A positive experience at this charming restaurant in Roncola, in the Imagna Valley. A very welcoming and clean location, with plenty of space. Excellent, friendly, and youthful service. The food quality is good, though the desserts could be improved and a little more carefully prepared... not very authentic and obviously industrial. The wine was excellent. The final bill was absolutely fair, considering everything.

Located just at the entrance to the village of Roncola Alta, the Belvedere restaurant lives up to its name, offering an enviable panoramic view of the plain below, from the hills of Bergamo Alta to those of the Isola Bergamo area. The interior is classic, with colorful walls reminiscent of a restaurant made famous by a Sky TV show. The table we sat at was beautifully set, with an elegant and classic style. The lunch was very good, from appetizers to dessert, with perhaps a so-so note on the meat. The risotto was delicious, truly excellent. The exterior is also lovely, not spacious but enjoyable. A small negative note about the bathrooms: small, with a sink located behind the door and hardly usable, and a few cobwebs dangling from the ceiling. Overall, a good place, definitely recommended.

We had lunch there on Christmas Day, offering a variety of dishes from fish to meat, with generous portions. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location, as the name suggests, has a beautiful view. There are also some hiking trails nearby, so you can take a walk and stop for lunch at this restaurant on your way back.

This restaurant is located in this charming mountain village. It has a panoramic viewpoint, and in the summer months, outdoor seating is also available. It's an ideal venue for ceremonies and events, but it's also perfect for a classic Sunday lunch. The menu features classic local dishes. The quality is good, and the portions are generous. The menu was explained only verbally, with no printed references to indicate the prices of dishes and allergens. The portions, in my opinion, were not very generous and not well-prepared.
