These guys are excellent!! We had dinner go south and then placed an order. Our sandwiches were here before I could wash the dishes and delicious!! Highly Recommend!!

I discoved this place just about a year ago. It's become one of my absolute favorite places. Definitely the BEST sandwiches. Extremely friendly staff. Sandwiches are ALWAYS very fresh and delicious. Always clean. They are also very quick to get your order out which amazes me because their sandwiches LOOK as good as they taste. I can't say enough about the friendly and courteous staff. I've been to other Jimmy John's in the past. This particular location in Coppell stands out from the others for the always fresh and great quality as well as customer service.

The two guys were really nice! They actually welcomed me when I walked in, pointed me to the sandwich I had ordered 10 minutes ago waiting for me to be consumed and then I open the most glorious sandwich pouch I've ever had... It reminds me of the first time I was hooked on Jimmy John's. I'm not sure five stars is enough!

Chanelle and her husband Michael, as well as their staff, are flat out exceptional. Seemingly greet everyone with a smile, make solid suggestions, and are considerate and accommodating to dietary restrictions. I know I can order catering from any sub shop, but I'd go out of my way to utilize them simply because of the family feel and attention to detail. 11/10 recommend.

She had a GREAT attitude and didn’t bail at the fact that I didn’t tip on my credit card …. I did giver her 5$ cash for a much deserved tip. The young man taking my order was hard to hear and was laughing as he took my order. It would be a 5 star except the order taker

Jimmy John’s fast, fast food. At its fastest you could actually get your sandwich under 30 secs from the time you order during times when they are well staffed. To me their bread is the key to the sandwich. French bread that is slightly crisp on the out side and soft on the inside. It has gotten a little expensive but maybe not more so than other places. Downloading the app will get you access to some savings and other free stuff. No problems with service during the times I’ve been at this location.

Service is fast and friendly. Sandwich was good except you pay $10 for what amounts to a vegan sandwich because there is hardly any meat on it.

I’ve ordered here a few times and the staff is decently friendly for sandwich shop workers. The toasted sandwiches we had today were really poor. I had a chicken bacon ranch and it was super mushy. Didn’t taste and ranch, and there was like 2 pieces of bacon. My boyfriend had the toasted Italian and he said it wasn’t good either. Didn’t finish it. Should’ve stuck with my usual order.

I guess freak fast delivery does not apply to this location. I have ordered on and off from this location for several years and each time I said I wouldn’t order again. This last time was the final straw. As someone who works at a warehouse I should’ve been listening to my coworkers. For the location to be extremely close to my job, my last delivery took nearly 45 MINUTES. By the time my order arrived I had a watered down pop which was disgusting! Absolutely unbelievable and it makes no sense to follow up on the survey they send afterwards because they never reach back out.

I have never seen a jimmy johns sandwich with less filling in my entire life, but it still tasted good. Then I witnessed the cook (black athletic tee-shirt and white hat) throw away every extra bread from the day before over 40 minutes before closing, then I asked him if he threw the loaves away (not sure if he did) and he lied to me and said they used them all up, after me just seeing 6 loaves on the counter. Then I look into the kitchen and saw that he had thrown them away. This is unacceptable behavior. Southlake location is 1000x better. I would recommend ordering from there if you're getting lunch, they're not as stingy with serving sizes. The cashier was actually nice, I wasn't being sarcastic.
