and some of the places we’d planned to eat at were closed. One night we stopped to look at the menu. It’s the restaurant in our hotel and seemingly in a peak touristy spot, so we were apprehensive, but we were cold and tired from a full day walking and exploring. We were so glad we did! I have to eat gluten free, but they were very understanding and told me all of the options they could offer. In the end we both ordered the shrimp risotto. While we waited they brought some bread, oil, and balsamic for my son. A few moments later they brought out a little gluten free ciabatta for me, so I wasn’t completely left out. Ismael was our server and he was wonderful! Beyond the food recommendation he also made some great wine suggestions, letting us try a bit to decide. He was very fun and friendly and they were so good with the service. But the risotto. OMG! It was luscious! The creamy texture, subtle lemon, and shrimp were perfect. It was seasoned well and just heavenly. So much so that we returned again and ordered the same thing before leaving town. Highly recommended!

Very polite and welcoming staff. Food was excellent with the fish plates being delicious. There was an excellent selection of wine and drinks. The restaurant is in an great location facing the lake that is by the square.

Beautifully located restaurant with stunning views. Exceptional food, we enjoyed Fillet steak and fish dishes on two visits to this restaurant. Service was first class and we will be returning next year!

Amazing experience overall! I spent some time with my partner, enjoying the vibe and the fantastic weather by the lake. Food was perfect, particularly the cod fillet and the risotto with zafferano, chef's masterpiece! Looking forward to dine again soon

Staff went out of there way to accomodate us. Food was beautiful in a nice location. Friendly atmosphere. 10 out of 10!!!

Gluten free pasta available!! We had a lovely meal here very accommodating for our friend’s gluten intolerance. Made her an off menu option for being veggie and gluten free. She loved it, as well as gluten free bread. Our pastas were also lovely! Beautiful view too.

Lovely evening meal at Imbarcadero. The food was delicious, both fish dishes were exquisite and we really enjoyed them. The veal escalope was also second to none. I would highly recommend the food. The older manager is very charismatic and funny. Definitely a character, made the night enjoyable. The waiters are abit young and juvenile, but always polite and attentive.

The dish was delicious, but the waiter who served us was very poor. He didn't look at us when he spoke to us. Because of the rain, he asked us to move the position. After we sat down according to his instructions, after a while he said that it was booked and asked us to change seats again. We sat down again according to the table he pointed to. And ordered a bottle of water. After a while, he gave us the water next to the table but didn't give it to us, and once again asked us to change seats, saying that it was an appointment. It means that we have been driven three times, but he did not feel sorry, and the speech still does not even look at us. I feel that I am not respected.

Came to Como for a football game and before the game we wanted to get food, unfortunately this was our choice for a place to eat. I travel a lot for work and I tried hundreds of restaurants and I can honestly say this one was the worst. They say americans eat a lot, this food was so bad that we couldn’t eat. The lasagna and crab linguini were genuinely terrible. Food is universe’s blessing I don’t want to talk bad about any food but this one was worst than college cafeteria food. Paid 120 for a meal for two. The price we paid for the quality was heartbreaking. If you love your stomach don’t go.
