This is my least favorite mcdonald's on this side. I'd rather go to League Line where the food is fresh and the quality is better. I ordered an iced coffee this morning thru my app because my points were about to expire and they gave me milk with a bunch of sugar. U can barely taste the coffee and the drink is whiter than my white friends. This is ridiculous

Easy access from I45 North .. However this location is mostly sub standard... The location on 336 north loop usually makes better food and their Ice Cream machine is broken less often.. I would avoid this location if possible.... Lots of problems

Lately, I've been coming here and trying to leave pretty soon. Not fun like it used to be. It's filthy; which is not the fault of the patrons, mind you, but the lazy staff who refuses to clean it up as it piles up all day. I don't know if they pick straws or play Russian Roulette, but they're going through kitchen members like wash rags, so I don't who's, or WHAT'S, involved, but I'll make you stare at the crystal for 6 hours again (or, until you are happily under his understanding$)

One of my worst experiences at a McDonald’s. Walk in, trash everywhere, fries, wrappers, napkins all over floor. There wasn’t a single clean table for my family and I to eat on. Went to order at front counter because no kiosks were open, waited for several minutes for someone to take my order all while several employees stood around. Then the person taking my order told someone in drive thru they need a minute. It’s understandable that it gets busy and stuff happens but this was terrible shift management and needs coaching. Many of the issues would have been resolved if it was better management. Also my order took 20 minutes, which id be ok with if the food was fresh, however it was all lukewarm and old. Both kids meals, all fries and McDouble were bad and missing some of my order. When I went back to the front counter to ask for resolve; again I waited forever to be acknowledged. This whole shift was terribly ran from positioning, cleanliness, food quality, and customer service. Who ever was in charge of running the shift on 2/11 9:30pm needs some serious coaching, and the support manager too. I hope to be contacted about how this whole visit can be resolved and made right.

They NEVER double check the orders before pushing them out the window and the employees have a poor attitude. Im tired of ALWAYS having my order messed up. Each meal should go in a separate bag because not everyone likes their food handled and STOP putting the fries in sideways...they get dumped in the bag

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Waited in line for 20 minutes having ordered on the app. Only for at 10:55 they stopped letting people get their food. I understand we all want to get home but the way the handled everything was horrendous. Just turned out the lights and stopped responding to everyone. Also could see a chick in there crashing out, I COULD SEE OUR FOOD IN THE WINDOW. 0/5 stars recommend

Unlike No Other

First & last visit. Ordered 3 Big Mac meals, 3 holiday pies and 20pc nugget with fries basket. Disengaged, unfriendly customer service. Then there were no med lids available. My daughter went to the counter to let them know the lid container was empty. And to request 3 lids. The employee just walked away from her and started doing other things. So I went up. By this time, it's the manager at the counter. I tell him the same thing that was told to his employee. He says ok and proceeds to take the order of the man who had just approached the counter. I demanded that I be given the lids NOW!! We had already placed our order at least 15 mins prior and had already requested lids twice! Then we finally get our order and there's only 19 nuggets and SUPER dry Big Macs. There seemed to be only a ketchup packet worth of sauce on each burger, smh. Then there's the room temperature fries and them trying to persuade us to take cookies bc they only had 2 pies to give. And it would take 10 mins to make more. Ok, so then make them! We're dinning in anyway and it's literally only 5:45 pm. This location is greatly lacking on so many levels. And save your generic resources bc it's insulting. Just do better!

I have had nothing but the WORST interactions and customer service from this location. The employees are HIGHLY unprofessional and rude simply for what seems like that they are just not happy with their place of employment or their life in general. The cashier working the drive thru taking orders tonight wearing a black Puma hoodie was one of the most unpleasant employees I’ve EVER dealt with. Cut me off mid sentence, then hands me the wrong drink then with an attitude tells me “hand me that drink back, that’s not your drink”. Absolute MISERABLE of a human being that doesn’t deserve a single dollar of whatever her wage is per hour. I usually take into consideration that people have bad days, but this experience was SO bad that there was no way I wouldn’t leave a review. She wasn’t in uniform and wasn’t wearing a name tag otherwise, I’d happily drop her name.

Ordered a large caramel frappe for my mother in law, the guy who took our order turned it into mocha frappe, then disappeared from the order window so I couldn't correct him. When I paid for it, I told him about the error, and he told me to pull up to the next window and they would fix it. The lady at that window told us to pull up to the NEXT window so she could remake it. We waited at that window for 20 minutes before my wife finally went inside and they gave her a carmel frappe that had already melted. If there was a trolley problem with this McDonalds on one set of tracks and nothing on the other, I would let the trolley run over McDonalds.

The old guy at the drive thru window at 430pm on wensday October 29th tried to give me wroung order then an incomplete order I was being nice about it and he was just rude the whole time he seem stress and in a rush which I understand drive thru times is a basic way yall get judge by district manger but I wonder how many messs up or incomplete orders yall get by having stress workers or rushing to complete. Hope guy has a better day just breath it's gonna be ok

It has been months since I last visited this location. After placing my order at the kiosk, I failed to check my bag and subsequently found a burger missing when I arrived home. This oversight is precisely why I had stopped visiting this location in the first place. Going forward, I will opt for the establishment located at 105 E /336, which has proven to be a better choice based on my past experiences.

I would genuinely rate this a zero if I could. I never write reviews, but I have to for this experience. I'm writing this right after it happened to me on Friday, September 5th 2025 at 10:10pm..... All the kiosks were closed, so I had to order at the counter, no one was there. I wait 10 minutes, while 3 teenagers in uniform look at me like im stupid, while they talk to people in Spanish that are working in the kitchen. Not only that, almost 5 employees in different style uniforms(I guess different rank) are in the kitchen looking at me like I'm stupid. Finally someone comes over, and she just stands in front of me doesn't say anything. Until I do. Then I give her my app code, and then order some food. I ask about the 5 dollar meal, and she said the McValue meal. I said I guess so if that's what it's called. She then lists off the different meals, but I couldn't understand her bc she was speaking so fast and with an accent. So I ask her to please say that again. She then proceeds to look at me, take in a big sigh as if to be annoyed, and then repeats herself with the same speed and accent but this time more aggressive and with more bass in her voice. This was entirely disrespectful. That's really it, mcdonalds is mcdonalds. Food is always gonna be the same more or less. But this is down right repulsive, and embarrassing customer service

I almost got myself in trouble , I have a hard time Beleiving people are so bad at there simple job they do every day... working a long day out in the sun i finally decide it's time I need a break, so I go to McDonald in conroe literally everything about it was messed up, cold mushy french fries , the burger you can see in the pic. give me burger patties. We're 2 different colors. The cheese was on the box instead of on the burger. I said, no pickles and no onions.. and it took sixteen minutes from after I ordered till I got my food. 3 people well, I was waiting for mine. And of course, waiting at the front count to get help to order. Nobody came to help him. They all 3 walked out. I will never be going back to this McDonald's.

Ordered a large meal from there, this is their idea of a "large" order of fries. I'm not making the mistake of spending my money here again.

When through drive thru and when I notice It I literally Threw up when i seeing the dry blood I check my kids food and and still didn't trust it and had to go somewhere else to get food for them but I can say who ever was working that frys I know theres a cut on there hand . Management did not do anything so I asked for corporate office number Still waiting on your response I have no cuts on my hands

Drive thru - "I'd like a Big Mac collectors cup meal with a large coke"... Why would I have to answer questions about each item individually after that statement? Even after all of the questions I still got a medium drink, a tiny mac, and no collectors cup.
