Outback Steakhouse in Conway is a solid choice for a hearty, satisfying meal. I ordered the porterhouse steak, which was cooked perfectly to my liking — juicy and flavorful. Pro tip: be sure to ask for garlic butter on your steak; it really takes the flavor to the next level. The mac and cheese side was creamy and rich, definitely one of the better ones I’ve had. Also, don’t miss out on the bread service—ask for chocolate sauce to dip it in for a surprisingly delicious twist. The atmosphere is casual and comfortable, great for a relaxed night out. My meal came to about $50, which felt reasonable for the quality and portions. Overall, I’d recommend Outback in Conway if you want classic steakhouse vibes with some tasty extras.

It's been many years since I was at an Outback Steakhouse. We decided to head over during our conference, and frankly I was expecting average food, but a clean place and good company. Well, I was blown away! The food was really fantastic, and my steak was amazing, and that's coming from someone that makes a steak at home better than I get at most places. Not only that, but Julie, our server was one of the best I have had in many restaurant visits! She even brought out a lot of additional butters for the amazing bread because "I don't like sharing butter with people, I need my own." So she was really a breath of fresh air! Hold onto this one Outback, and keep up the amazing food and service!

I went to the bar to have a distraction from my mother being in the hospital. Everyone was super nice! I got a wedge salad to go, while I enjoyed a draft. It was exactly what I needed!

There was great ambience and the food was so good, my server, Parker, was amazing and had great recommendations. 10/10 will be coming back!

Went for birthday dinner. Family of 6, we were sat in a booth rather than a table, plenty of tables open, we could have asked for a table, but stayed in the booth (so that's on us). Wait staff was very friendly, they forgot to bring a salad before meal, but credited us for the salad. Requested steak sauce a few times, but it finally made it to the table. Steaks were cooked as ordered (medium) albeit too seared on the outside, but it was still very edible and good flavor. Bathroom sink (left side) needed some attention as the faucet was in bad order and the paper towel machine wasn't working. Overall the atmosphere was nice, waitstaff friendly and helpful. Would visit again, but can't say it'd be my 1st choice of where to go for a family friendly steakhouse experience.

I was highly disappointed. I hadn’t been in a very long time and our steaks came out out very mushy.. The waitress was amazing but she got busy and a coworker stepped in… idk what was going on but that waitress poured the pitcher of water into the glass while it was sitting on the table for water to splash everywhere on our food. They weren’t busy as our wait was only 6 minutes but it took a total of 30 to get our blooming onion fried up? If I could do 0 outta 5 stars... that’s what it would be. Get it together, Conway

Oct 26, 2025: Blooming Onion obviously burnt and still brought to table. Tasted burnt as well. Second one brought by manager and still burnt, just not as bad. They used to actually look like the one in the menu. $10.99 for a burnt onion is ridiculous. Salad had huge pieces of the core in it which is completely unacceptable for tye amount of money they charge for their food. Previous review: Ordered steak medium rare, steak has some pink in it it but it's soooo dry. You're a steakhouse, the meat temp should be perfect every time, no excuses. $38 waste of money.
