My fiancé and I came here to celebrate Valentine's Day (weeks after the 14th, of course, because we're not crazy enough to go out ON Valentine's Day! 😂). We were able to be seated right away on a Saturday Evening, but the building was far from empty, this was absolutely the place to be and we're so glad we got in! Jun was our server. He did a great job making recommendations, was very friendly and easy to talk to, and our water glasses were never empty. We had the lamb, cocktails, and several sushi rolls I forgot to take photos of because they were SO delicious! I had the El Norco and it was FIRE in every way - flavor, presentation, and spiciness. I would definitely recommend the lychee martini and the cactus flower for drinks! This is definitely going to become a new date spot for us!

It's always a good time when we come, love that it is busy and has great atmosphere, food is top notch, very fresh and well prepared, great customer service and the drinks are so good, totally recommend trying them out, it's that good.

Have to try this hidden gem in Corona!! Love the living colors roll! Oysters are to die for so fresh and flavorful :) To drink I ordered the evil strawberry🍓and Old fashioned. Huge shout out to Taylor he is the BEST and provides impeccable service. I definitely keep coming back again and again thank you so much for the amazing food, service, and atmosphere 👏

This is the better sushi place IN Corona. I’ve tried Hon, J, Marui and others but this place was the best thus far. THEIR DRINKS ARE F**KING AMAZING!!! MUST TRY their MARTINI and GOLDEN GUY 😍😍😍 Went in for their grand opening for lunch but might go back for more drinks later 🤣 And the owner and servers were amazing. Shout out to Jesse and Camren 🥰 P.S. we did order much more but forgot to take photos 😄

The atmosphere was great and interior design was modern and well put together. Food was delicious 😋. The manager or owner was welcoming and spoke with everyone. Everyone in our party enjoyed their food even the children. The dark samurai roll was our favorite!

ETC is definitely our new favorite sushi place! The drinks are amazing.. we both ordered the Hancho’s Wish and a bottle of sake- soo good! The food is delicious and tastes so fresh. Everything from the edamame with garlic to the rolls (Assassin and El Norco were just a few of our faves!) The fun atmosphere made it even better, with tvs around the bar, friendly staff, and the owners walking around making sure everything was going well. I’m already craving it all. We can’t wait to go back!

Went to ETCetera Sushi this past weekend for the soft opening! Wow! Amazing food, Great Service, Flavorful drinks! This place is really really nice and the staff is amazing! I would highly recommend ETC. Glad to have a good sushi restaurant in town! Can't wait to go again!!

Small restaurant with huge flavor! We recommend the Corona Superstar. It’s very different from traditional sushi, but in a good way!

Moist, well seasoned and tender, what’s not to love? And the tako sushi was tender, fresh and sweet, very well made! Can’t wait to explore that menu further. They have a full bar, I didn’t have any because I was there for lunch. But it looked well-stocked and full of hospitality. Opening day jitters were at an absolute minimum, staff is ready to receive guests and ensure they are well cared for. I’m very glad ETC has come to the neighborhood! Welcome, guys!

Dinner for 2 was 160 bucks with one alcoholic drink which was supposed to be an old fashioned but was actually just a double shot of whiskey and one of those massive ice sqaures to fill up the entire glass. This is a good place for a young adult with some money to blow to take a date and make an impression. There are multiple dining zones and a bar so you have some options if a date is going well and you want to stretch it out. It's one of those places where all th brood is really pretty but if you're hungry you're gonna be spending a lot of money. Gyoza was overly fried to the point the crust was hard instead of crispy/flaky, rolls were very good but the diameter is smaller than I'm used to .

Honestly I come here mainly for the Vibe/atmosphere and the amazing drinks. The sushi and food items are good but not great. They need to work on the shrimp Tempura roll, the sweet black sauce was put on Sushi and it made sushi soggy and mushy and presentation missed the mark. Maybe they were busy but the good drinks made up for it I guess.

This used to be a nice place where the service was good. We sat awhile because our waiter was busy with other customers? The owner only Thanks his friends for coming. When running a business All customers should feel welcomed and appreciated. Not sure if I will return.

On a Wednesday specials lunch October 30,2025 the place was locked shut with a handmade sign that said “Sorry closed today for technical issues “ but no further information about reopening that evening or the 2-6 happy hour resumption. Apparently the chef was reprimanded by the Owner partner to the extent that he left and the Owner argued that he couldn’t. He left the entire staff with no daily income or tips when the restaurant was vacated 🫤. Customers in Albertsons knew and confirmed how the opportune food quality and service were destroyed by management. Seems that it’s been a common complaint for 2-3 years. A local great restaurant and location can’t be relied on despite the large income and loyal customers.

This place is expensive. The sushi was good but if a place tries to nickel and dime you such as charging for a side of siracha then you get an automatic 2 stars! Such a shame a place charges for condiments. Maybe they will stop charging but I doubt it.
