One of the nicest Chick-fil-A restaurants I've been to. I'm not sure how I got in and out so fast. Usually these places are so backed up with customers, it takes a minute... I was there at 9am on a Friday... Wasn't the lunch crowd yet

Consistently a good experience. This time was at lunch and they were super busy. It took a few minutes to get our food, but it was brought to the table fresh within just a few minutes.

2nd day of business for Corinth store and I arrived at 11:20 am, ordered inside since the drive thru line was backed up the road on the west side of building. There was a crowd inside but they were turning out orders constantly. I had my food in approximately 30 minutes or less. I got the regular sandwich meal and it was hot and fresh even after driving a mile away to eat it. I am a big Chick-fil-A fan and So glad that they're here in Corinth Ms! My only hope is that it stays this good after the training management staff retreat to another town.

I love their chicken sandwiches and chicken biscuits. I'm not a fan of waffle fries. I wish they would add a choice of crinkle cut or seasoned fries. Thank You Chick-fil-A 😊 🙏

New restaurant with an amazing and friendly staff. They are always busy but the wait times aren't unreasonable. We love dining here. I'd suggest using the app to order, even if you're dining in. You go straight to a table and put your table number in and they bring the food to you.

I live about 25 mins away from this Chick-fil-A location and I enjoy the convenience of picking up or drive thru when we don’t eat in. The service is always fast no matter the line and the workers are always so nice.

Of course. The staff at chick fil a is always so polite and friendly. The store seemed kind of small but was well laid out with what they had and they had so much parking!!! I was very pleased. Their bathrooms looked like they tried to remodel them, but they’re not as updated. They were very clean - again- on par for Chick-fil-A. They do not have a kid play area. They do offer complementary kid activity sheets with crayons. They were located in the middle of the sitting area. You can also ask the very helpful staff. They also have lots of kid seats and booster seats. The food, tea and ice cream is at Chick-fil-A levels as you would expect. Delicious as usual.

It's Chick-fil-A! Can't ever be bad. The 4 stars wasn't their fault - noisy kids running around without parents who give a damn. Trudy is so sweet every time we go there. She always remembers us and her smile is beautiful.

Grand opening day and even as busy as they were the curbside pickup went smoothly and was brought out within. Just a couple of minutes. The employee was polite and smiling as she delivered my order. The good was fresh and prepared exactly as ordered. The coffee was good as well

It was 9:20 and I had to be across town by 9:45 to drop my special needs child off at Anchor Rehab. I knew I would be cutting it close but decided to risk going through the drive through anyways. I was pleasantly surprised that they had my (pretty large) order ready in 5-10 minutes! I got him to his appointment with time to spare and my little guy loved the Chicken Minis. Keep up the good work CFA Corinth!

We submitted our app order for pickup inside at 8:15pm on the 2nd Friday after they'd opened for business. It was a mad house but the employees were awesome and kept reassuring everyone that they were checking on us often. We had our 6 nugget meals and 2 sandwich meals by 8:40pm. They forgot our sauces but were quick to fox that too. As always, even with lines out the doors and lines down the street (and double drive thru lanes), they never cease to amaze me at how efficient they run their restaurant!

First time using the mobile drive-thru worked out pretty quick. I like the efficiency of that but also for this particular store their chicken on their chicken biscuit was sized proportionally correct? As to several other ones I've been to the chicken on the biscuit was small

The food is amazing! It was a bit crowded, but the service was still great, and the food came out quickly. The prices are reasonable, so you can eat well without spending too much money.

This chick fil a has to be one of the best in the country. The fried chicken is good, the grilled chicken is good, salads are good, you name it, it’s good. The only complaint I have is sometimes the fries are a bit hard but that might just be a personal preference thing. I stop here multiple times a month and they always get my order correct and go above and beyond to make sure the food is high quality and fresh! The employees are so kind and they are very speedy when taking orders and in the drive thru. Highly recommend for everyone!!! God Bless CFA!

I love going here. It is the only place my food allergy son can safely eat out at. Everyone is always so nice and helpful. Anytime I have ever had a problem they have been quick to respond and correct it. This location is always hosting fun events, too! From trivia nights to mom and son nights to dad and daughter nights, painting pumpkins, bring your pup, etc... it is truly a great place. I understand the hype for their friendly service alone! Other restaurants should take note.

By the time I finally got enough space to go around the car in front of me, the car in line beside me crossed over in front of me me!!! They should pull cars waiting to the side so customers who have been in served, can get out of of line and go home! If it had been a emergency, you would have been stuck in line like I was!!! Plus, after I got home, I didnt get what I ordered & the food was COLD!!!!!!! Couldn't get a answer to wben I called!!!!!!! Doubt that I will ever be back!!

The Mac n cheese is my husband's fave. He gets a large for himself. Don't forget to check n see if they put your forks in if you go thru the drivethru. My rating went down for you guys this week. Lately the employees aren't friendly as they were. Last night we never got 1 thank you or my pleasure!! Which the politeness is 1 reason we spend our money here. The past several times our chicken nuggets have been hard as well. Corinth Chick FIL A you used to do better so we know you can! And yes they forgot our forks...every time!! But we did check before we left. Please bring back the curbside pickup where you bring it out to customers? Be more polite like you were in the beginning. Also we used to get a survey for a free sandwich and that NEVER happens anymore. You can Do better Corinth because you have done better.

This is the most regularly disappointing Chick-fil-A I have ever visited. Usually, Chick-fil-A is excellent at every location but unfortunately, this is not true with this location. I wish they could get their act together, I would love to eat here, but I have never gotten Chick-fil-A quality food from this location since about 6 months after they opened. I try every couple of months hoping it will improve, but I am always disappointed no matter what time of day. It doesn't matter if they're busy or not. I don't understand how this one Chick-fil-A can get their food so consistently terrible.

Busy spot in Corinth, slower than most bigger suburban locations. Same great taste as usual. CFA has gone to the penny business idea of selling as much as you can. Hope the quality can stay up.

Food is decent-which is normal for Chick-fil-A. But the Corinth one is the slowest I’ve ever been to in my life. I’ve been here several times and every time the line moves incredibly slow. It’s so frustrating that I won’t be coming back. I don’t have time to wait 20 minutes in a drive thru that isn’t anywhere near full.

Visited in the late afternoon when they were not busy. It’s the first time ever eating at a Chick-Fil-A I’ve waited longer than 20 minutes for food. I know they’ve been opened for about 2 months so I’m forgiving. The young lady that brought our food out was really hustling, and seemed to be the only one working. I felt for her. I know they will get it right because of who they are, this trip was a disappointment.

I stop by every chance I get since we don’t have one in my hometown. They were slammed today and I should have checked my order before driving off. I ordered through their mobile thru which I love! It’s super convenient. I got all the way home before I checked my bag. I ordered the family nugget meal. I got the nuggets and only half of the rest! (Sides and dessert) No sauce at all which is strange because I brag on the fact they usually load it down! Usually I have no complaints and this isn’t a huge one. I’ll be back because it’s my favorite place!

Bathroom was disgusting. No paper in several stalls. Wait was longer than expected. Left the prize out of the kids meal. This is the only Chick Fil A that doesn’t give pup cups. Every other one I’ve been to does. The staff was friendly and courteous. The food was good.

It’s always been a very very slow drive thru, even using the app I place order 10 mins before and every time you still wait 10-15 mins. No other chick fil a is this slow

I gave this 2 stars because I love the Chick-fil-A brand and what the company stands for. This location may have the look of Chick-fil-A but it sure doesn't operate like one. They do not offer senior coffee like other locations. They have no other options for breakfast chicken sandwiches other than biscuits. I do not like biscuits, I was told I could get a muffin with either sausage or bacon but they couldn't put chicken on it. It was 9am and I asked if I could get it put on the normal bun again I was told no. Even McDonald's and Burger King would honor that request I have been to this location twice the 1st time I waited 45 minutes and I understand they were new and busy. This time they were open a few weeks now and the drive thru line wasn't past the awning but it took 35 minutes to get through the drive thru. Of course the ticket times won't reflect that because 15 minutes was waiting to order. For a freshly trained staff they really need to do better My advice is go to a different location this is the worst I have ever been to

Chick fila is one of my favorite restaurants and I visit them often. This is by far the slowest chick fila I’ve ever been to - especially their drive thru. There can literally be no line and it still will take 20 minutes to get through.

I love Chick-Fil-A! I would eat there every day if I could! I have been to this one twice and I want to just chalk it up to being new. But, I gave them a couple of weeks before I tried it. Both times over 40 minutes in line. Both times I ordered the Market salad and it wasn't right. First time, they left out the packet of nuts and granola. No big deal. Today it wasn't like any market salad I have ever had. They put chicken nuggets on it. No blue cheese. And they gave me the wrong dressing. I wanted lite balsamic and I got lite italian. I didnt notice until i had put all over my salad. Do you know how disgusting italian dressing is with fruit? I want to love this place. But, with the poor drive through and trouble with orders, it will be hard to go back.

I'm sorry, but I don't get why there's always a line at this place. I don't eat much fast food, generally only when I'm on the road, or have some other interruption in my daily life. (Refrigerator empty after coming back into town.) I had a spicy chicken sandwich with a large fries. The sandwich was a piece of chicken on a squishy bun and a couple of sad looking pickles. Meh! And the fries: to begin with the large container wasn't full. And the fries inside were limp, not uniformly cooked, and there were lots of small pieces. I got food in my belly, and I didn't get sick. But that's about it. I felt like I wanted to eat again, not because I was hungry, but just because I was disappointed in the meal.

The drive through is set up very weird and made the experience very frustrating. This is not on the first few days, or even first week of business.... The line was not long when we got there. The problem is the extremely inefficient way the drive through is set up. I'm not sure why its set up this way but it took us 40 min to get through the short line. We were asked the name on our order at least 7 times and when we finally got the order it was missing a salad. Food was great and workers are very polite. But the drive through system is very counter productive

This particular Chick-fil-A is nowhere near any other in terms of service and quality. The drive thru is an absolute disaster, whoever designed it is a lunatic. Ordering online and picking up in store is also a nightmare. You go in and see tons of food and drinks dying on a shelf but yours is never ready. The only saving grace is the fries at this location are typically cooked really well.

I usually love chik fila but not tonight. The chicken sandwich was super greasy and overcooked like it was forgotten in the fryer. I also had a 5 piece nugget and didn't have the poly sauce I ordered with it. The nuggets were cold and I only had them in the car for 5 minutes so it wasn't the trip home. This chik fila isn't like the other ones at all.

Not all Chick-fil-A are the same. This one is the worst so far. I love the Cobb salads from other locations. Not this 1 .Where to start.. so it took like 20mins just to get a salad and wasn't even busy.. the bacon was missing. Veggies did not taste fresh. Had like 3 little pieces of chicken on the salad. Will never stop at this location again

I just feel that Chick- fil- A does not represent everyone. They don't have a variety of people working for this company. Now at all the other restaurants I see Corinth shows the best at this with our other business and restaurants. I am very disappointedand plus very ashamed. Because Corinth is a very great hometown and I have been here all my life. Just wanted to say this because it is very noticeable, plus we spend alot of money in this place, but it's not a good look. It takes a lot to make me leave a neg review. I never thought it would be possible for me to dislike a Chick-fil-A but this on in Corinth has.They do not have the typical awesome sharp staff and are not on top of things like 99% of all other chickfilas are. Attitude, careless attitude, slow service, wrong food, cold food. You know when you have all these “local review” ppl that leave a ton of 5 star reviews for almost every company only leaving 2-3-4 star review for this business, Something’s wrong.

Were stuck in the drive thru. Been sitting here for over 30 mins. This is the slowest chick fil a I've ever been to... if I hadn't paid already I would drive over the curb and thru the grass to get out of here.... no excuse for the slow service here. Then to top it off, we were in the drive thru with food ordered before 830. At 930 we were still there and they gave our food to another car and we ended up being the last car in line after everyone else left. When they finally came and asked us what we were waiting for they told us they had shut sown and had no fries left and offered us what they had left cooked. By far the worst chick fil a ever... glad we were just driving thru town but will be back thru there often...Alabama has Mississippi beat yet again....

Having two lines with only one to place the order in line. I got trapped in the wrong line. The app order line and left without ordering. Very bad business model. Could have been resolved if the kids taking orders ever looked over at the second line just to be sure everyone customer was taken care of. No more Chik filet for me.

Slow and messed up my order

Cancelled my DoorDash order last minute. A dentist with 20 people were left without eating breakfast.

Been there 3 times this week. Saturday is not a good day to go. It's like a whole different place. Ordered a wrap, my favorite. When opening the whole thing just fell apart. What did you roll it with? A blender? Husband had the spicy grilled sandwich. The tomatoes were outside of the bun and the rest of the sandwich was just hard to even look at. Do they hire a crew off the street for Saturdays? March 9th - Need to give Landon a mop and bucket cause he sure can't get an order straight.

Normally I love Chick FIL A, but got three bad orders of nuggets from this location. Two smelled and tasted like burnt plastic and half of the third order was nearly raw . Hoping we make it home before anyone in our group gets sick. Service was good but not great for Chick FIL A.

I was super excited to get a Chick-fil-A so close to home, until I bought lunch from there today. I waited in line for 30 minutes for them to tell me they didn't have some of what we ordered once we got to pick up our food. The shakes we ordered were great, but the chicken nuggets and salads were disgusting.

Ordered online food was out fast however I ordered a large waffle fries and got 6 whole fries. As a new customer I'm thinking will be my last trip to you. Check it good everyone like I should have.

From the recent app glitch they had on Saturday the 16th money was taken from my account. I was told the day of it would be 2 day before I received my money back. It’s now been a week and three phone calls. Two of them I’ve spoken to the same woman and all three times I have been asked my name, number, the date, and the total of the transaction and still no refund. At this point there has been no contact besides me contacting them and repeatedly been told the same thing and no action has been placed. Very very frustrating and disappointing.
