A M A Z I N G ! ! ! I had an opportunity to visit the Teriyaki Madness in Conroe upon walking into the store I was greeted by the staff very cheerfully! Which was extremely welcoming!!!! The cashier was extremely helpful with pointing out different items on the menu to try out, she had AMAZING customer service and communication skills! Then I received my order which was bought out by one of the crew members (Ivy) called out my order to me before leaving the table. The food was so DELICIOUS!!!!! I ordered the Spicy chicken with vegetables and noodles, I promise it was worth the drive! I went back 2 days later!!! I can’t get ENOUGH!

Good little spot liked the pricing and the food was very good! I ordered the spicy chicken bowl and the only complaint I had was it wasn’t spicy at all but it was very good! I will be going back forsure!

The noodles were good and the reg chicken teriyaki was amazing. The beef was very chewy and tough and could not eat. Not a fan of the egg roll and the crab ragons. But the chicken teriyaki was the winner. Will be back to try the orange chicken.

It's a fast food restaurant with very limited choices. The food was not very flavorful and they didn't sell tea. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

My wife enjoyed her salmon. The service was good. I had the spicy chicken. It wasn't to my liking but I'm willing to try the regular teriyaki.

Stephanie; at the front, is awful. She played on her phone while we stood there and waited for her to finish. She never said hi, can I help you, or ANY thing. She just starred at us. She wore a zip up jacket with no shirt underneath. It was half unzipped with her Victoria Secret bra showing... I know that, because I own the exact same bra. It was terribly tacky, unprofessional, and she was very rude. Food here is always decent. But Stephanie needs to be let go. Not to mention she messed up my order. Plus her long hair was down - pretty sure she should have that pulled back to not violate health codes.

Every time I come here it’s always a LONG WAIT. Literally 45 minutes…. The 3 times I’ve came, I’ve had to cancel. They need to do better… it’s literally rice and chicken….

We came to eat here thinking it was going to be so good because of the reviews I read but the chicken katsu and the steak were really bad the chicken was breaded but pink and the beef was stale the white rice and steam vegetables were the only good thing the fried rice was stringy and mushy. In my opinion this place is over priced I suggest you go to panda express and get their bowl that taste better has better food quality and is more price friendly. This place is unclean from the inside I sat at a booth and it smelled like ammonia the walls are splattered and the floors are sticky the tables aren’t wiped and the booth seats aren’t either. This place disappointed me.

Waist of money. Spent $50 on 2 meals & got enough rice for 10pple with enough meat for 1 person.WAIST OF MONEY. WILL NEVER EAT THIS MESS AGAIN.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this location, and I am genuinely surprised by the abundance of positive reviews. Years ago, I frequently visited this chain’s Energy Corridor branch and had no complaints—it was consistently satisfactory for what it offered. Unfortunately, this particular establishment was a completely different story. I ordered a large teriyaki beef dish for over $15, which sets a certain expectation for quality. At the very least, I expected the dish to be properly cooked and served at an appropriate temperature. However, the beef was barely above room temperature, and the brown rice was stone cold. I sent the dish back, pointing out the temperature issue. About 2–5 minutes later, the rice was returned hot, but the beef remained stone cold. At that point, I lost all confidence in the food safety standards and requested a refund. When the manager came to speak with me, their explanation was baffling. I was told that dishes are served as they are prepared and not staged to ensure uniform temperatures. The manager added that “many restaurants” use staging, but this location does not. While that may be their policy, it’s unacceptable for a meal at this price point to arrive with such glaring issues. Adding to the poor experience, the restroom was in a horrendous state. It reeked of an odor reminiscent of a neglected public park. Such conditions raise serious concerns about the overall cleanliness and management of the establishment. Overall, the experience fell far short of expectations. Proper temperature control, food safety, and basic hygiene are non-negotiable. I cannot recommend this location to anyone seeking a satisfying or reliable dining experience.

I’ve been to this place many times and lately I’ve experienced issues either with my food or with the service. I typically order online so that it can be ready for pick up and often times is inaccurate. Today I’ve waited over 25 minutes for a very simple order. Lady at the front had an attitude and told me online were priority and so I informed her I ordered online. My crab Rangoon were burnt and rice and noodles were overcooked. Really hope management sees this so that they can make some changes with the service and the food quality because we really liked this place when it was good.
