TGI Fridays

I can say for sure the drinks and food here hasn't failed me, yet. One of The things that I see that could be improved is the attire of some of the associates.

We went during a time that didn't have a ton of traffic, so table service was fast. My one warning is that if you have a large group (>10), expect to wait a long time unless the place is empty. Food was great like always. Friday's is sort of like a hybrid between Chile's and Longhorn, it has pretty high end food while maintaining the laid back "sports bar" asthetic. I thoroughly enjoy eating here and got the bacon cheeseburger.

Decent experience. Food was prepared well, very tasty and served in a timely fashion. Had a few drinks from the all day happy hour menu, they were tasty but not very strong (which was expected). Not bad overall. You really know what you are getting when you go to a chain restaurant. Can't complain about much, but there was nothing that "wowed me" which would have probably given it a 5 star rating.

Nice restaurant good decor we had the sizzling flat iron steak and coconut shrimp and ribs was above my expectation. The $5 June bug drink was good. Service was not up to par waiter was slow. The music they play it's something like MTV TRL request from the 90s LOL.

I have mixed feelings about this place, I feel like the food is good, location is good, the inside is pretty but it’s just soo dirty. Our host didn’t look like he wanted to be there and he tried to sit us twice to dirty tables that still had previous checks and food utensils. The only reason why I am not giving this place 1 star is because our waitress was beyond amazing. I believe her name was Candice she was truly a rock star. If it wasn’t for her service I would’ve left somewhere else.

All around kinda average to below average location. With a good management team, I think they can improve upon this place a lot.

Terrible food. TGIF has terrible food description skills.. But our waitress was excellent. Avoid this place go to Burger King instead! SM3

Simply horrible and I leave photos to back up my words, the fries with bacon and cheese lacked the main thing the green onions, without that infredient they are not the same, the ribs without any bbq cooked a simple grilled ribs, horrible and not to mention of the colewslad, the size is disrespectful, a totally empty container, it had more ketchup than salad. First and last time in my life I order on this site

Food took an hour and a half to arrive. Service was slow and hurried. The food wasn’t worth the wait. The steak came burnt, and the whiskey glaze was charred charcoal black. There was a plastic piece in my mango salsa. All the drinks tasted like medicine. Not worth it.

So i went to fridays and ordered a kids meal chicken tenders, moserela sticks and a orange drink. Later they brought me half a drink. I asked alison why? She said that they ran out of kids cup size. That the kids orange juice size is 8oz . Um youre bringing me half a drink. So i spoke to Vladimir (the manager) and also explained that was the right size. The issue was never resolved. Cant believe this happend . Gotta use better judgement next Vladimir.

I used to come a lot … Never again !!! I ordered Chicken Parmesan pasta, 🤮it’s just heavy cream with pasta not even seasoned and the chicken taste like frozen food with ragú salsa …they didn’t even care that the plate was intact, never asked … 😂

Severely understaffed on a Monday evening!!! Had to seat ourselves, wait for a long time for a waitress, nobody ever rounded up to check if our food was ok nor to even check us out. I had to get the only person within proximity which was the hostess (super nice and efficient!) Food: Boneless wings are terrible :( as if they where kept in the freezer for years… Steak was medium/well-done versus the medium-rare that I have ordered We LOVE Fridays (and there is none in Phoenix) but this one - we are NEVER coming back :(

You have to do better!! How can you package an item in which it's very clear that is not what the item should look. I ordered a brownie and received a charred brownie. Absolutely unacceptable!!
