Siamo stati ieri a cena io e il mio ragazzo. Posto molto bello e accogliente. La location è curata in ogni minimo dettaglio, il cibo è davvero superlativo, si vede e si assapora la qualità e la ricerca delle materie prime. I piatti oltre che buoni, erano anche molto belli esteticamente. Personale accogliente e preparato. Abbiamo preso due antipasti (tagliere di formaggi e bresaole) e due secondi (anatra e filetto di salmerino) il tutto accompagnato da un percorso di vini suggerito dalla somelier (molto preparata, devo dire che i vini erano azzeccati e perfetti con quello che assaporavamo).Faccio i complimenti a questo locale dove si vede che oltre la bravura , la qualità l’impegno c’è anche tanta passione.

La Rivenoteca è stata una piacevole scoperta, oltre che un’ottima esperienza. Il locale è caldo e invitante, all’ingresso siamo stati accolti con il sorriso dalla sommelier che ci ha mostrato la cantina e il sistema di “self service” con una serie di referenze selezionate per poter fare diversi assaggi (una cosa nuova, che non avevo mai trovato in zona). Ci accomodiamo e passiamo al menù, con piatti rigorosamente della tradizione cucinati divinamente bene, ma per questo lascio spazio alle foto. Una serata assolutamente positiva in un ambiente caldo e curato. Assolutamente da rifare!

Piacevole scoperta nel centro di Como. Il ristorante propone ottimi piatti del territorio rivisitati e una vasta scelta di vini da abbinare. Locale molto carino, personale gentile e premuroso anche con i bambini. Super consigliato.

Dopo qualche occasione, posso dire che Rivenoteca è una fermata d'obbligo a Como. Enoteca davvero ottima, ampia scelta di vini regionali, accompagnati dalla saggezza e dalla cortesia della sommelière. Stupendo!

Posticino davvero da conoscere. Ristorante/enoteca 100% lombardo (tutto a km 0). Personale estremamente gentile e una sommelier di sala davvero appassionata. Scelta di vini molto vasta, ben ricercata e rispettosa della territorialità. Menu interessante, non troppo dispersivo: si è mangiato (e bevuto) bene! Bravi! Prezzi onesti!

First we got a background story and small tour. Very nice to know that the ingredients are only local produce. Great attention to detail in terms of the food. You can sense how much work has been put in the development of the meals. It’s possible to taste a bunch of wines in different quantities at a self service bar. It has a very classy feel and the service was great too. Kind and to the point. Great atmosphere. Perfect music and again great focus on the details. Very beautiful simple tablewear. Definitely one of the highlights of our stay. We recommend.

Enoteca was the pinnacle of my food experience at Como lake today. Even though me, my wife are not drinking alcohol we still found this place fascinating. We started with a cheese plate and also received the surprising starter that was tasty My main dish was duck breast and the way was cooked, and the sauce was very, very balanced really enjoyed it My wife ordered rack of lamb with Berry sauce and she enjoyed it too, especially the way potatoes cooked, even though it said seasonal vegetables, but finding the potatoes as additional carbs was a good addition to the dinner.

We just ran into this restaurant while walking after dinner. We just wanted to try some wine but ended up trying pasta and dessert. Wine tasting was interesting, they give a card you can insert and fill your glass with 3 different quantities. Price was very reasonable. Ended up tasting 6 different wines. Very nice decor, pasta and dessert were very tasty. Service was excellent. Highly recommend this place.

We were in Como for 5 days and came to the restaurant twice. The food was delicious and it was hard to choose from the dishes offered. We all tried something new both times. Even better than the food was the wine pairing - we had the sommelier recommend a wine for each course and each got the perfect pairing for our dish! If you’re in Como, I highly recommend this restaurant!

If you love Wine…this is a great place to try all the Italian wines you can imagine without breaking the bank. Our party enjoyed all a Charcuterie board, Caprese Salad, Risotta w/ Perch, Duck Breast and more. I ordered the Spaghetti Alla Chitarra which is served with fish dried in the sun. I didn’t quite understand that when I ordered it and it was SUPER SALTY. As a chef, I understand that it wasn’t because they oversalted the dish, it’s because of the fish and how it’s preserved. It tasted like salty anchovies, but just overwhelming. If anchovies is your jam, this may be the dish for you. Fortunately there were 6 of us, so everyone shared a bit of their orders and I was good, plus…all the wine I could drink, so all was not lost! Overall, a great experience and would recommend.

Highly recommend this place! The food was amazing, and the service was even better. Their staff was patient and detailed, explaining every dish to us. As a fun surprise twist, they have around 30 bottles of wine in a special machine, and guests can use a store “credit card” to personally dispense varying amounts themselves. This was a cool experience, where we could try out several wines in a low-pressure setting before getting a full glass of our favorites. Would love to go back!

We found this spectacular restaurant by accident. It appears to be family owned. But I am not sure. The gentleman who greeted us gave us a brief tour and explained all about the restaurant and all of the local wines and food they serve. The menu consists of recipes typical of the region. The wine, gin, and beers are of this region and you are welcome to do a tasting. The gentleman offered suggestions for wine for each course and it was impeccable. I requested he write them for me so I would be sure to note them. Truly an exceptional experience and it was reasonably priced for the superb service and quality of food and wine. You must have this experience.

Pranzo di lavoro in un ambiente piacevole e rilassante. Abbiamo potuto trascorrere tutto il tempo senza subire pressioni sul tempo e con un servizio superlativo. Molto apprezzata la possibilità di scegliere il calice di vino abbinato al piatto, con il consiglio di un sommelier. Tutti i piatti, abbondanti, preparati con cura e tipici della regione. Che aggiungere? Tutti noi siamo usciti soddisfatti.

Abbiamo scoperto Rivenoteca grazie ad una festa di compleanno, dove il festeggiato aveva organizzato la cena. La location è veramente molto carina e raccolta, a un passo da San Fedele. Colpisce la vetrina illuminata, il logo con il suo carattere sinuoso e raffinato e il design pulito ed essenziale. L'interno si snoda tutto attorno al grande bancone centrale, da cui gli ambienti si conformano in salette e corridoi. Essendo una comitiva numerosa siamo purtroppo stati divisi in due sale diverse, noi in particolare abbiamo cenato nella sala appartata sul retro del locale, con i suoi lunghi tavoli in legno, l'atmosfera informale e rilassata e la cantina verticale disposta a parete. Il servizio è stato cordiale e competente: la sommelier è stata molto presente e preparata, i camerieri rapidi, efficienti e molto (molto!) pazienti. Ottimo l'amuse-bouche come benvenuto dello chef, corposo e genuino l'antipasto al tagliere, una selezione mista di salumi e formaggi lombardi che ha saputo presentare le eccellenze locali tipiche del territorio creando un'armonia di sapori veramente eccellente. Buonissimi i crostoni presentati nel piccolo cestino in legno d'ulivo e soprattutto la bresaola d'oca sforzesca, dal gusto dolce ma particolarmente aromatico e leggermente affumicato, davvero notevole. Come primo il nostro menu prevedeva dei fusilloni al ragù di cappone (che però personalmente non ho ritenuto particolarmente entusiasmanti), consiglio invece senza esitazione come dessert le sfoglie di biscotto al cioccolato con crema morbida al mascarpone e coulis ai frutti di bosco, un dolce croccante e friabile veramente strepitoso, oltre che impiattato benissimo! Purtroppo la serata affollata e cicaleccia del compleanno non ci ha permesso di godere a pieno delle potenzialità della location, che si presenta davvero raffinata ed elegante, ma torneremo sicuramente in futuro da soli per poter assaporare con calma e senza distrazioni le eccellenze del menu (che promette veramente faville!).

A very unique restaurant with excellent local cuisine and an absolutely fantastic wine selection. All the ingredients are sourced locally and the staff expertly explains the origin of each dish. There’s a fun wine vending machine where you get a chip card and can help yourself to a wide selection of wines to taste by yourself. The selection of dishes was fun, we had lots of fish and enjoyed all of it. The only thing that was disappointing was the chef‘s risotto, which tasted unfortunately bland and boring.

Lombardian restaurant concentrating on local fish, meat and wine. Had a good meal, would recommend the brisaola starter in particular. Unfortunately the millefuille beef carpaccio was nearly all grey rather than pink due to the heat of the celeriac, a little disappointing. Excellent wine service with good advice on a bottle, we didn't really fancy the self-service by the glass option (maybe good for a wine tasting or more casual meal, rather than a normal dinner).

Initially the first impression was really good, and we got a thorough tour and story of the place. The food I got was fine, but both of my friends got the fried fish, which was just a platter fully deepfired everything. Really bland and disappointing. When we complained, she laughed and said i was the lucky one and my friend was the unlucky one. They seemed very proud and it was fully our problem, that it was a disappointing experience. Service is a lot different in Denmark!

It was nice to taste different wines - the wine wending machine system was easy to use and fun. Food was average so I would recommend to stay on the drinking side only. Friendly service.

Sono stata in questa enoteca diverse volte e mi sono sempre trovata bene, soprattutto per il cibo. Di solito non lascio recensioni, ma quanto successo oggi mi ha davvero colpita. Stavo passando davanti al locale con un’amica e ci siamo fermate un attimo vicino a un tavolino esterno perché lei ha ricevuto una telefonata. Subito una donna è uscita dal ristorante urlandoci contro e insultandoci in modo molto offensivo, chiamandoci “brutte str*nze” e usando un linguaggio inaccettabile. Ho cercato più volte di capire il motivo della sua reazione, ma senza successo. La mia amica aveva con sé un cane e forse non abbiamo notato qualcosa, ma in ogni caso la situazione avrebbe potuto essere gestita con calma e rispetto. Se avessi capito cosa stavamo facendo di sbagliato, avrei rimediato senza problemi. L’episodio è stato assurdo e spiacevole, ed è finito con ulteriori insulti, persino verso mia madre. È davvero un peccato che il comportamento di una persona del genere rovini l’immagine di un locale che in passato avevo apprezzato. Sono rimasta profondamente offesa.
