We come here all the time and always have exceptional service from Aria. She is a big reason why we keep coming here. She always takes the time to let us know how happy she is to see us and we genuinely like having her as our server. She is warm and friendly.

Victor and the team at Karl Strauss were fantastic! Everyone was so friendly, accommodating, and really made our event easy and enjoyable. They set us up with a spacious taproom just off the main entrance, which was perfect for our large group and gave us the chance to relax and have a great time together. Excellent service, great atmosphere, and an ideal spot for gatherings!

Love this place! The most delicious beers. So grateful they opened here. Family friendly. They have a nice outdoor patio too with views of the lake.

Karl Strauss in Corona is, hands down, my go-to restaurant in the area. The food presentation is consistently outstanding, a true feast for the eyes before indulging in its delicious taste. Excellent spritzers, and pinot nois was fabulous! Loved the lettuce chicken wraps with the sauce. So flavorful and surprised me. We had an excellent bartender named Alyssa!. She was super attentive and very nice!

Food is amazing. Service was great. I love the carne Asad fries. Also got a free drink from the manager for my birthday.

The size of glass depended on the drink however. The atmosphere could use some work, but if you're with a large enough party it'll be fine.

Great food. Lots of beer/seltzer choices. Wish they served hard liquor. Kids really enjoy the arcade. The restaurant is huge. Perfect for hosting a celebration.

I’ll never understand why this place isn’t busier. Every time we come here, it’s half full. Food is good, beer is good, service is excellent. It’s our go-to when we’re at Dos Lagos and don’t know where to go. We know we will always get a great experience.

Such a great place. I came for the soft opening and was definitely impressed. I had to come back again. Hannah was such a great server. Very attentive to us and was so sweet. I will definitely be back again! The food was very delicious as well. Mac and cheese is a 10/10 as well as the ginger salmon.

I recently visited Karl Strouse Brewery and had a decent experience. We were able to easily reserve a table online. The service was good, and it was surprisingly quiet for a Saturday evening. We ordered the pretzel as an appetizer, but oddly, our burger came out before the pretzel, which kind of defeated the purpose of having an appetizer. That said, the fries were fresh, and the burger was tasty. However, nothing about the meal really stood out as exceptional for a place that's aiming to be a bit more upscale. I'd give this place 4 stars, but I’m a firm believer that you get what you pay for, and the food just didn’t live up to the scenery. It reminded me of how much I miss the old Tap House and the food they used to serve here.

We ordered the pretzel as an appetizer, but oddly, our burger came out before the pretzel, which kind of defeated the purpose of having an appetizer. That said, the fries were fresh, and the burger was tasty. However, nothing about the meal really stood out as exceptional for a place that's aiming to be a bit more upscale. I'd give this place 4 stars, but I’m a firm believer that you get what you pay for, and the food just didn’t live up to the scenery. It reminded me of how much I miss the old Tap House and the food they used to serve here.

Okay, I've been to Karl Strauss in San Diego and Anaheim. Vibe was much more alive. Atmosphere was a dud for me as well . This was a former Taps which was very nicely decorated. They used the same seating with slight modifications. What surprised me the most was that the awesome Taps bar area was blocked off and not in use. They used the old oyster bar as the new bar. Happy hour menu was a letdown as well. They are across from Reunion Kitchen which did a much better job of remodeling after taking over their building from Citrus City Grill. Plus their happy hour and regular menu is much better. We will continue to go there but not Karl Strauss.

Absolutely embarrassing experience at Karl Strauss. We walked in and stood at the entrance for 3-5 minutes with no host and no one greeting us. The girl at the bar clearly saw my family and me but chose to ignore us like we didn’t exist. Completely unprofessional. When the food finally came, they brought our appetizers without utensils. When I asked for some, the waiter looked shocked as if we were expected to eat with our hands. Then she casually said they had run out of utensils and would try to “clean some.” A restaurant that runs out of utensils? Seriously? To top it off, they messed up my order and brought it missing the salad. When I pointed it out, the waitress responded with “Really?” instead of apologizing. This place is poorly managed, unprofessional, and clearly doesn’t care about customers. I’ll be calling the manager and disputing the charge. If this is the standard at Karl Strauss, they should be embarrassed!
