always have a great experience at this in-n-out. i moved away from california and every time im home, i have to stop by this in-n-out and get my favorite order. i get a double meat protein style with grilled onions and added pickles. and then either a regular or animal style fry on the side. so happy with the new low calorie pink lemonade because it is dietary inclusive without compromising good taste. came in this location after midnight after a wedding with some friends. service was still 10/10 even though they have had a long night that close to closing. the spot was clean even though there was still groups of people. made for a perfect ending to a wonderful wedding night.

OMG! The In and Out dude noticed I had been waiting awhile (I ordered my burger with no pepper) and came out to see what number I was! Then he brought my food to me instead of calling my number! Impeccable service to match the delicious food. Wow!

If you have never had an In N Out hamburger, you don't know what you're missing. Absolutely hands down the best hamburgers on the planet. All ingredients are fresh, never frozen. Fries are washed and cut in site. Hand leafed lettuce your burger will "smile' at you!! Check out the hidden menu items online such as the protein style hamburger.

I’ve eaten at In-N-Out Burger at dozens of locations in Arizona and California and I’ve never had an experience like today. I ordered a double double, protein style, plus raw onions, plus animal style. I got a double double, protein style, with raw onions, but not animal style. I brought it back up to the counter, they took it from me, and told me it would just be a minute. I finally went and sat down and ate my fries, and drank my Coke, and then went back up and waited some more. 15 minutes after I returned the first burger, a girl walks up to me, hands me the burger, and then walks off. She did not say one word to me. I went back to my table, only to find that they, once again, did not make it animal style. Within a few minutes, another girl, who I assume might be upper management, named Isabella, asked me if my burger was correct. I told her it was not, but that I was not going to wait another 15 minutes. She soon returned with a little bag of grilled onions to make up for my burger not being protein style. That was very nice of her, but I just wanted the burger the way I ordered it. It’s not the end of the world, but I hold In-N-Out Burger to the highest standard, because that is what this restaurant always delivers. As I look through the comments about this particular location, I see there are several recent comments about orders being incorrect. That is very uncharacteristic for an In-N-Out Burger location. I won’t stop by this location again.

'Ello chaps! Ok, let me just say it from the start. I don't get it. Great service, friendly staff, and fast. Their simple, limited menu helps keeping food come fast. You walk in and know exactly what you're going to get. But, the fries. The fries. Cut fresh, fried in whatever, I'm guess cardboard oil, seasoned with cardboard shreds. Sure, you can compare them to the added preservatives and all the likes of McDonald's add, but even Five Guys have figured out fresh cut, great taste fries. These fries are criminal. For the sole reason their fries are terrible I have to give In-N-Out two stars out of five. If you can manage the fries or skip them, then enjoy.

Stopped by the in n out at 450 auto center dr, corona ca 92882. Worst experience I have very had. Waited a total of 30 for my order. Order number 40 to dine in. I ordered at 1:12 pm on 12/26/25. Did not get my food until 1:42 pm. The only reason I got from the staff was they lost my order and asked for my receipt so they could do my order. Never even got a sorry. My pregnant wife had a craving to come here only reason we even waited that long. Truly sadden by this experience.

Visited this location on 12/24 around 11:00 AM to place a company lunch order. I’ve ordered from here many times before without issues, which made this experience especially disappointing. Two employees were extremely rude and unwelcoming. At the first window, Lenny asked if the order was “to go or for the car” in a dismissive tone, as if the order was an inconvenience. At the second window, Sarah confirmed my order and handed us all of the food and drinks. She nearly gave us the wrong order and, when I clarified that it was a large company order, she responded with “oh the large order” while rolling her eyes. The order was for 10 meals totaling about $120. I understand large orders take extra effort, but poor attitude and eye-rolling are unacceptable—especially when the order was still incorrect and the food was soggy. I understand it was Christmas Eve, but that doesn’t justify treating customers poorly. What was supposed to be a fun lunch for our team turned into a frustrating experience. This was the first time I’ve ever had an issue here, and it was bad enough that I won’t be returning.

Just don't get why so many people think these are great hamburgers. Decent for the price at best. Plus they get our order wrong 8 out of 10 times. Had to go back after we arrived home on two occasions the order was so messed up.
