Customer service is the best ive seen! They have fast service as well. I watched this team work and get orders out fast in drive thru and on the inside and they worked together as a team. Im from St. Louis and there the service is poor and the wait is ridiculous. Im thankful for my service at church's in Corpus Christi TX

Just had the best drive thru experience at this Churchs. Usually go to Gollihar location because close to home; but, they are slow and rude. Weber location is professional, friendly and competent. They actually say thank you. Very refreshing to have that kind of service. Keep up the great work! 👍

Love Churches, called in a to go, was just down the street a few minutes, had it all ready for me when I showed up not 3 minutes after calling! Food was amazing as it always is no matter which one I stop at!

We go to churches often as it’s one of the only things my kids like and this location compared to others is so much better. Most times I drive to this one even if it’s farther cause they’re always fast, accurate and friendly.

My first time visiting this location and not only were they quick but had everything I wanted available, and it was fresh. I sat down for maybe 2 minutes or less before receiving my 8 piece mixed family meal. I'd definitely recommend this location.

After a long day of work. Robert and the crew made order easy, provided great recommendations, my food was hot, the kids really enjoyed it. We got a lot of food for the price. The crew was all guys. They seemed to be working well together. The drive Thru was busy around dinner time. But I felt the food came out great.

The chicken, the options of sides, okra, apple pies, and other chicken places don't offer were available here. Made the whole family happy, including my WWII Mom. Chicken was plump, juicy, not over oiled, Cole slaw, my wife loved & she doesn't like Cole slaw, mash and gravy, perfect. More on the certain location of how this turned out so good. Runs a tight ship, highly energetic, fast, accurate, wonderful morale and enthusiasm. Not what you would expect, but was awesome. The whole team was positive. The location on lum has gotten downhill over the years and I was starting to get really discouraged eating at church's. We decided to go to this location and wowww, it's really good! I ordered family meal... the only thing was the lady taking order had that 'get to the point & hurry up' type of attitude. Not welcoming and was just tryna hurry me up. I really wanted to order something else but she just cut me short and told me to pull forward. Also they forget that family meals automatically come with extra spoons and plates not just that one spoon they provided. Anyways food was aight. Will give 5 stars just cause food was good.

I am so pleased with the experience I had with this Church’s! We dined in around 8:30 and immediately felt welcomed when we entered. The employees were absolutely awesome, the food was fresh and delicious, and the atmosphere was overall delightful. They went above and beyond! The gentleman checked on how we liked our food while dining and even offered to refill our soda as we were walking out; how considerate. These are the things that keep people coming back! Great job Church’s!

Food was good ,I was a lil annoyed because as I was getting out of my truck,an employee locked the door .so checking my phone it was 7:56 pm.and I get it, the lobby closes at 8 pm.i hoped the guy just didn't see me ,so I got back in the truck and went to get in line at the drive thru.expecting the worst I was so wrong,the person running the window was very good at their job.patient when needed and suggestive when asked.very impressive,spoke clearly and friendly but not fake .I was jus going to get two meals but I left with my meals plus an extra chicken sandwich as well as a dessert pie and an extra dozen busquits.well done church's.

Food is about the best thing that I can say about this place...service is OK....but the drive through... it needs to be improved a lot. I know that it was Superbowl Sunday but they needed extra help.

If you've been to a Church's Chicken before, its nothing different. Just like 90% of chain restaurants, if you've been to one, you've been to all. Only thing I noticed with this location is it doesn't appear to be the cleanest. Other than that, good experience with take-out at least. Everyone seems to be pretty friendly.

The product was fresh just a little confusion on the specials. It was just a mis communication. Nothing that can't be fixed with promotional signs. However, the chicken was crispy thighs and legs and the biscuits were delicious, Golden!!! Customer Service was excellent 👍! Wish I could remember her name, maybe that's why I got confused 🤔 on the specials. Her smile was unforgettable as Nat King Cole would say.

If I catch them on a good day, I get my drive through order quick and fresh! If I don't, I just get it quick but because of how busy this places stays, i almost always get it fresh. I have had to compromise with getting dark meat instead of white meat but I don't complain because I want my order face.

I got good service but while was there a man came in angry that he didn't get the order right and had to drive all the way back. Always check your order no matter where you go. People make mistakes. The corrected for him though he was really hot under the collar!! The people worked to make it right. Good service.

We love Church's Chicken! and we don't have them in Florida anymore, so when we get the chance, we visit one. We visited on a Saturday evening for dinner. The food was good; the chicken was cooked well and fresh. Church's Honey Mustard sauce is definitely my favorite!!! The fries were well prepared too. My honey butter biscuit lacked a little flavor from what I remembered, but it was cooked very well. The apple pies are probably one of the best fast food apple pies on the market, and we thoroughly enjoyed them. Service was quick and thorough, although somewhat impersonal. Prices were very reasonable; it was definitely worth the visit and we'll be back!

Tried their honey butter biscuit tenders. To me they weren't all that great. Should have just gotten the regular tenders or chicken instead. Other then that everything else was good & service was great.

There chicken is good. The gentleman working the counter is nice. The 3 stars is because they allow some employees to work with there pants hanging off their backside. I just don't see how you would allow that type of dress to be seen representing your company. The guy is walking around with his underwear exposed.

Delicious chicken and sides. Where are the biscuits? Sadly, they were not included with the 20 piece dark chicken, the sides of mashed potatoes, fries, 4 apple pies and iced tea jugs. We had our hearts set on the delicious biscuits. What a disappointment. Lesson learned. Check your our order.

Staff/management were very rude. I asked a question and was trying to answer while passing me by. I think he should have stopped and answered my question directly to me. That was just plain rude. Our order was not right, they said the computer was not working properly. But then that means you need to put an extra effort to make orders right.

Going here is like gambling. You never know how cool or cold the chicken or fries are going to be. I like the chicken but it's never fresh. It's heat lamp warm as well as the fries.

Had to wait too long for our order. Out of spicy chicken and we're told it would be fifteen minutes and we had to wait over thirty minutes. Rate 0

Went thru driv thru. Told me 15 minutes wait.. Told me to park my truck and someone would bring out to me.. Waited 30 minutes and no one came so i decided to go inside and ask.. Said to cashier excuse me, I'm been waiting 30 minutes. She screamed out to me 3 more minutes. I told her I'm been waiting 30 minutes when they told me 15 minutes. She screamed out have to wait 3 more minutes.. I told her they told me 15 minutes, well she said what do you want me to do?? Do you want your money back. I told her yes give me my money back.. She got my money and slam dunk money on counter and walk away.. Wow..and to top it off the cashier screaming at me was supervisor of the Restaurant..

I went through the drive thru SUN, MARCH 8, 2020 AROUND 2 P.M. and ordered the 20 piece meal. i had asked for spicy chicken and was told that it would be a 20 minutes wait and if i still wanted it . i declined and then asked for two apple pies and again was told that it would be a five minute wait. i said OK and for my 3 side i asked for french fry"s, mashed potatoes and Coleslaw and waited. about 5 minutes later i was ask did i need any condiment? i replied yes. and told him what i wanted and was asked to drive around to the parking lot and that he would bring me my order when completed. 15 minutes later my order comes and i notice that there is only one pie, so i get out and go into the place and asked for my other pie and condiment , then the guy at the drive thru comes up with the condiment, that should have been in the bag. I get home and looked over the food just to find that i'm missing the coleslaw and upon further inspection of the chicken i found that they gave me what i can only describe was not any part of a chicken i recognize . The so call piece of chicken was so old looking and had craters and dark brown spots all over it like it was re fried in the deep fryer several times. lets just say it was not edible even for a dog to eat. I called the store and explained that we all work hard for our money and to get service like this is just a disgrace and that i will be back with your food and would like my money back. How very upsetting to waste time on food I couldn't even eat. Everyone wants a pay check ,but no one wants to work. just lazy and a very sad shame the this action is OK with this establishment. Just ordered 2 chicken tenders with mashed potatoes and a buscuit... Staff was rude and manager was worst!!! They messed up my order and I usually don't complain but the lady was being really rude to me and the food was for my kids. My husband ordered jalapeños and they were old and nasty. And their fries were old and brown. They gave me a small fry and I told them my order comes with 2 large fries. The lady tried to tell me they don't have large fries, they only have family fries. Okay? Tell me what's the difference cause either way it went I should of had 2 large fries. First of all, no place to park and very small parking lot to begin with. Once I did manage to park, I walked into the store and up to the counter only to be told I would need to wait 15-20 minutes for them to cook some more chicken. They were very unprofessional and acted like they didn't care if I would wait or not. The entrance door didn't close tightly and it was very hot inside with the air conditioning wasting away into the parking lot. And, the place was DIRTY and unkempt. I turned around and left and I won't be returning.

Absolutely disgusting. I bit into the chicken and oil poured out. The guy in the drive thru was very unfriendly. I could see the workers inside scraping grease off the counters with a scraper. First snd last time I ever threw away money at this place.

Went through drive thru and was told it would take 15 minutes in which it was fine. 15 minutes passed and nothing, 20 minutes passed and nothing, 25 minutes passed and still nothing, after 28 minutes my wife went in and when she got to the counter to ask how much longer for the order the employee at the counter yelled 3 more minutes, when my wife said we were told it would only take 15 minutes the employee shouted what do you want me to do about it, do you want your money back. When my wife said yes the employee slammed the money on the counter. I know things are difficult these days and restaurants don't have enough help but don't take it out on the customers that are respectful, there are better ways to resolve things. We used to buy from church's often but after this we'll start going to Popeyes because we don't give restaurants a second chance after the first bad experience.

The service was absolutely unprofessional! The manager was extremely rude and was goofing off with the rest of the crew! They also always "run out" of products, but having a significant other that worked in a Church's in the past, I know they have to constantly have batter stocked up and available, so I know they're just simply to lazy to make it. Not to mention, the dine in lobby was filthy!! I hate coming here, but it is the only location closest to my home.

That's if there's any chicken to begin with..there will be no cars in the lot no one in the lobby and they'll take your order and then say it'll be 20 minutes for chicken because they don't have any dropped..you change your order to strip they say there is none that it's a 20 minute wait..why even take the order if there's nothing to serve?..this place should be shut down with how often the service is bad and no chicken to sell..how it's still in business is beyond me..I won't even get into the problem with trying to order sides in the one time there is chicken...pathetic this place

Not sure what changed, but dang that crust could break a tooth. It's so hard lately and just doesn't have the flavor it once did. The okra and fries were disgusting. They tated like they were the leftovers from the day before.

I asked for a small cup of water. This is what I was given, no straw-hole, not even a cup. Like What the Heck. I am not happy. I spent over $20.00 on food. This is messed up, it's 95° outside.

So they do this just so they can work slower and keep customers waiting while they take their sweet time and look good on drive thru times.

If I could give a zero I would. I accidentally placed an order at the wrong location after moving cities. I immediately tried to call the store (over 100 times) and never got an answer. After giving up on calls, I reached out through the company’s website and left my information, asking for a call back. This was a $50 order, and I simply wanted a refund. Days went by with no response. I eventually drove three hours to the location (I had other business in the area) and spoke to Joe, a manager. He confirmed they received my email and said his manager would contact me. Another week passed—still nothing. I even contacted corporate again and never heard back from the store or the company. I understand I made the mistake of ordering from the wrong location, but the lack of customer service is unacceptable. Both the store and corporate completely ignored my attempts to resolve this.

Ordered dine in online ... got to your location and the employees locked the door in front of us. Is it legal to bring your child to work in the state of Texas ? I don't think it is. Put a sign on the door stating your done in hours.

I went through the drive thru and ordered the number 4 and i had asked for fresh spicy strips to be dropped because they had 3 older ones available so I just asked for them all to be fresh. I had stopped in the parking lot to check them and they gave me 3 old ones that were barely warm and one fresh one. I had to pull up to a parking spot and go to the window outside to ask for new chicken. I waited about 7 more minutes and when I got home the chicken was old looking and had dark brown spots all over it like it was reheated in the deep fryer. It was too spicy even for me and I love spicy food. I couldn't even enjoy it. How very upsetting to waste my hard earned money and time on food I couldn't even eat. What an embarrassment for them. I will not be going back for a good long while.
