The rolls were so soft and delicious. I want some more! I ordered the 6oz sirloin medium well with the mushroom sauce & onions and shrimp. The sides I got were green beans and macaroni and cheese. Everything was delicious except for the macaroni, it was mid.

Alyssa was such a sweetheart, she complimentrd my dress and asked me how i was! Right off the bat good experience. I’ve never had a bad experience here and the one time there was a misunderstanding, it was fixed expeditiously. Communication is important guys. I’ll never get tired of the delicious yeast rolls, blooming onion and the their Texas sized combos 🤤. If you are going during peak times, make sure to get on their waitlist online just in case!

Best steak at the best price in Conroe. It was perfectly cooked, tender and so delicious. Maybe that's why there's a wait at dinnertime on a weeknight. Worth the wait, but I found room at the bar. You're always served with a smile. Their salads are served with extras. Atmosphere is a bit loud but I'm probably a bit old. Ha Great place.

Best steak ever! This was our 2nd time to visit this Texas Roadhouse and we've enjoyed both of our visits. My steak was cooked exactly as I requested, and looked just as yummy as it tasted. The salad was beautifully plated and very delicious as well. I love that they put boiled eggs on the dinner salads. It just adds such a special touch. Our server Brady was very friendly and helpful. The beer was very cold and refreshing. We had a great time, and a great meal. We will definitely return.

From the time we walked in, to the time we left, everyone was helpful and friendly. Our server Danielle was awesome. She took the time out on a busy Sunday night to get me familiar with the Texas Roadhouse experience. It was my first time ever at the restaurant. She was very attentive. Being a server myself it's hard to impress me. Lol She even had the team dance for us. It was fun. The food was great and the rolls were amazing. My friends and I enjoyed every moment of the visit. We will definitely be going back!

First time for me being here...Food was phenomenal...I have the Country Fried Steak, my girl had Steak and Shrimp which looked bomb, and her kid had the Chili Cheese HotDog....the service was excellent and the people were very friendly...definitely happy...also for dessert my girl and I split and Apple Pie the was phenomenal that was topped with Vanilla Ice Cream and I think a Caramel Sauce

We decided to go there Valentines Day. We called in advance and got put on a list. It cut the wait way down. When we received the text to go be seated, we were immediately asked about appetizers and rolls. Once seated AJ, the waitress came over and got our drink orders. She brought out our drinks and took our order. She was very attentive and brought us more rolls and peanuts. The salad and chili came right out. I had ordered the Fort Worth Ribeye, and my wife ordered the Filet Medallions. Both orders were perfect. The manager even came to the table to make sure the dinner was good. Everything was perfect. I was really surprised that the staff was able to keep up with this extremely busy day. Furthermore, a waitress can really affect the dining experience, and AJ made sure we had refills and that our dining experience was good. I had not been to this Roadhouse in years, but after this dinner, I will be back soon.

Right away this place was amazing. From the moment we walked in we were welcomed and added to a list. 10-20 min wait time that ended up being about 9 minutes. I can’t remember who sat us but she was fantastic. She asked me questions about how my day was and previous visits and I had said we had never been to that location. Within minutes Hannah the manager or supervisor (Not sure) came and gave me this adorable bag of peanuts, a coupon and info to sign up for their texts and bday club. I was immediately impressed by this restaurant before I even ordered my drink. Macie was our server and she was so sweet and very thorough on her knowledge of the menu. The cactus blossom is famous of course so that and fried mushrooms were first on our list. PERFECTION! The salad was served on ice cold plates which was nice and refreshing between the heavenly fried food and the steaks of glory. And then came the steaks. I had mine with mushrooms on top which was cooked to perfection. Slightly pink inside and tender.. oh so tender. Our total for the evening was around a bill with tip and it was worth every penny. We will for sure be back to the Texas Roadhouse again for family night.

The only complaint I got here is that it seems small and is always crowded. There's always a wait but once you're seated, things are fine. Just gotta be patient from your vehicle to the table then you're golden.

We went on a Sunday night and the place was packed with people, so we had to wait a long time for a table. And after ordering, more than 30 minutes for our food to be brought to us. Our waiter had excellent customer service and was very attentive. The food was quite good, even though the two plates of steaks we ordered were burnt on the surface. I've been moving and not eating well so I decided to go to Texas Roadhouse and treat myself to a good meal. I purchased 2 hamburger steak dinners with mashed potatoes and paid extra to get 2 bowls of chili so I'd have extra for a few days. I decided to have them make it to go so I could relax at home and eat. Last night I ate one of the cups of chili and put everything else in the refrigerator. I woke up about 1.30am and decided to eat my dinner. I heated it up and started eating. Unfortunately my hamburger steak was to raw inside for me to eat. I had asked for it to be done but not burnt. I can deal with a light pink but not blood red. I'm very disappointed because not only did I spend $40.00 I have no food to enjoy for the next couple of days.

“I recently visited a Texas Roadhouse with my nieces, hoping for a fun time. The food was good—no complaints there, and we were excited for their famous bread with butter. However, the service at this location needs improvement. The waiter’s attitude wasn’t great, and we could see the server showing favoritism toward other tables. Unfortunately, none of us felt comfortable with the service. My nieces were so disappointed they didn’t want me to tip at all! While I’m not that kind of person, I only left a 10% tip instead of 20%. I’ve been to other Texas Roadhouse locations, and this was the first time I’ve had this kind of experience. They definitely need to step up their service here.”

We drive 20 miles to eat at this particular location and today we were very disappointed. We know it’s Valentine’s Day and busy, but that is know excuse to lower food quality. We did get the special for the day, my husband chile was cold, sent it back and I think they just sent the same chile, because it was also cold, that was sent back and he opted out of getting it again. My shrimp was cold and had to be redone and both of our baked potatoes were not cooked thoroughly. Unfortunately we may rethink driving out for our next steak dinner.

I have been here countless times since I was young. I never have a problem when going with family and older adults, but it seems everytime I have gone with just my boyfriend, we get terrible customer service. When we first got to the restaurant, I asked if it would be possible for us to wait for a table in the quieter separated room since my boyfriend with autism has sensory issues, and was just told “no, I don’t have anything available”, which is fine. They then seated us in the middle of the restaurant in the lifted booths by the bar. Our food came quickly, but before we could ask for refills on our drinks or another basket of rolls, our food runner was already gone. We were barely checked on the entire time. Not to mention, the entirety of the time my boyfriend and I were at our table, there were employees in the kitchen arguing and yelling at each other. Not the most relaxing date night. Terrible service. Great food.

I have always considered myself a Texas Roadhouse lover and typically enjoy both the food and atmosphere. However, the service during my most recent visit did not meet the standard I’ve come to expect.Our server only came to our table twice throughout the meal and displayed an unwelcoming attitude. When my steak arrived cooked incorrectly (I ordered well done, and it was clearly not), I politely mentioned it. Instead of handling the situation professionally, he responded with noticeable attitude, which made the experience uncomfortable.I was respectful, placed my order promptly, and did not create any difficulty. I simply expected friendly service and my meal prepared as requested. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell short due to poor customer service.

The hostess (wearing the black ear piece) was beyond rude and clueless. Came in at 3:30 on a Friday and she told us “sorry we can’t serve you because our next shift of waiters doesn’t arrive until 4:30”. Half of the restaurant was empty. I asked her to clarify, “so you’re saying that you have more tables than waiters”? She responded with a huff and said “no that’s not what I’m saying but we can’t serve you until 4:30” and rolled her eyes and turned around. There was 7 waiters/waitresses just standing around, 1 resting their head on the bar and one texting. Finally someone came over and said “yeah, the hostess doesn’t know what she’s talking about, follow me” and took us to our table. Beyond unprofessional environment. Why is your front of the house not sure if you have tables or not? Understaffed? I can understand that.
