Dunkin has great iced coffee and for a great price. I love the DD app because I can order online while I'm in line in the drive thru. Very convenient. Plus you can't go wrong with a free donut on Friday's with the app.👍

I can't understand why this the only Dunkin in Corpus Christi, Texas but hands down to the managers. I love the customer service from everyone there, if made incorrectly they make it correctly with a smile, say thank you have a good day. I drive a ways to come here , get my Medium Ice Caramel with cream , sugar with a donut or avocado toast with bacon. Thank you all for making my day better every time I visit Dunkin Donuts.

This dunking made the best frozen coffee for my husband and he love it. And my ice coffee was awesome. The Manager she was very nice and helpful. I wish I knew her name. She was great. And who ever make our drink did a great job. It tasted so good.

Great service. They have almond milk for the coffee (huge plus!) Also, they put our donuts in individual boxes so they don't get smeared! Gave plenty of napkins and condiments when asked. Don't get this experience too often from fast food so had to put in the 5 stars :)

1st time visiting and it was everything I expected. Got my dark roast coffee in less than 2 minutes. Service was fast and friendly. Had I not been full I would've taken them up on their free donut with any beverage purchased today, June 7th. So if you see this now rum to your nearest Dunkin Donuts!! The place was clean and I was welcomed with the beautiful aroma of coffee as soon as I walked in. Good job, guys!! 👍👍!!

My experience at Dunkin is typically good. The people that complain on here are often very rude customers and people who expect everything to go their way despite the obvious rush that is happening. The rude customers order a family dinner worth of food not realizing that the cooks only have one available oven. The coffee is good, but I have to admit I hate the hash browns there. Just remember if you want donuts get your butt there earlier and not during a rush.

Another customer ended up snatching my order even when I tried letting the other customer know it was mine. The staff was so kind and offered me a refund along with my order remade but I settled for some extra donuts. I enjoy going to this location specifically cause it’s closer to me, but also cause the staff is always so kind and they work hard to get everyone’s orders out in a timely manner.

After having a terrible experience at the Weber location, I explained that the food/drinks were incomplete or not edible at the Weber location and Brianna jumped right in to help! She remade my entire order at no cost since I had already spent money on the same order at the other location. This location was super friendly, clean, everyone was nice and Brianna was super kind and understanding! 10/10 recommend the SARATOGA location!

I love Dunkin! I’m from Chicago so it would be at every corner I can think of, so I had to make a drive to get Dunkin today. Coffee was great! And as well as the donuts! Didn’t taste stale, tasted good! Hopefully they bring a Dunkin closer to SPID! 👏🏼👏🏼

Transactions are always fast. Waiting time is usually 5-10 mins from mobile Orders and the staff are nice. They keep the place clean as well

every time i go to this location the food and service is so lovely. they remember us and always help out whenever they can. this morning they were out of green tea so they made mine with half lemonade and half water. they made my bf's with sparkling water and both were so yummy im glad we trusted them with that! they were just so nice ;_;

Coffee and doughnuts are always good. Drive-through people are quick and friendly. But last time we visited my youngest child needed to use the bathroom, but bathroom was locked and when we asked to open it they said the key is lost and they don’t have another one and manager is gone and no one cares. So we left.

Went to try the beyond sausage sandwich. The order-taker was knowledgeable. It was a tasty, spicy vegan sandwich. The coffee was superior to any I've gotten around town (and it was decaf!). Sadly, they offer almond milk but were OUT. That coffee sure was good! A nice experience. Workers nice.

The young man that waited on us at the counter could not seem to grasp our order. It was 4 drinks, 2 the same & he would repeat the order & it wouldn't be right - 4 times. It took 15 minutes after ordering to get our drinks. There were only 2 customers inside & 2 came in after us so they weren't busy.

The coffee is great, but there's the new pumpkin spice latte iced coffee, the employees there are unaware of the cinnamon sugar topping that comes on top of the whip cream. Every time I go I return it and ask for the iced coffee as advertised, and they always question each other over what comes on it. The manager needs to have a meeting with the teenagers over the proper ingredients that come in their drinks.

The service is usually friendly but they always seem to be missing something. Once is was Expresso and the next time the donuts were cold and didn't seem freash. I was super excited about Dunkin donuts coming to our city but the quality hasn't been to the level I came to expect when I was stationed back East.

My addiction to Dunkin coffee made me drive almost 30 minutes to get my coffee. We went through the drive thru, at the box my order was asked twice. When we arrived at the window we were ❓ questioned again. No biggie, but even after asking us a few times it was still wrong, we only had 2 drinks, 1 hot and 1 cold. But until about the 6 time 1 drink was right. It is what it is, I just think maybe they were training a few employees don't know. But my addiction will still make me go back 🤣

Low rating for me because when we got there the doors were locked. We had to go thru drive though. I am that person who likes to see the donuts and pick the flavors we might like. Also they did NOT have my favorite kind😭 chocolate filled powdered donuts! Not sure if they were not made or they just don't make them at that location. We went out of our way to find a dunkin' while we were in town, missed a beautiful sunrise to go back empty handed. Shipley's did not disappoint on the way back to the hotel😁.

Donuts don't seem to be a fresh as the old days. Store needs to be cleaned(tables) between customers. Is sitting outside, beware of the table closers to door. The top is about to fall off. Simple donut shop interior.

We went for a dozen mixed. Walked in..nobody greeted us. I actually had to ask the girl behind the counter how she was doing because we were ignored and she didn't even acknowledge we Walked in the door. After I broke the ice she was pleasant enough, but wow. Just wow. I just have to add that for a place that has "donut" in their name, they leave a lot to be desired. Skip the donuts and have the mediocre coffee. It's sad to remember how revered this place was for the quality and freshness growing up. It went from "Time to make the donuts" to "Time to thaw the donuts." Sad

I love dunkins but this place is falling apart. They are never open when it says they are. For example it 630 pm on Sunday. I see two girls in the store but it closed. They are supposed to stay open til 9. How do yall stay in business. Especially when you push my business to the coffee shop next store.

Coffee was good. I had a mocha cocoa and my boyfriend had a caramel drink. Everything was fine but a few minutes after we left we realized we were missing one of our items. Tried calling a few times to get in touch with them about it and no answer at all. Disappointing

Donuts are great, the employees were either understaffed or they were very busy at the store also. They look like they were a bit overwhelmed doing the best they could but it took me longer than I expected order a couple of donuts only. Other than that, the employees seemed like they were trying their best.

Many items seem to come and go. Recently there frozen machine has not worked for a month or more. Order 2 dozen donuts and was surprised when they said that one of the dozen had to be assorted and they would choose. Cannot believe they would do such a thing. Donuts are always cold especially to filled ones served here. I personally enjoy the frozen chocolate drinks here that a made well.

After 10 a.m. both times 1st ate here about 3 years ago & today it looks & feels the same. Possibly their a worker down or they just don't care. While we don't have access to this location easily, we go when we can. Since we didn't like their breakfast & coffee drinks too strong for my liking, we stuck to the donuts. As before the same kind of donuts with few choices. You go online and you're made to think you have all these choices. However, they did have an almond croissant that was lovely. 😋 Maybe they had all those choices in the wee morning but for us who don't have easy access to either location a let down.

We recently got some gift cards so we have gone multiple times in the last month. The donuts, especially the pumpkin ones are delicious. However, we have ordered via the app for pickup and several times we get there and what we ordered wasnt in stock which was a bummer. I ordered two iced coffees one morning and when I picked them up they were basically missing all of the extras like sweet foam, cinnamon sugar on top, and the coffee really wasnt that good (reminded me of bland hotel coffee). Needless to say, once our gift cards run out I dont think we will be going back. I put 1 star for atmosphere because the dunkin we have been going to is under renovation and the lobby is completley closed.

I usually get the cookie butter cold brew, the first few times it was so good. Then the next three times I got it they used less cold foam and less topping and more coffee and it was not as good. Makes me sad. A lot of times I’ll order kolaches or donuts on the app and they will tell me once I arrive they don’t have them & that I need to figure out how to get a refund myself. It isn’t close to my house so it just sucks because i use a lot of gas money getting there and back and most of the time it doesn’t even end up being what I wanted. Only good thing is workers usually seem very kind and happy & when the drink is good it’s very good. I won’t be going back though since they started making the drink with very little cold foam and topping it’s no longer good unfortunately, I kept wasting my hard earned money to be disappointed and sad. Extremely busy, long line, lobby closed, curbside and drive thru only. I had a curbside order which I ordered on the app while my order was made to Perfection my daughter's was missing the caramel swirl in her iced coffee and she was very upset that her spider donut did not have legs. 🙁

First time coming here to this location. They close at 11:00pm and I got there with over an hour left until closing. From the start the girl was extremely quiet and would not speak up and seemed almost upset we were there. Poor customer service and the attitude at the window did not change. It was like my family was a bother to them that we would be going to a donut place at 10:00 PM. Sorry we had a sweet tooth haha 3 star still because 1 bad experience doesn't ruin a place. I hope my future business and visits will be better !! It is still a great coffee and donut shop!!

Availability of the donuts seems to always be very short and never there. Never seem to get my order right at the drive-thru. Always seem to never have the donuts I want. When walking in, no one was there, took them five minutes to acknowledge me and take my order. This isn't a Dunkin' I recommend.

I love Dunkin Donuts, but this location is just not up to par. The only time that orders come out right and the phone get answered is when there is a manager there. The staff is friendly enough, but just bad at their jobs. I have been there multiple times in the drive through and watched people drive off thinking they got their full order, then an employee just shrugging through the window holding a bag or coffee that the customer was supposed to receive. Pictured below was my sandwich this morning. I was on my way to work and unable to turn around. Sad to say this happens to me on average of 3/5 times I go to Dunkin, and I have tried being nice about it. I'm a little over it, especially when the drinks are of the same hit or miss quality. Would you eat a completely burnt bun like that and be happy about it? I typically go 1-2 times a week. The phone also never gets answered, which is a pain if you're trying to do a pick up on the run. Overall, even though I love Dunkin, do NOT go to this location. While you may get a friendly smile, you won't get what you ordered and it could put a damper on the start to your day.

Dunkin used to be better. I haven't been there in awhile and I most likely won't go back. It smelled very old and weird in there. The tables were dirty as well. Definitely lost the clean touch.

I enjoy Dunkin’, I do, but they tend the not be great. Every time I go they never fail to mess up my order, that or they simply don’t care. Last week they gave me still frozen hash browns, this morning they gave me a sausage roll up, with no sausage. Most of the time the lady at the window is not very friendly either, but today there was a new lady who was much more pleasant. I just wish that they could get my simple order right just once or twice. That is all.

I’m actually always scared to go to this Dunkin’ Donuts specifically, but i love the perks the dunkin app and t-mobile Tuesdays app offers. It seems to me that half the staff knows how to make good coffee and the other half doesn’t. It is always a gamble when I go to see if I get a good coffee or not. The drive thru lines can get pretty lengthy so do don’t want to hold up the line, and I don’t want to be “that person” when i request to have coffee remade. I’m not even sure they could make it better the second time anyway on the same day. However, because of all that I’m always scared to go there and waste time and money. Some days it visibly looks like what the drive thru employee is going to hand me tastes terrible, and it does of course, and other days it tastes really good! So I’m super upset i cannot just go to dunkin without any worries. This isn’t a problem for me at any other dunkin store I’ve ever been to so something must be wrong with the way some employees make the coffee. On the plus side, the employees here are pretty nice and I’ve always enjoyed the food

I rate this place 2-star due to the poor attitudes of the staff at this location. I am never greeted or thanked when picking up my order through the drive thru. Instead, I’m given a blank stare which makes me feel uncomfortable and like I’m being judged; I’m then handed my order with no “have a nice day” or “thank you.” This location does very well at making delicious drinks, coffee, etc. the staff just doesn’t match up. This is my honest review of this place. I hope they fix this soon. Until then, my business will return back to Starbucks which is just a little further down the street.

Normally Dunking donuts is pretty good. They manage their crowds well, the food is good, and so is the coffee. However, in recent weeks service has become terrible. My food is burnt when I receive it and hard as a rock, My coffee orders are wrong, and the wait is ridiculous. I qont be returning until some major changes are made.

The donuts need frosting and are too dry. Living in San Antonio the donuts aren’t what they should be. Corpus Christi needs to get with SA to learn how the donuts should be. Idk if you’re frosting them when they first come out or what, but the chocolate and blueberry muffins should be glazed and they aren’t. Please fix this. I haven’t bought them because everytime we go they are hard and dry.

I don’t understand why this location is so slow everyday. Last 12 months customer service is lacking, my drink order is wrong or taste different 70% of the time! I Oder the same drink each time. Drive up window is Filthy! Clean the window daily Please. Hate to see what the inside looks like. We need another Dunkin in town, different owner Please. Fix your scanner as well, Ben down over a month.

Don't order Delivery from this place. We ordered a dozen assorted donuts and two coffees plus two breakfast sandwiches at 7am. They arrived fairly quickly. The problem is every single donut was hard as a rock an the icing was cracked and falling off some. IF YOU CANT SEE THEM PICK THE FRESH DONUTS, YOU WILL GET DAY OLD. Our kids wouldn't even touch them after a bite they were spitting them out. I'm reporting this place to the corporate ofc and locally, expect the Kitchen Cops will be showing up soon. I know one of the guys.

Tacos taste disgusting sausage and cheese tasted microwaved , turkey didn't look like turkey or taste like it . And there was no donuts 😔 disappointed and I had to redo my iced coffee and add sugar now it tastes delicious

Terrible experience. Took 30 minutes to get a sandwich and a coffee. Dine in. The girl with the leaf tattoos was rude and short with me. The sandwich received was still cold in the middle, there was no mayonnaise packets, the coffee was watered down and it was absolutely unacceptable. For the prices you now make us pay as consumers there will need to be higher expectations from your business. You get two stars for having the turkey alternative to pork.

Been here a couple times and many of those visits they were out of items I ordered on the app. Not sure what's going on but I haven't had this issue with other Dunkins' in the area (at least this frequently). Don't order with the app if you plan to come to this location. Make the drive and go to Weber or even Staples. Giving two stars because the employees are nice and apologetic, and will do what they can to make up the cost of the item, but there is something going on causing them to be frequently out of items.

I recently visited Dunkin’ Donuts and, unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. The shop itself was clean and the staff was polite, which I appreciated. I ordered lemonade, and it was very disappointing — it tasted more like concentrated cooking lemon juice diluted with water, and filled with ice. It wasn’t refreshing at all and definitely not what I expected from a place like Dunkin’. The donuts were also nothing special. They were just okay, but honestly, I’ve had fresher and better-tasting donuts from regular grocery stores at a lower price. Overall, while the shop is convenient and the service was fine, the quality of both the lemonade and the donuts didn’t justify the visit. I probably wouldn’t come back for these items again.

I drove across town for the frozen coffee and to also get my son some munchkins. We waiting 10+ minutes to receive our order. When we got it and started driving we realized both our orders of munchkins were not glazed at all & my frozen coffee was completely watery and had a bad flavor. It’s really frustrating to drive so far for a pregnancy craving and not get what you’re used to getting. ☹️

Just came back from Houston and came by to travel in Corpus Christi I stopped by the Dunkin’ and the line was long waiting like 30 minutes and when we finally got the donuts it looks like someone was poking at it the lady didn’t even say sorry. Terrible experience would not come back

I stopped at this Dunkin' i ordered the egg, sausage croissant, she said we don't have... I asked for the sour dough sandwich... She said we don't have any bacon... 2 basic items without them you took 90% of the menu out... I can't believe that happened... I have never experienced that. Bad experience, had to rush to the nearest McDonald's.

Sorry DD...this is NOT extra cream cheese. So disappointed. Update: wanted to give them a 2nd chance. Stopped by this morning for the same order. Toasted bagel with extra cream cheese. Was informed that they only had Vegetarian and strawberry cream cheese. I said no thank you and drove off. Sigh. I tried. 🤷🏻‍♀️

Very poor, I got home and my fiance wasn't happy they burnt her bagle the thing was as hard as a baseball. I had errands to run came back 2 hours later they won't replace the coffee or the hot macchiato. Oh another thing don't bother calling they don't answer.

Don't mobile order and do curb side. Placed a mobile order and checked in via app once I parked. After 30 minutes I still did not have my order. Call the number on the door and went straight to a busy signal. I was able to wave down an employee. They checked and did not have one single item in stock of my order and I asked them to canceled it. Wish they did not have me waiting 30 minutes just to tell me nothing was in stock.

THIS STORE IS HORRIBLE. Several times I have gone through the drive thru and ordered and they were out of what I ordered. They have messed my order up several times as well and I've had to be put on their book to get something free the next time I went. Today I go and order a coffee, muffin and 4 donuts. Total was $9.62, I went to hand the girl $100.62 only because I know with the pandemic, coins are slim to none right now, there for all she would have to give me back was $91.00. When I got to the window to pay, she said she couldn't take anything over $20. REALLY?? So if my total had been $23.62, are you saying I would have to pay $3.62 in another form of payment?? AGAIN this place is TERRIBLE. I will NEVER EVER go back there again.

The drive threw line always takes wayyyyy too long. I’m usually very patient and understanding. However this morning was just horrible. I timed it and I waited for forty minutes in the drive threw before I decided to get out of the line and try my luck inside. While I was in the drive threw I noticed there were not cars except one at the window past where you place your order. Then at the menu where you place your order was this poor girl that didn’t have anybody ask to take her order (I had my window down trying to listen) for about 15 minutes. Now I get sometimes somebody holds up the line at the window I’ve been there as I used to work a high volume drive threw. But somebody should of at least taken her order and as many as they could so that they’re food and drinks were ready once they were done with the one car at the window. When I went into the dunkin the whole team of about four people were loosing their sh!t over this one car at the window… still not taking the girls order that is at the menu in the drive threw. Also couldn’t even say Hi when I and other customers walked in… a whole team should not drop all responsibilities in the establishment because of one car…. Someone can always greet a customer, take an order, or get food or drinks started. That’s why there is more then one person working. They may have been understaffed however they had four people and places like that have four main responsibilities. Drive threw, food, drink, register…. And all of them dropped the ball for one customer. They need better management and training for employees. I will not be going back even though it’s the only dunkin in town.

Went at 5am and they only had 3 kinds of donuts. That's fine, I understand that you opened 30 minutes ago. The real problem is getting home and realising that the donuts are freezing cold. They obviously recycle donuts from the day before and yet still charge you as fresh. Workers should at least have the courtesy to tell you that they're day old donuts, that way the customer can decide to wait for a fresh batch or buy the ones available.

The service I received in the drive thru line was terrible. I was never greeted by the person who took my money because she was chatting with a coworker. Then she put whip cream on the latte when I asked that it not be included. When I pointed out the error, she just went to the sink and scraped off the whip rather than make a new latte (good thing I'm not allergic to whip cream). Then when she returned it, it had whip and coffee coming down the side of the cup. I asked for a napkin to wipe it off. She handed me a stack of napkins, never apologized for the mess, and quickly shut the window so that I wouldn't hand her the dirty napkin. Then I had to sit there while she chatted with the coworker because she neglected to give me a straw. I sat there for minutes while she purposely ignored me. Any of these things on their own are forgivable. Together, they show a lack of a customer service focus.

As an avid “Dunkin’ girl” and coffee lover, this is by far the most CONSISTENTLY TERRIBLE location I have ever been to. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND after several years of coming here and repeatedly getting horrendous service, messed up orders, and racking up waiting literal countless hours in line (not exaggerating- does not matter if it’s drive-thru or walk-in or order-ahead). Do not waste your time with this location. Go to a local coffee shop or straight up Starbucks. Abominably disappointing business. Wish I could give this review 0 stars.

This Dunkin Donuts should be closed down. They can't get your order right and they could care less about your time, money, taste buds, and whatever else you think you might be entitled to as a customer. Go to Starbucks, they are friendly, quick, and the food is better anyway. I'll sign the petition to get this place closed. I've wasted too much money at this place.

Extra long wait. When I finally get my order, they forgot to bring the cream and sugar, which increased my wait time. Plus the coffee was cold when I finally got it. Dunkin Donuts is usually known for good coffee, but this coffee was pretty bad even after reheating it up. Very disappointed.

Got in line because of the ‘salted caramel’ advertisements posted all around the store just to be told that the flavor has been discontinued. Then when I started ordering donuts, they only had 2 of the 6 flavors I wanted. Now I remember why I don’t go to to Dunkin’ donuts.

I wish I could give 0 stars - I waited 20 minutes after they didn’t take my order correct. I asked at the window and was told to move forward so they can fix it and bring it out out. They came out 20mins later and asked what I was missing then went on to say well you didn’t pay for the missing order. Which is fine I would’ve paid for it at the window but they told me to just move forward and they’d bring it out. Poor service and the guy working the speaker needs to pay more attention when taking the order when I asked for 2 orders of something then went on to say they were out of what I asked for then instantly said we have this item instead when that’s the item I asked for initially. I repeated myself multiple times when giving my order to him at the speaker.

The location on Saratoga is not beneficial for residents living in the area to get breakfast before commuting to work in the morning. I placed my order online and I get there and was told the oven wasn't working. I recommend daily maintenance checks on equipments for daily operations to avoid delays for customers.

Walked up to the front door and it was locked. The employee inside angrily waved his arms motioning me to use the drive thru. The employee at the window was rude and actually shook her head at me. I can understand that kind of attitude after being provoked but all I did was try to open the door to their restaurant at 8:30 am. Never going back to this store again.

The cheapest coffee around me, yes. Not enough to keep me going back anymore. My husband waited in line 20 mins. Placed a mobile order at 5:04 am, waited in the drive thru, didn't get greeted, pulled up the the window to just be told they told open until 6 now. Mind you, they told him at 5:26 am. Manager tells him "well the app shouldn't have let you place the order." This is one of MANY horrible experiences we've had here. Someone needs to acknowledge these horrible reviews, like THE OWNER of this establishment and do something about it. I cannot believe they're still in business considering how bad it is here.

It was a series of terrible service. First, there wasn't any crescents and it was still the morning. Then the cashier first didn't confirm that we wanted 4 sets of hash browns although we asked twice. After she charged, she then realized the error and said she'd have them add the missed one anyway. While we were ordering, we saw that another customer's order had just been corrected being that the manager/supervisor/person in charge apologized for the mistake. While waiting for our order, another customer came in to say that his drive thru order was done incorrectly as well and had to wait for them to remake everything. The person calling out what was ready could not be heard or understood. They then made the incorrect beverage for one of ours. Then they made the mocha iced coffee too dark and "corrected" it by pretty much not doing anything. It took a VERY long time to get our order only to find they didn't add the extra hash brown as indicated and instead added an extra breakfast bagel. They added egg on one of the ones that didn't want it and didn't on one that did. They also burnt the small number of hash browns that were actually served. If they were short handed, I would understand some mistakes, but I counted at least 7/8 people and I'm sure there were more. It was such an awful experience all around.

Horrible experience every time. The wait is long and there’s no cars in drive thru. They never have food prepared. I go at least 3 times a week and they are always out of everything is what they say. I have taken my business to Starbucks. I don’t recommend this location rude employees, long wait over 45 min sitting in drive thru and never have avocado toast or always out of something. Come to find out it’s a franchise. Dunkin’ Donuts do better!!

the worst location I've ever been to. the place is horrendous, tables are always dirty, the place is hot for no reason, and it always smells super bad in there. there are flies in every corner and not only that, but they are always messing up my order. EVERY SINGLE TIME, and I'm not joking !!!! they never fail to mess my day up. always taking super long to take my order. dunkin, DO BETTER !!!

Placed a mobile order and showed up to a long line that wasnt moving. I pulled out of the line to park and walk in to pick up. Store manager very RUDELY told me they were closed due to a catering order they needed to take care of first. He refused to issue a refund due to the system not being open and for some reason he couldn't open it? Instead told me come back later for your order or refund. There was NO APOLOGY for the inconvenience of not being able to fulfill my two dozen donuts, two coffees, and breakfast sandwich order. I am now out of $27 due to the awful customer service the manager provided and lack of accurate store hour information on the mobile app and website. Go to Starbucks, they may cost a little more but at least their customer service is way better than what this place can provide.

Never going back to this location. The staff is extremely rude. I had to repeat myself a ridiculous amount of times. It’s just terrible customer service every time I have gone. The store is dirty. Garbage all over the floor, tables are dirty. I went in and there was several employees just shooting the breeze instead of cleaning the floors and tables. It’s disgusting. These people clearly don’t care. If they can’t keep the dining area clean or repulses me to think how the back looks where drinks and the doughnuts are being made. 🤢 I’d give zero stars if I could.

ZERO STARS for the service at this location. I was visiting the Corpus Christi city over five days and my morning started off horrible each day. I've been drinking dunkin' donuts for over 10 years in multiple cities, this HANDS DOWN IS THE WORSE! My first day I was in the lobby waiting for 25 minutes to complete my order. I pretty much had to make the employees aware of the customers waiting. The manager?..wow...I have no words. I witnessed one of employees asking for help to find an item on the POS system, she ignores her and walked off. The expression her face decribed the organization of this location and the management style. Today did it for me. I watched the guy pour the final drop of sweeter in my coffee, didn't even ensure it was three pumps. Nope! The result coffee that tasted like water mixed with coffee with little or no milk. I don't understand if they are aware of how essential this beverage is to start each persons more. It's the difference of a great/bad day for customers or the people they cross path with that day.

My family and I are really disappointed with the drinks we received at this Dunkin location. We really enjoy the coffee but every time we go they give us a completely different order. As if the workers there aren't familiar with their menu. We are just throwing away our money because we get drinks we did't even order no matter how many times we will clarify at drive thru and window. Sometimes we'll let it slide on getting a completely different order but its been so many times, I believe more than 5 times in a row that I go and its a wrong order. I really don't want to sound like a Karen but I used to work at Starbucks and it's not that hard getting the customers what they want! This Dunkin needs better management.

I would give this place a zero star review if that were possible. I should’ve looked at the other reviews before ordering here through GrubHub. My GrubHub driver contacted me when she got to the restaurant to let me know that the inside of the restaurant was completely closed and she sat in the drive-through for 40 minutes only to be told that part of the food that I ordered wasn’t even available. All in all it has been one hour and 45 minutes since I ordered on Grubhub one coffee drink, a hash brown, and egg white bites that they don’t even have. Don’t waste your money here, don’t go here!!

What a horrible experience. Coffee had so much unmixed coffee grounds. Alot of loud laughter and playing when the customers should be taken care of. All that playing and constant removing of their face mask at the window. Id rather pay Starbucks prices for superb service. Do better and hire employees who want to work. I will not be visiting this location EVER AGAIN! The manager is clearly friends with the employees and not they’re superior. What a joke . Rude Manager and Rude Employees = Horrible place to spend your money.

I wish no stars were an option. This dunkin is extremely slow, the line is ALWAYS backed up all the way around the parking lot. They wont let you order inside (for over a year now). The manager of this location really needs to up his game he charges for freaking water. They need to hire more staff to facilitate the amount of customers. They always run out of donuts. Horrible experience every time I go.

Wanted to get a drink 15 mins before they closed and rudely got shutdown saying they are closed because they started cleaning up the machines prior. Not trying to be that guy, but why not change store hours and say you close down sooner than when in reality you’re “open” and make no business because machinery has already been clean and your employees are too lazy to clean again for a buying customer, during regular store hours… I just wanted a drink :/

Omg, I try and try and try. I even do the mobile order, everytime I come it’s horrible. I wait and wait. No urgency on orders. Not friendly. I just went through drive thru and the lady didn’t even say hi. Just horrible. My coffee is gross too.

I make orders online for pick up since i need to go to work at 6 am. The store is supposed to open at 5am, which gives me enough time to get something. On multiple occasions, they have opened late, and i end up running late just to wait to get a refund. I have had to wait an hour on one occasion and left without a refund because i needed to get to work. If you can't guarantee your staff will show up on time, don't open at 5 am. The only reason i go to Dunkin vs. starbucks is because it's cheaper.

Went in for an iced coffee, waited 20 mins. Didn’t mind waiting till everybody who was after me helped. Still didn’t mind. Only issue is lady with braids was rude. The coffee she made me was also trash. All good tossed it and went to 7brew !! Thanks from Mike

It’s a shame this is the only Dunkin in Corpus Christi. If there were another one you bet I would not be coming here at all. Service is terrible. Employees are rude and have a terrible attitude. Being in the lobby, employees talk bad about customers once they leave. We had an employee yell at us through the speaker because she was frustrated and when we went inside to talk to the manager, she yelled at the manager and said she was going home before she “did” something. Sounded more like a threat. Note to the district manager or owner: Hire better staff.

Never have food ready, never have mobile order ready, machines always broken. Every time I come there an issue, and also have repeatedly rude customer service from same employee. Waited in like 20 mins with no warning sign around corner no machine work all they had was hot coffee. Many other issues like this all the time-worst service I've had unfortunately anywhere. Worker was rude for no reason upon arrival we went in for 2 old fashion donuts they gave us the wrong ones so we asked for the right ones we decided to get a refund all together and the worker with an attitude asked her co worker to refund as if we were the problem. And the manager did not care how his workers treat the customers -1/10 experience

Used to be good but is getting worse lately. My coffee orders are wrong every time. They put granulated sugar instead of the syrup sugar in the iced coffees like they are supposed to do (i know this because i used to work at a dunkin) so the coffee isn't sweet and has a bunch of sugar at the bottom. The coffee somtimes taste burnt and the donuts are old. The last time I went they gave me a coffee I didn't even order, I was in a rush so I took off. I don't like giving bad reviews but this is just a waste of money at this point. Please give better training or hire people who are actually willing to do their job.

Just went, and while I love the food the service is just not good. Waited in line just to finally get to the window to be told they can’t take cash because my bill was to big. So if you have anything over a $20 they’ll refuse to take it because “they aren’t allowed”. If that’s the case there should be signs so people don’t waste their time trying to buy soggy sandwiches…..

My first time at this location and it was a train wreck. I ordered the maple bacon sandwich and it tasted weird, cheese was also cold. Way over priced that’s for sure. The cookie butter iced coffee was also weird… attempted to dine in with my daughter for a nice little breakfast, ate in the car because the tables are dirty. When they call your order out they hardly even move their mouths when they speak.. the pick up line was out the door with all these drinks sitting on the counter because no one can hear or get to their over priced orders. Will not be back!

Ordered coffee this morning and the lady dropped it. Not a big deal, accidents happen. So I pull forward and a new one is made and brought out and I notice it’s a large. I tell the lady I ordered an extra large and she looks me in the eye and says “well I didn’t make it”….. and? So I ask to have an extra large or can I get a refund for it since it’s what I paid for. She sighs and walks back inside and not even 30 seconds later walks back out with an extra large. There is no way they made it that fast so I pop the lid and all they did was pour the coffee into a extra large cup.. plus it wasn’t even the right coffee… 15+ min wait times I can handle as I only come here when I have loads of time to burn. Constantly making the wrong orders I can also deal with. But don’t do all 3 then act like I’m being an inconvenience when I ask you to make the right size coffee….

I usually have a decent experience at this location. However, the young lady who worked the service window today couldn’t had been any ruder, and of no assistance with helping me with my rewards. If someone is asking for assistance with the rewards program , then that should imply that this person is a loyal customer. This individual should not be working the service window if they’re incapable of providing good customer service.

This store only had drive-thru due to remodeling so we ordered 6 donuts which we got fairly fast but the problem was they were very cold as if they had been refrigerated and tasted like they were over a day old. We won't be back.

I went 4 Months ago and it was a horrible experience. Tried again. HORRIBLE. I called no one answers. My matcha was disgusting. Donuts were melted and my little hashbrowns were cold. No one has called me back. And I did a mobile order that took 22 min to get. Do not waste your time here.

Food and service was terrible. The tattertotts were soggy and the bagel was hard. The eggs tasted foamy and just weird. I also got a doughnut that tasted like a day-old doughnut from HEB 😩 Completely disappointed

Was excited about getting some donuts. Arrived at 11, we were only able to get 2 donuts because that’s all they had. We were inside, but they had a long line in the drive thru and started saying “that’s it, we’re out, don’t take any more donut orders.” Our donuts 🍩 were okay, nothing special. We also ordered a pineapple 🍋 lemonade refresher, but was given a mango pineapple lemonade. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Dunkin’ please plan better- make more donuts. Considering they had about 12 employees working, the shift could have been smoother. My small hot coffee was good. I asked for heavy cream, the cashier looked confused and said “I think we only have light cream.” Not sure what light cream is, possibly half n half, but was I happy with my coffee.

9 out of 10 times there is always something wrong with my order. Most of the time the coffee is burnt and almost undrinkable. I am originally from New England and Dunkin was everywhere. This has to be the worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Also never mobile order food. 95% of the time it won't be in stock and it will be a pain to get a refund. Got a nice burnt coffee with a side of long hair this morning

So me and my family are new to the area and come from an area that didn't have a Dunkin' so we thought we would see what all the hype was about. As we pull up to the drive-thru the lady on the other end was very short to the point of being rude. After every item I ordered I was met with a very short "okay". At the end of my order I was give my total and that was it, no thank you nor any audible shred of anything anyone would call customer service. After I pulled up to the window and paid for my order I was asked to pull forward as the "hot" items weren't ready yet. When they did come out with it the items were cold. A couple of the specialty donuts were placed upside down in a bag and stuck together.

Service was a joke. I used to run a Dunkin and customer service was always important. Not at this location. They were out of regular cream cheese, pumpkin coffee, and the donuts weren’t even decorated in the Halloween colors. Their excuse was that they were out of stock and they waiting on their truck. The management needs to get their inventory under control. Because based on these reviews it happens a lot. Please get it together. The bagels were over cooked and hard to eat. I won’t come here again. We also asked for them toasted and they didn’t toast them so we had cold bagels.
