Absolutely loved this little restaurant. I was shocked to find out they served everything on the menu all day. I could have my lunch food and husband could have his breakfast. Excellent food and very friendly staff. I will be thinking of this fried chicken sandwich with hashbrowns until next time.

Great food and great service here. Paid like $34 for two people, we got french toast with strawberries and eggs benedict with crispy potatoes, everything was delicious and seasoned well. The sweet tea was hella sweet and SO good. Zoe our waitress was really nice. Would definitely come here again.

The excellent experience started with Meg being very proactive when we arrived pointing out she would put us on wait list. 10 min later we were seated, with Meg as our waitress. She was very attentive with all our needs including refills, condiments, etc. Food was excellent especially the Eggs Benedict and pancakes with berry topping. Coffee was excellent. When in Conway for breakfast/brunch - definitely will do again.

The food was delicious. This is an old house with a hip vibe. You do have to wait because everything is cooked to order, that’s what makes these local places unique. Unfortunately, on the day we went it seemed the air conditioning wasn’t working in the kitchen. I’m sure this had a barring on our service. I would definitely give it another try.

I have to give this review. We walked up today and we’re told it was gonna be a 15 minute wait. We ordered two coffees for the way 15 minutes later we were acknowledge at all IOU coffee then 15 minutes later we are acknowledge oh I owe you coffees and then 15 minutes later we left because we’ve been there waiting for 45 minutes. I understand they were busy and I’ve heard the food. Here is really good but be honest with people we had somewhere we had to be, and I had just taken medicine that I have to eat within a certain time after I take it if they would’ve been honest with them, we would’ve probably came back here in the week to try It. Don’t try to get somebody to stay at your restaurant when it’s an hour wait by telling him them it’s a 15 minute wait. By the way, never got our coffees

It was cooked decently well. However the overall quality wasn't worth returning for, and don't get the biscuits and gravy. I saw another review saying it was goodaybe it was a different cook or maybe the locals preference? Felt like nothing was really seasoned but then again I prefer to have my taste buds burnt off so could be personal preference. Service was good! The wait was understandable considering the low amount of staff. Flavor 2/10 Preparation 4/10 Texture 9/10

Maybe it will be better next time, so I will update in the future, but the main thing is I was there for so long waiting on my order. I got the spicy eggs Benedict, it was great, everything was just normal. I did not like the chocolate biscuits and gravy at all.

Maybe I went on a bad day. My food was basic and bland. Coffee terrible. Service was nothing special. I think people who like this place just enjoy the kind of funky look and atmosphere. It's not special, and you can get better breakfast at Cracker Barrel.

Came because the reviews online were decent, but our experience was bad. First, we were patient with our wait on food, but it took 35 minutes to get our food. Then one of sides didn't show up so they said they'd bring it right out. 10 mins later nothing so we cancelled the order. Second, there were egg shells in our eggs benedict and they poured gravy over a napkin that was on my biscuits and gravy plate? Not sure what the idea was behind that. Our server was nice, but she kept forgetting the napkins we asked for. That wasnt a big deal. All the staff was extremely nice though so they get a 5 star for that. Would I try it again? Maybe, but I would try it on a slower day.

This was overall a bad experience and I would probably not come back. Was inquiring the server about the menu and he was very misunderstanding and not knowledgeable about the options served. I got a cold brew and it was so watered down I sent it back, the water was so nasty it tasted like straight up lake water. Finally for my third drink, The doctor pepper was fine lol Had to walk up to the front to get one of the people of my party’s drink, and asked another server for napkins. He was not very attentive. Two people of my party’s both had omelets that they both were disappointed with, And personally,I asked about sizing for crepes and he made it seem like they were pretty big so I only ordered one, it was visually appealing but when I cut into it, the actual crepe was so thin that all the filling poured out. I’m not exaggerating when I say these were the most thin crepes I’ve ever had, I literally folded the bread into five folds and took one bite… it was so much filling. I was also turned off by the berry purée surrounding the crepe as it was incredibly tarte. I just finished my bland potato’s and left still hungry.. will not be back

Normally one of our favorite breakfast places. Today was a horrifically off day for them though. I don’t know if they are understaffed or just oblivious. The wait to be sat was long, but that is expected on a beautiful day. However, the wait for our food far exceeded the wait for a table even though most of the crowd had already moved on. Come to find out our waiter admitted to making a mistake in inputting our order. Then by the time our food had finally arrived, the sausage was dangerously undercooked. My giving 2 stars is GENEROUS and solely based on previous experiences. Suffice it to say it’s going to be a long time before I brave this place again.

Stopped by to have some breakfast with my one year old. WS told there was a 15min wait. That’s fine. Didn’t wait that long, got seated and nobody ever came to check on us. Take our drinks or anything. We looked at the menu before hand so we’re ready to order too. 4 other tables with more people for sat and helped before anyone helped us. We kept waiting bc it was clear we needed help and made eye contact several times but nothing. My one year old doesn’t have patience like we do so we got up and left. Nobody even stopped us on our way out to ask anything. Not sure if i wanna try again. I under stand small family business but

We waited 2 hours to be seated and get our food. This place used to be good. Last three times we have went the service has been terrible. My husband had to refill his own coffee twice.

So we went to patio Café to have coffee and get something to eat. We got there at 10:30 and the service was so slow that by 1 o’clock we decided it was time to leave. I don’t know why we stay that long. I guess we just had faith that it was gonna work out OK, but it had to be the worst service at any place I’ve ever been. I had to go get my own coffee refill twice. Luckily, we knew of a fantastic restaurant called Bob’s and we redirected over there. I 10 out of 10 do not recommend patio café for inferior service, poor attitude and lack of hustle.

This was one of the most disappointing brunch experiences we’ve ever had — a complete waste of time. We waited about 30 minutes just to be seated, even though they said they would call us when a table was ready. After waiting far too long, I finally had to go back inside and ask, and only then did they seat us. Once we were finally seated, things got worse. We sat for nearly an hour waiting for food — food that never arrived. The restaurant wasn’t even busy, and we watched multiple tables outside (who arrived after us) get their meals while we just sat there with nothing. When I asked about our order, the staff seemed completely clueless and had no idea where our food was or if it had even been started. There was no apology at that point, no explanation, no urgency, and no offer to make things right. Our server was friendly at first when he brought our drinks, but then completely disappeared. No refills, no updates, and no check-ins — it felt like we were forgotten entirely. After wasting almost two hours with nothing to show for it, we got up and left. Only as we were walking out did anyone apologize — far too late to make up for such a terrible experience. My wife and I will definitely not be coming back, and I can’t recommend this place to anyone who expects decent service or timely food.

Definitely won't be coming back here. Asked for scrambled eggs and toast with extra butter. Eggs came out brown, dry, and over cooked. The toast was completely dry. The service here is atrocious. It took 15 minutes just to get a water and coffee ordered. Then after finally getting to order it took over 30 minutes to get our food, in an empty dining room! We went out of our way to try this place on the way to the airport. I would have gotten better food at a McDonald's.
