We were looking to eat breakfast for dinner. So we went by the place and they were closed. So we went to Whataburger near by. We had the Whataburger Jr. double meat and single meat. They were great.

We were traveling back to Dallas after a trip to Galveston. We stopped in after 9:00 p.m. The food was hot and fresh and I want to commend the girl working the counter, Elizabeth. She was so sweet and seemed really serious about her job. It was a refreshing experience after a really bad experience we had at a higher end restaurant in Galveston the night before. If we lived here, I would visit this location often. Great food and staff!

Stopped in for dinner after attending Lone Star Throwdown 2023 on Saturday Feb 25 and was surprised to find this nice restaurant better then the ones from my home area around Belton Tx. Fast service with very friendly staff didn't wait long at all for very fresh food with great service. The parking space is ok nothing major and the building seems like the ceiling is lower then normal(I'm 6'2" tall) with smaller then usual dining space but nothing was bad about anything didn't seem crowded at all. I give an A+ to all who worked there and will be back if I'm in the area after LST again.

Best part was the dude at the grill yelling 'it's 11 o'clock! No more breakfasts! Stop serving it! I'm going to go take my meds now.'. Apparently breakfast is pretty intense here. Or maybe the lady asking a coworker 'Do I look like your mother?!'. I would have paid money for that girl to say yes. This place is great. Skip the drive through, the lobby show is better.

Whatapleasure 😁🤗😍🤩 We found ourselves here for a breakfast stop at this local Conroe Whataburger, and I am so glad we are here 😁 Friendly people, awesome breakfast that is delicious and not overpriced, and, did I mention clean ? I am so impressed - while we have been here, a lovely, gracious gentleman has made his way around the restaurant cleaning all of the windowsills and tops of seat backs with wipes - we thanked him for keeping the restaurant clean, and he explained how important it is for the customers and the restaurant that everything should be clean for people to enjoy. This is such a refreshing change from the experience that we so often see nowadays. So, congratulations to Rachael Taylor for keeping your Hometown Whataburger awesome - we will be back 😁🤗💋❤🤩😍

Stopped in for a breakfast sandwich and was surprised by an altercation between a customer and the manager over an apparent food order. The customer was making threats and became violent lunging at the manager. I wish to commend this manager for how he stayed calm, kept his employees calm and all of us in the restaurant safe. He quickly brought local law enforcement in to help with the situation at the same time working to diffuse the situation with the customer. There is a lot said about the lack of service in restaurants these days. This manager was nothing short of exceptional

We went through drive thru around 9:40pm and Rachael Taylor gave phenomenal service! Rachael was very clear, very nice and got through every question without having us repeat ourselves. But most of all, the drive thru staff was very patient with us! If I could, I'd give Rachael 6/5 stars

We come in here quite often and I have never felt a need to write a review until today. Rachel has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I came in during the lunch rush and despite how busy they were the lobby was clean and food was out quick and hot. Rachel goes above and beyond when it comes to greeting guest, up selling and just being friendly. Love this location and will continue coming here for a long time.

This is the BEST Whataburger I've ever been to! Man! Shay (hope I spelled that correctly) was the most hospitable person I've ever met at a check-in counter and made my complicated order very uncomplicated, with the biggest smile and sweetest demeanor. The people in front of me emptied the ice machine and used up all the sweet tea, but Shay wouldn't let me go without. She took my cups , filled them up ilwith the drive through machines, and brought us a fresh batch of tea to fill our cups. What an above and beyond person! While we waited, Mike made delightful conversation, and it helped time pass quickly. He was cleaning the front area, and you could tell by the cleanliness of the lobby that he is a true asset to this establishment. What a kind hearted guy! Finally, Rosa was there to save the day when we realized one sandwich didn't have avocado. She was so happy to help fix the issue and made the exchange seamless for us. She was smiling and polite, friendly, and considerate. She is what all restaurants should look for in management! Whataburger is my favorite "fast-food" restaurant, and I've eaten at dozens of locations, but this place is clearly staffed with the best of the best! Great job, Whataburger, at making the effort to give customers a great experience by hiring the kind of people that keep Whataburger on the map! All around excellence. And the food slapped, of course! Everything was cooked well, the toppings were placed in perfect quantity, and they hooked it UP on the ketchup! All around fantastic experience. A+

When I walk in and I'm greeted I feel like I'm in the right place. Not only was I greeted once but twice with welcomes and two smile. Order came out and was perfect fast and hot. Not a problem. Manager stayed on top of everything by walking around and asking tables if there was anything wrong or if everything was good. Very responsible.

I got to start off by saying this is the best whataburger in conroe. If you're in whataburger this is the one to come to. I drive an extra 30 min out of my way, just to come to this whataburger not only is the food always finished quick, but it's always fresh and presentable. The people here that really stick out 3 in specific a crew member named Jacob, and two managers named Delvein, and Cynthia. They always go above and beyond with the best attitude and customer service. I have never had bad service and any problems I've had, are always addressed by them in an orderly and professional manner. I love this whataburger and I'm never let down. I will continue to go here as long as these employees are here making this place the best place to grab food on the fly or even sit down and enjoy the clean and well upkept eating area. This is my go to late night or amytime eats and should definitely be yours too. Again thank you so much, Cynthia, Delvin, and Jacob!!! Y'all rock and keep this place alive. Y'all are the heart of whataburger and they should be proud to have y'all working at their establishment!!!

Stopped to use the bathroom on the start of my road trip, also got a chocolate malt. The worker who was on bathroom cleanup patiently waited for my family and me to finish, but as far as I could tell the bathroom was already clean.

Accidentally dropped my cup whenever the cashier(Celestine) was handing it to me through the drive-thru window. Was a bit embarrassed, but the young lady replaced my drink and made me feel comfortable. The food was cooked perfectly and Celestine did not forget a thing. She even knew the difference between a half-and-half and an Arnold Palmer! Honestly couldn’t find one flaw in this visit. They say you can’t be perfect but Celestine’s customer service was perfect. Cooks did a great job too Arnold Palmer- iced tea and lemonade Half & Half- 50% sweet tea and 50% unsweet tea.

I don’t think I’ve ever given a fast food place 5 stars but their friendliness and customer service is above and beyond. We messed up our order and the manager made our food fresh for us. Place was clean and staff was very nice. Food came out hot and fresh. Highly recommend.

Went in for lunch today 4/15 Placed an order and was $4.16 short. My fault wasnt paying attention. The spanish lady taking my order said its ok i got you! She paid the $4.16 no questions asked. What a fantastic lady. She has made me a lifetime customer of this location! Thank you young lady!!

Not ALL Wataburgers are created equal. This Whataburger is outstanding and has been consistently outstanding for many years!!! They actually brown their meat patties and I have not been to another Wataburger that does that. I give them #1 in service and burgers!

I've never personally ordered from this location until now. I placed my order online and drove to pick it up. I didn't go inside but the parking lot was clean. My food was ready within 10 minutes of arriving and there were 7 separate meals! The food was hot, fresh and delicious. The employee who brought my food out was polite and professional. MOST IMPORTANTLY: THEY GOT OUR ORDER PERFECT ON THE FIRST TRY!!!!

The person taking the order used pleasant wording but sounded very monotone. When I got to the window she seemed really sweet but looked exhausted. Possibly the end of a long overnight shift or the beginning of a way too early shift. Overall no real complaints.

Every time I eat here my food is hot, fresh and correct. I can clearly see they keep things clean and there's always someone cleaning and pickup up to keep it nice. Food is always good, but occasionally get the wrong order. They always fix the order, but if you don't check thoroughly (open the wrapper to make sure your chicken sandwich isn't a burger with onions) before you leave you may have to make another trip just to get it fixed.

I went here for dinner thrifty the drive through and ordered a sweet and spicy bacon burger with onion rings and a sweet tea with no ice. The onion rings and burger were both really fresh and hot and cooked to perfection! My sweet tea was full of ice and I wanted to cry on the inside. But overall they did a great job with the food! Just need to pay a little more attention when making the drinks. When taking my other she did repeat the no ice part back to me as it's an on request so I'm sure the person making the drinks just got a little busy and didn't catch that part. Totally understandable. Great job employees! Keep it up!

Food has been really good. The only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is because, we have been having an issue with the salt flavor on the meat. We asked for light salt and, it was still super salty. Their fries were delicious and, the staff was super friendly.

I must say, the burger I got yesterday was dry and NOT the standard I usually get from Whataburger. Did Curbside and ordered from the parking spot, so no waiting so the food would not get cold. It came out quickly too, but was a bit disappointing. I hope it was just an off day because they were not busy.

Finally tried Whataburger. Ordered the Patty Melt Meal with onion rings and sweet tea. I received my order fast! Service was great! Friendly. The burger was well done but not dry or burnt. I will leave the onions off next time. They were not grilled enough for me. Everything else was great. I had the large size and I still paid under $11. I will be returning.

Quite a busy place in a small town north of Houston, many people are inside and also have good amounts of delivery orders. That was at 11 am. Service was really good. They delivered the order to your table. We had the spicy chicken sandwich and sweet and spicy bacon burger. You can taste the bacon bites and the flavor was pretty good. I’ll give them 4 stars for the service. Because we ordered a # 1 and didn’t realize that it doesn’t come with cheese and we didn’t notice that until we got a block away and when we went back we told them and they corrected the order without any complaints they actually gave us a completely new order of a fresh burger and fries. Although the food was fresh I just feel like it’s a basic burger that when your in Texas it’s worth trying but I wouldn’t go crazy over it . The banana pudding milkshake is very delicious it’s so thick and creamy with the perfect hint of banana flavor.

Idk who was working at the dt speaker for the orders but clearly dude wasn't listening that well bc I order a sweet and spicy bacon burger with no mustard and dude put dry like I wanted the sauce that came with the burger bc that's what makes the burger good. Not happy with my food at all today.

I usually am very happy with this location but on my recent drive through experience I was disappointed. My order included 3 combo meals. One was a special order, no Lettuce, no pickle. When drive through read it back she said "no tomatoe, no pickle". I corrected her and repeated "no Lettuce, no pickle". Guess what I got...yep. No tomatoes, no pickle. I'm allergic to the stay fresh most fast food places use on Lettuce. So no burger for me. I drove a total of 18 miles round trip, wasn't about to drive another 18 miles round trip to make it right. Super bummed I didn't get to satisfy my Whataburger craving.

Update 12/2025 - Dropped to three stars from five. Order accuracy is really missing the mark lately. Receipt will be correct, order will be wrong. Someone is not paying attention in the mornings and lunchtime. Friendly folks, accurate orders and tasty grub. Why would anyone go to McDonald's or Burger King when this place is around? Update: This is our new preferred location. We live closer to the one on the South Loop by Kroger, but with so many new people moving to the area, it's impossible to get in and out at lunchtime. The people who have moved here from other states are extremely rude.

Placed an order online, paid for it, and arrived at the end of the pick-up time window. Checked in @ curbside pickup and waited, and waited, then waited some more. They finally got it out 10 minutes late. Why order ahead if it's not going to be ready when I get there? You told ME when to arrive, and I held up my end of the bargain. The food was good, but they didn't include the ketchup for our fries.

It tastes good it's just that it started to upset my stomach which doesn't happen at other What A Burgers. I just hope it is not a consistent issue, I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich and my Sibling got a grilled chicken sandwich. Although I usually get the #2 I just wanted something different.

We went through the drive thru to pick up an online order. All 4 of our drinks had soda / milkshake all over the outside of the cups. We asked for some napkins to wipe them off. The manager was standing right there, got an attitude, and very blatantly rolled his eyes at our request. We haven’t even tried our food yet, but definitely won’t be returning to this location!

I went through the drive-thru this morning for breakfast and said "Morning, I would like to order #25 with extra honey butter, Medium fries instead of hashbrowns and a Medium Diet Coke in the middle of speaking I was CUT OFF and talked over then yet asked the same information I just provided had I not been talked over. So I repeated my order and just to be sure repeated medium fries instead of hashbrowns since I already had to repeat the other half of my order. Yet I was CUT OFF and talked over again and the Rude employee said "Yea I got that!" My opinion is I didn't apply for that job you did so if you don't like it that's not my fault. You should really treat people with more respect than what you did. Its called Customer Service.

I'm not sure what was going on in this Whataburger this afternoon, but I was extremely frustrated watching employees stand around chatting while I stood at counter waiting to place my order. As I waited for my order, which was a to go order, watching employees in the dining area chatting and being extremely loud, I became more frustrated as the length of time it was taking to get my order. The restaurant was not busy at all either, so this was not a case of extremely busy helping other customers.

Somewhat less than impressed. The restaurant was nice and clean, unfortunately customer service was somewhat in question. I walked up and stood in front of the counter for a good 30 seconds, had just about everyone look me in the eye and just keep on moving along as though I wasn't really there. Ok so all staff in the restaurant are wearing blue gloves and not changing them. The girl taking orders in the drive through was coughing into her gloves and then going back to work. People were touching money and then food without changing them. Wearing gloves and not changing them spreads more germs. It doesn’t help anything. Wearing blue gloves draws attention to it…

I walked up to the counter to place my order. A young man was standing at the register. He looked directly at me — then turned away and walked off. No greeting. No “I’ll be with you in a moment.” Nothing. The look on his face made it very clear he did not want to take my order or even be there. I stood at the counter waiting until another employee finally came over and helped me. She was friendly and professional, but by then I was already irritated — and rightfully so. I’m not sure what I did to deserve being ignored other than walk in as a customer trying to buy lunch. Your employees need to understand they are representatives of your business. Looking at a customer and then deliberately walking away from the counter is unacceptable. That is not poor service — that is disrespectful. This reflects badly on management, training, and accountability. Very disappointed

Came here September 8th at 12:30 AM. My sandwich was made sloppy as hell. My fries are what’s pissed me off. It’s obvious they were cooked in old grease or something. Tastes terrible. This has to be the worst service ever. I have no issues with teenagers working but when your taking and order and hear someone laughing and then saying “shutup” that’s bad service. We get out the drive thru and check our food. Two burgers are completely wrong. We asked simple no onions and no tomatoes. We check and they are complete opposite. We come in and ask for them to be fixed and all you see is the teenagers around joking and the manager does nothing at all. Worst service ever!

After dining at this Whataburger I haven't eaten there ever since because it was was so disgusting to me that it left a bad taste in my mouth from it. I ordered a Swiss mushroom burger and it was as dry as a Sahara Desert not to mention that the burger bun was damn near hard as a rock, so I I told the manager that the service wasn't good and he was going to replace the burger so when I went to get the replacement Burger he gave me a sandwich that was so wet and Soggy that even though bun on it was squishy which of course made it have an unappealing texture also. Hopefully I'll be able to get over the experience within another 6 months from now at the most and maybe I might be able to enjoy another Whataburger at that time but until then I'm still not eating there because of this one location. Most times I am very happy with Whataburger. This time I was not happy with the food. The chicken was over-brown, the gravy consistency was like water, smelled sour and looked like nasty milk. The toast was almost burned. I left the drive through without checking the food but returned to the window with the girl saying "I didn't give you that". She exchanged the gravy which was the only thing I asked to be replaced. No apology or offer for me to speak to the manager. I didn't think to ask for the manager at the time as I needed to get on with my day. I know these people are busy but it's their job to provide good food for my money.

Man, I gotta ding y’all today. One of my favorite restaurants but you are slipping. CLEAN YOUR TEA SERVERS1 Plus, tell your people when taking drive thru orders that when I order LARGE, I mean I want large drinks and fries. I say it every time and I often don’t feel heard. Back to the tea, the manager needs to taste it every shift because NOBODY cleans it tho I tell them at the window. I hate McDonald’s but they understand cleaning equipment. We threw our teas out, literally leaving a bad taste in our mouths for the Whataburger experience.

Today I went to whataburger. It was a disappointing experience because I love it. I have been craving it for the longest. The bad experience started when I asked for a chocolate shake and was given a strawberry shake instead. I told the cashier and her answer was well that is what you ordered. When I had clearly said chocolate, but oh well. I ordered another shake for which I paid, then I received my order. Usually they’ll put spicy ketchup with the order but this time nothing. I let that go whatever. When I got home with all the food I preceded to open my favorite burger “avocado bacon burger” which I sadly discovered had no avocado. After this experience I don’t think I’ll be spending any more money in whataburger. I’ll just look for a In and out since they seem to have better costumer service and staff.

This location is going to get someone sick with the poor glove practices. I witnessed several cross contaminations and hloves beeing washed instead of replaced. Manager handled money then went back to handling food. I also watch the cashier hand a cup to a delivery driver to fill themself, and then the cashier put the seal on it......

If you want a late night burger and some peace and quiet you will not find it here. When me and some friends went after an event. We entered to chaos. There were about two dozen teenagers hooting and hollering all inside the restaurant and the staff were letting them. My friend finally had enough and asked them to have some respect and settle down. They started to mock and be disrespectful to her. When the manager came out and said that this is their safe spot and they come here every Sunday evening. She then asked us to leave and that we were the one's intruding when we only wanted respect and some peace and quiet. The server brought out food out in bags when we were dining in and we asked why. She said that when the teens were there they didn't use trays! Is this a daycare or a professional establishment?

Every time I order here they always give me the wrong order and never give me all my items that I order. When I try to contact someone to get it resolved no one will answer. Worst customer service ever!!

Every time I come when Katherine works I always get my order wrong. I order the number 20 with no cheese meal with regular fries. Last time she gave me my taquito with chesse and today she didn't give me fries. She needs to start repeating orders and ensure she is getting the order right. Is always a hassle when she works. Can't enjoy my meal !

This is the worst whataburger i have been to. I waited about 10 minutes in the drive thu before I just left. For context, there was only 1 car in front of me. I have no idea what they employees were doing. I saw one on their phone in the parking lot. It was literally faster for me to drive to the other whataburger, place my order, and get my food. Don't waste your time ar this location.

Food was old and cold. Ask for a cup of ice because I had ordered tea with extra ice but got hot tea. Clerk rolled her eyes when I requested the cup of ice. Paid 13.00 to feed dogs.

Came in here around 11:30 ordered food with a bunch of kids screaming and being loud. These weren't little kids they were high schoolers atleast, than when someone in my group asked them if they could be quiet they all started insulting said person. Than the manager came over and told us to leave even though the kids were running around and screaming. She said and I quote these kids come here every sunday and this is their getaway. Great customer service kicking out people who just ordered food even though the kids were the insulting ones. Also the employee at the counter said That they don't put food on trays when "The kids are around". Yeah this place has horrible service and even worse people. Also the manager called the person who spoke up a karen so just insulting someone is customer service now.

Today we had a disappointing experience at Whataburger. The Jr burger I ordered was poorly assembled, and the Junior meal included only 14 fries, with half of them broken. To make matters worse, both kids' meals were incomplete, missing the fruit chews. Additionally, I received two incorrect drinks. Overall, it was a frustrating dining experience with multiple issues that need attention. We will never visit this location again.

It's 40 degrees outside and Rachel says that's it's ok for employees to be outside taking orders and there's no line at all. I've waited in line here for an order for 20 minutes on a fair and sunny day! Ridiculous. Her response was they have hand warmers.... Nope, not with those white plastic gloves on. It's a shame and inhumane to have people standing outside in Texas in the freezing wind and cold for order taking and there's literally no line! Way to go management. Would love to see you outside doing this. And then after giving me an attitude about her just getting on to work, I get handed cold 🍟 s. I mean really Manager Rachel, it's completely ok to have people outside in the cold to 'expedite' orders and you, the "manager" still inside handing out cold food! This is perfection done absolutely wrong.

Very slow service and disorganized, our food was by the window but the guy walked around in circles trying to find it. All the employees were serving with gloves on, touching everything with the same gloves and no hand cleaning. Potatoes were cold and they forgot the condiments that they asked if we wanted. Poor experience and McDonald's was not available due to updating their system.

I went to go get lunch today at a whataburger near where I work and a family of 4 got their order before I did as well as 3 other people. All of which were behind me in line & all I had was a Jr meal. I go to check to see if my foods almost ready maybe 13 or so minutes after I had ordered and they haven’t even started on it. I got a refund and nothing else was made right. I couldn’t even leave a review and no one was answering the phone so I couldn’t even leave make them aware of the situation. My manager granted me a slight extension to my lunch just so I could go complain and they offered to make the meal only at a discount after wasting my lunch. Awful experience. Ms. Tammy at the register was probably the nicest part of the actual experience. I understand that things happen and the manager did explain what may have happened but I really dont think she understood that I had already wasted my lunch and only offered a slight discount after being told. Not even the jr burger alone that I had originally wanted.

Usually the service is on point here but I stopped by here just a little bit ago and had to keep explaining my order to the person working drive thru several times to the point that I had to leave. Ended up having to go to McDonald’s instead.

I went to this Whataburger in Conroe, TX for the very first time, and it will definitely be my last. The level of hygiene here is absolutely unacceptable. I found a piece of hair in my fries and, to make things worse, there was a mosquito floating in the drink I got to go. That’s beyond disgusting. Looking around the place, it was clear that cleanliness is not a priority here. The staff didn’t even bother to wear proper hairnets, which explains why food ends up contaminated with hair. The whole environment felt dirty, careless, and unsanitary. I had high expectations since many people talk about Whataburger, but this location was a complete disappointment. Poor hygiene, lack of professionalism, and zero regard for food safety. I will never be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone risk eating here.

Not only did this Whataburger mess up me and my in laws order, after the fact of getting it “fixed” they gave us old fries. I’ve worked in fast food before and know how fresh fries supposed to look.
