Service was OUTSTANDING, while we were waiting for our table the manager came by, she gave us drinks, the chef also gave us a complementary dish for us to try. The Tagliatelle and Swordfish were spectacular. Thomas was our waiter and he had us laughing all night. Mika will be in our most visited list for sure.
6⭐️ if I could! My mouth waters just looking back at these photos. The food here was incredible and service was amazing. I can’t recommend this place enough. Will definitely be returning to try out their lunch menu. There are so many unique dishes with amazing presentations. Def a great space for a date night, girls night, and to be along friends and family.

I celebrated my birthday at Mika with a dear friend, and it was such a wonderful experience. From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed and cared for. We were even invited to choose the table we liked most, which made the evening feel extra special. Alfredo, our server, was amazing—so kind, attentive, and thoughtful. His recommendations were perfect and made both of us really happy. Mika is the kind of place that makes a celebration feel truly memorable. I’d wholeheartedly recommend it for a cozy celebration or a romantic date.
We had the pleasure to visit MIKA on Monday and were so impressed by the quality and innovative character of the food! Having visited various restaurants around the world with Michelin stars and recognitions, we understand the value of creativity on the table. MIKA really surprised us, we ordered all of the chef’s special creations, albeit with some reluctance because we had other menu items in mind, but being open to suggestions did not disappoint. The lobster burrata and the Hamachi were flavorful, yet light. The octopus fusilli was so interesting, it is really like a Bolognese, but not quite. We opted for the budino, again as a recommendation of our waiter, and it was also delicious. The cocktails are craftly prepared, so we recommend trying them out if that’s your vibe, but they wine list is extensive. They also have by-the-glass options. The décor blends traditional with elegant, so we suggest dressing the part. Lastly, the attention is top notch, although we received some unsolicited advice as to how to finish a cocktail. I didn’t take it personal, but I was a bit surprised by the “you are supposed to…” in a restaurant of that quality. Nonetheless, we enjoyed the experience, the staff is professional, and the food is worth every single dollar.
Mika is an absolutely spectacular spot in Coral Gables. From the moment you walk in, the ambiance is elegant and inviting. The service was outstanding — attentive, friendly, and professional throughout the entire evening. The food was truly delicious. I had the best risotto I’ve ever tasted — perfectly cooked, creamy, and full of flavor. Every dish we tried, from the appetizers to the main courses and dessert, was beautifully presented and incredibly tasty. The cocktails were also top-notch, crafted with great attention to detail. Special mention to our server, who made the whole experience even more enjoyable with excellent recommendations and impeccable service. Mika is definitely a place I’ll be returning to. I'm still reeling from the incredible meal I had at MIKA, the new restaurant on Ponce de Leon, Coral Gables. From start to finish, every aspect of our dinner was absolute perfection. Very sweet hostess and real Italian waitress. The evening began with the most tender and flavorful octopus appetizer with Spanish chorizo, this is a must! The pasta dish that followed was cooked to perfection, with each bite a masterclass in texture and taste. The salmon, which boasted an exquisite flavor profile that left me wanting more. Every element of the dish, from the seasoning to the presentation, was expertly executed. Our Italian waitress provided top-notch service, attending to our every need with a warm and welcoming smile. The staff's attention to detail and genuine passion for the food they serve is truly evident. And just when we thought the evening couldn't get any better, we were treated to a complimentary glass of limoncello that was the perfect ending to a fantastic meal. I love the selection of red wine by the glass. In short, MIKA Rest is a must-visit destination for any food lover. With its exceptional cuisine, outstanding service, and cozy atmosphere, this restaurant has earned a loyal customer in me. I'll be back, and I'll be bringing the rest of my family! We’ve been to Mika twice now and it’s our new favorite. Stand out picks: the grilled octopus, lobster burrata, spaghetti, budino dessert, Dover sole. (Lobster risotto was a little too seafood-y so maybe opt for the mushroom risotto instead.) It’s not cheap but it’s worth it. Food is delicious, service is excellent and the decor and atmosphere are lovely. If you want to impress someone, bring them here.

House made pastas that are a classic Italian recipe revised with Michael White’s own personal touch. My favorite is the pasta Bolognese. Even though I normally eat the Wagyu Carpaccio and Dover Sole, yesterday I tried something different: the Rib-Eye wow! Tender and just a little crispy outside. Must try if you love meat like I do. Spettacolare! Juicy, perfectly cooked, full of flavor. The Wagyu Carpaccio is light, very delicate in flavor with the truffle. A perfect combination. Nice touch in the arugula tomato salad: the tomato is peeled, no skin. Beautiful, delicate, and perfectly balanced. Simple, light, and fresh to eat with the meat. Last but not least, the dessert. Thank you for my little complimentary surprise, I really appreciate it. It’s a mousse inside, deeply dark chocolate not too sweet, not too bitter a little crunchy in the middle and soft cream on top. I had the pleasure to meet Paul, the sous-chef, who came to our table I wanted to personally thank him for the amazing meal. No doubt, as usual, I’ll go back 😉
What an amazing dining experience! We have gluten allergy and the waiter and chef went the extra mile to accommodate us. The food was perfect, we loved the bolognese with gluten-free pasta and the chicken. That said, the truffle potatoes purée was out of this world! We also thought the Panna cotta was extraordinary, and the dark chocolate mousse cake was wonderful. We believe this to be one of our best dining experiences in all of Miami! My wife and her friend also wanted to mention that the Ginger & Lemon margarita and Negroni were a must!
Amazing experience for brunch at Mika. All of the staff at the restaurant are incredibly sweet and the food was delicious. The lobster benedict, pasta, Dover sole, and Filet mignon were all terrific. The warm donuts with dipping sauce was the perfect sweet ending to a fabulous meal!
Had the best time brunching at MIKA with my girlfriends. Everything we tried was delicious. The Lobster Benedict and Avocado Toast were huge hits for the table, and the Seabass Tartare was so fresh. I loved the Berry Parfait for a sweet finish. Solomon was a fantastic server and made sure our drinks were always flowing. It was a great spot for a Sunday outing with the girls, but it's also a great place for families and large groups. I took a peek at an event room in the back, and I'm keeping it in mind for a spot to host a bridal shower. Gorgeous place overall.
Nando Grill Orlando is hands down one of the best steakhouses in the area. The wood-fired carne en vara and ribs were incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked. Great portions, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere. If you’re looking for authentic Venezuelan food or grilled meats near Sand Lake, this is the place. Highly recommend! 🔥
This was our first visit to Mika and must say it most definitely surpassed our expectations. The service, food and ambiance were all on point. But the experience wouldn’t have been amazing if not for our waiter Alfredo. He not only gave us a thorough recap of the menu and recommendations but his attention to the smallest details were outstanding, making our experience amazing.
I have visited Mika in Coral Gables about three times for both lunch and dinner and every single time I loved it. Because I always had such a great experience, I decided to host my bridal shower here and it was the best decision I could have made. Devin, the amazing coordinator who helped me plan everything, could not have been more wonderful. She was so hands on, so personable, so sweet, and always kept me informed throughout the entire process. Being a bride can be stressful and she is exactly the kind of person you hope to meet during wedding planning. She made everything feel easy and enjoyable and I am so grateful for her. The service was 10 out of 10, the food was 10 out of 10, and the ambiance was 10 out of 10. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant, not only for regular dining which has always been exceptional, but also for my private event. My bridal shower was truly the bridal shower of my dreams and Mika played a huge part in making that happen. Highly recommend.
Wow! Wasn’t expecting this at all. We booked last minute and left as very happy diners. The food was perfection ( Thank you Chef Plumbo ) Everybody had a dish they loved and we didn’t know whose was better after tasting each others. No one had order envy this time! Drinks were also made as they should be which I like since many places just throw a drink together. Thank you. The service ( Alfredo) was so helpful and just a very happy pleasant person which makes a huge difference when you are dining out. All the staff were professional and polite. The decor was beautiful as well which we appreciate as interior design connoisseurs. Tastefully done. We will definitely come again. Highly recommended.
We celebrated my birthday here on Tuesday and had the most amazing experience. We arrived and had aperitivo at the bar with Dillon and he was amazing, the drinks were delicious, the food was incredible, but most importantly, he offered incredible service. The host Ennio is just who you need when you arrive at a restaurant, he is so cheerful and helpful. We mentioned we were planning a trip to Rome and he immediately put us in contact with Fabiano who took the time to write down recommendations for our trip. Finally, our waiter Alfredo was the cherry on top. He was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure to make excellent recommendations for both food and wine. I cannot wait to be back for the food and the service!

Mika is truly one of the best restaurants in Miami. My girlfriend and I celebrated our anniversary here, and we had a sublime time. The dishes are wonderful and creative, and the ingredients are top-notch. Our waiter, Manuel, went above and beyond in his service, being extremely knowledgeable about each dish and very accommodating. There are many gluten-free options in the menu as well, which do not compromise the food's quality in any way. You can never go wrong with Mika.

From the moment you walk in, Mika feels elegant and inviting. It smells incredible -fresh and inviting, the space is stunning, and the service is exceptional. Our waitress, Sabrina, was friendly, knowledgeable, and made some amazing recommendations. During lunch, they offer a 2 or 3-course prix fixe menu, which was perfect—it let us enjoy and sample several dishes. The restaurant has an upscale yet relaxed vibe, and Chef Michael White’s creations are pure art. The way he balances silky textures with crispy touches and delicate flavors is sexy, plain and simple. The portions are generous too. As a huge ginger fan, I couldn’t resist the Lemon & Ginger Margarita—and wow. It was perfectly balanced, with real ginger flavor. We couldn’t get enough; this will definitely be my go-to drink when I return. They start you off with warm, house-made bread that’s so good it sets the tone for the rest of the meal. You taste it and immediately know you’re in for something special. We had the Tuna Carpaccio with black truffle—buttery, delicate, and beautifully contrasted with a subtle crunch. The special which was a scallop with a paranip puree was incredible and the selection of wines is top tier. The GM is such a delight and so was our server, a blonde woman whose name escapes me but she was very knowledgable of the menu and selecting the perfect wine pair.

This restaurant is amazing! I’ve been to the owners restaurant in NY - Marea - and this is another great one! Service is very good, great cocktails, and the food was 10/10! I recommend the Vesuvio pasta and the Gnochetti. The vibes of the restaurant are great - super pretty inside and perfect lighting

Couldn’t recommend Mika more - the food was delicious, the restaurant was beautiful and the service was top notch. The filet mignon and lobster risotto in particular were incredible! Must try in Miami.
Had an amazing evening at MIKA!! Food was perfection, 2 appetizers 4 different meals, all were delicious. Clemente was are waiter, great person, very attentive and recommended all our plates!! Definitely returning soon! You need to try this dessert, money!!!!!
Excellent restaurant 👌 Very good and tasty food, magnific attention by Alfredo , made us have an excellent night. Very nice location but a little bit noisy the atmosphere. I really love it. Totally recommended. The lobster gnocchi delicious as well steak tartar, and branzino

Chef Michael White. Michelin star chef at Marea, New York, and now the genius behind MIKA Coral Gables. From Manhattan, now in Miami, he brought his magic. House made pastas that are a classic Italian recipe revised with Michael White’s own personal touch. My favorite is the pasta Bolognese. Even though I normally eat the Wagyu Carpaccio and Dover Sole, yesterday I tried something different: the Rib-Eye wow! Tender and just a little crispy outside. Must try if you love meat like I do. Spettacolare! Juicy, perfectly cooked, full of flavor. The Wagyu Carpaccio is light, very delicate in flavor with the truffle. A perfect combination. Nice touch in the arugula tomato salad: the tomato is peeled, no skin. Beautiful, delicate, and perfectly balanced. Simple, light, and fresh to eat with the meat. Last but not least, the dessert. Thank you for my little complimentary surprise, I really appreciate it. It’s a mousse inside, deeply dark chocolate not too sweet, not too bitter a little crunchy in the middle and soft cream on top. I had the pleasure to meet Paul, the sous-chef, who came to our table I wanted to personally thank him for the amazing meal. No doubt, as usual, I’ll go back 😉
not only is this restaurant absolutely gorgeous but the food that my bestfriend and i ordered was plainly delicious. our waiter was so sweet and made our experience 10/10. we tried the grilled octopus, lobster burrata and the Tagliatelle pasta. all items that i recommend 👌🏼
What an amazing dining experience! We have gluten allergy and the waiter and chef went the extra mile to accommodate us. The food was perfect, we loved the bolognese with gluten-free pasta and the chicken. That said, the truffle potatoes purée was out of this world! We also thought the Panna cotta was extraordinary, and the dark chocolate mousse cake was wonderful. We believe this to be one of our best dining experiences in all of Miami! My wife and her friend also wanted to mention that the Ginger & Lemon margarita and Negroni were a must!
We’ve been to Mika twice now and it’s our new favorite. Stand out picks: the grilled octopus, lobster burrata, spaghetti, budino dessert, Dover sole. (Lobster risotto was a little too seafood-y so maybe opt for the mushroom risotto instead.) It’s not cheap but it’s worth it. Food is delicious, service is excellent and the decor and atmosphere are lovely. If you want to impress someone, bring them here.
I came back to Mika and once again had such a beautiful experience. This visit was especially meaningful because I was celebrating Valentine’s Day with my sister, and Alfredo truly helped make the night unforgettable. His attention to detail was exceptional — from helping me plan a small surprise for her, to guiding us through the menu in a way that made us feel connected to every dish. And the food was genuinely outstanding. We started with the tuna carpaccio, which was phenomenal — just as incredible as I remembered from my last visit. Fresh, delicate, perfectly balanced — one of those dishes you keep thinking about after you leave. For mains, I had the roast chicken and my sister had the veal, and both were exceptional. The roast chicken was flavorful, perfectly cooked, and comforting without being heavy. The veal was beautifully prepared — tender, rich, and clearly crafted with care. You can really tell the kitchen puts intention behind every plate. What really stood out was how Alfredo shared the story behind the food and even parts of his own journey. It added so much depth to the experience and made the meal feel personal, intentional, and memorable in a way you don’t find often. You can tell he genuinely cares about hospitality, not just service — and that makes all the difference. The food was incredible, the atmosphere was beautiful, and Alfredo elevated an already wonderful experience. 10/10. Thank you for another beautiful evening — I will absolutely be back.
My second time coming back here and just had to bring my mother to have a taste of the wonderful dishes crafted by Chef Michael White. We started with the grilled octopus and wagyu carpaccio which were both absurdly divine. We had the lobster risotto and the halibut for dinner and I must recommend both dishes to anyone whose a fan of seafood. The staff and Chef prepared an exquisite chocolate almond flour cake for my mother’s birthday and gave me some homemade ice cream (I have allergies). But truly what made the night so special and makes me want to come back a third, forth, fifth time, was the incredible people who work there. Our server, Alfredo, was the highlight of my mother’s birthday and truly crafted an amazing experience for us both. He was so attentive and engaging and made us feel like family. Clearly, this place thrives from it’s incredible staff as we had multiple hosts and waiters come up to us and treat us with great care and friendliness. I will absolutely be going back and I recommend this place to anyone and everyone for any occasion.

Had the best time brunching at MIKA with my girlfriends. Everything we tried was delicious. The Lobster Benedict and Avocado Toast were huge hits for the table, and the Seabass Tartare was so fresh. I loved the Berry Parfait for a sweet finish. Solomon was a fantastic server and made sure our drinks were always flowing. It was a great spot for a Sunday outing with the girls, but it's also a great place for families and large groups. I took a peek at an event room in the back, and I'm keeping it in mind for a spot to host a bridal shower. Gorgeous place overall.
I have visited Mika in Coral Gables about three times for both lunch and dinner and every single time I loved it. Because I always had such a great experience, I decided to host my bridal shower here and it was the best decision I could have made. Devin, the amazing coordinator who helped me plan everything, could not have been more wonderful. She was so hands on, so personable, so sweet, and always kept me informed throughout the entire process. Being a bride can be stressful and she is exactly the kind of person you hope to meet during wedding planning. She made everything feel easy and enjoyable and I am so grateful for her. The service was 10 out of 10, the food was 10 out of 10, and the ambiance was 10 out of 10. I cannot say enough good things about this restaurant, not only for regular dining which has always been exceptional, but also for my private event. My bridal shower was truly the bridal shower of my dreams and Mika played a huge part in making that happen. Highly recommend.
