The prices increased and the quality of food decreased! I bought a chicken chimichanga that was burnt, refried beans look like soup and the Pico has too much vinegar. The salsa was too watery and the chips were stale. This was my favorite Mexican restaurant but not anymore. I'm never going back!!! This is the 2nd time food quality has been poor! Yuk!

The food was good, but the pricing is insane. Not only is the majority of the menu overpriced, they charge $0.75 per shrimp if you get any dish with shrimp in it, there's a $2 charge to substitute cheese sauce for red sauce, and their vegetarian menu leaves much to be desired.

I ordered a large cheese dip small guacamole and a shredded chicken chimi dinner. To say the least it all was disgusting. My chips were stale cheese dip tasted old guacamole had no flavor my refited beans looked like puree. It tore my stomach up. I was very disappointed. I won't retrun.

The chips tasted stale, salsa was ok nothing great. I ordered the fajita taco salad and it was rather small, and tasted bland. Prices were outrageous compared to the amount and quality of the food. Nothing was refilled either, so service kinda sucked. Refills on salsa, chips, and drinks were never offered. The lunch prices were ridiculous. A taco lunch which is 1 taco with rice and beans is $8. A single taco is $3. It was not my choice in lunch or my choice in Mexican food and I wouldn't have picked it but my sister works nearby and that's what she chose. I will definitely not be back. Save your money and either eat next door at Mulan's or drive across town to Los 3 Portrillos if you're set on Mexican food

Now before anyone reads this post I want you to know that I have eaten at every Mexican restaurant several times in Conway . I came in with a group of people of different races mostly Latino. We all first notice that the quality and the quantity of the food was not even up to standard for the menu price..."by all in the group". We were all quiet and maintain good Conduct..surprisingly we wasn't asked for any refills on either the chips or drinks. Therefore immediately after our orders we were brought our tickets. Now what was kind of blind siding for me being a one of the Caucasians out of the group I was asked if I spoke Spanish I said "no" then I was told "You should" now that was a door open to give a very ugly reply its usually what you see or hear by most ...but I didn't .by then I was reluctant to even give a tip, but I still gave one for our server but it did make me pause . I'll never walk in there again if the food or alcohol was free!!!

Baby roach 🪳 i n my salsa and they offered to let me finish it or another bowl from same batch and laughed. I told the lady to call owner in lr and I told him . They was still serving it to new customers and the ones already there and did dnt throw it away.

Went in for lunch, I ordered shredded chicken salad and my friend had taco salad with chicken. Immediately I tasted something weird, almost sour. So I mixed it up thinking I was mistaken. Something didn’t taste right and had a slimy feel in my mouth. So I left most of it. My friend didn’t like her food either. The cashier asked how everything was. I told her that I didn’t like the salad. She walked away to speak with Manager, I think. She came back without a word and charged us full price! I couldn’t believe it, no one came to ask us anything or offer a discount.

The food was very bland hubby and I both got the mix meat fajita nachos an a side of Mexican rice no flavor no seasoning whatsoever they didn't send my extra cheese sauce that I paid for it harley had any cheese on the nachos I'm just praying that we don't get sick cuz as I read the reviews after I ordered it said a lot of people got food poisoning from them God please don't let us get it will not be ordering from there again

Very Disappointed in their integrity. I drove 35 minutes both ways to pick up food from this location, only to get home to see that it was incorrect. Due to food allergy I could not eat the food that was sent. I was told that since they took my name and number the night of the order, they would accommodate me with an additional meal and refund, the cash purchase of the incorrect food. The owner didn’t want to honor the agreement and said too bad too sad “pretty much”. The employee that I spoke with is no longer employed there so there’s nothing they can do. I’m not a person trying to get a free meal, but I do think you should right a wrong, especially somebody that eats there quite often. Customer Service is key to success and I will not be back due to this. CHECK ALL YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE!
