Bonsai restaurant is a guarantee of quality. In addition to traditional Chinese cuisine, you can enjoy excellent pizzas and expertly prepared Italian dishes. Today I chose a double portion of linguine with fresh lobster. The dish was on par with the best seafood restaurants. The linguine, cooked to perfection, had just the right amount of creaminess from the sauce, the cooking water, and the lobster meat (fabulous). The fish is fresh, so it's best to reserve, especially if you're dining on weekdays. Alternatively, starting Thursday, you can get fresh fish even without a reservation.

I was attracted by the Italian food, but I found out that it was opened by a Chinese owner. I was very surprised. It is rare for a Chinese to run a local restaurant and get a good reputation! After trying it, I found that it is well-deserved! The ingredients are very fresh, especially the shrimp! !

Authentic Italian- delicious food and great prices. Stumbled on the restaurant by chance and it was a fantastic find. There are a few local employees that frequent the restaurant so if it is trusted by the locals, then it has to be good.

Although the restaurant from outside looks not so cozy, but it was the best restaurant in whole Italy I’ve tried. We had ordered 7 meals and drinks for 4 persons and spent only 76€ Food 11/10 Service 11/10 Price vs quality 11/10 Pizza 12/10

Si mangia molto bene qui, ha un menu che varia dal cibo italiano (compreso di pizze) a quello cinese. Ideale per la pausa pranzo ma anche per la cena, sia in settimana che il sabato sera. Personale molto cordiale e simpatico. Dispone anche di un’area esterna.

Bar pizzeria ristorante italiano e cinese con annesso il tabaccaio. Ottima velocità nel servizio e prezzi contenuti. Accettati tutti i tipi di ticket. Indicato per il pranzo a mezzogiorno se si ha anche fretta. Personale cordiale.

Ottimo cibo, buone pure le quantità ed i prezzi. Durante la pausa con dei colleghi orientali abbiamo provato un paio di volte del cibo cinese, ottimo! Idem per la pizza.

The welcome was warm, and the food and pizzas were good. My only criticism is the presentation, which doesn't do justice to the food. It's a shame because it's really delicious.

Recommended by a friend, I tried the pizzeria first. It was definitely not bad, reasonably priced, and well-executed. Once I got used to it, I tried the fish dishes and was really satisfied. The fresh lobster was excellent in quality and size. The surprise was the bill. I spent little and the food was excellent. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. The restrooms were clean, but the mezzanine level had stairs. Not accessible for the disabled. The place is clean, but not always tidy. Also excellent for aperitifs. The bar is well-stocked.

ENGLISH BELOW Buon cibo, alcuni lavoratori amichevoli, bella atmosfera, ma è stata disprezzata da uno dei lavoratori cinesi, che ha continuato a servirmi per ultimo su un tavolo dove io e i miei colleghi ci siamo seduti a mangiare, anche se ero il più vicino a lei. All'inizio ha persino dovuto chiedere se volevo mangiare anche io nonostante ci vedesse tutti seduti. Avrei pensato diversamente se a tutti fosse stata fatta la stessa domanda. Suppongo che sia uno dei vantaggi di essere neri in un ristorante cinese a Milano. È stata la mia prima esperienza con loro, ma è arrivata con una sottile esperienza di razzismo che non dimenticherò presto. ENGLISH Good food, some friendly workers. Had a great meal, but was looked with contempt by one of the Chinese workers, who kept serving every other person before me on a table where my colleagues and I sat to eat, despite that I was the closest to her. She even had to ask at first if I also wanted to eat. I suppose that's one of the pecks of being black in a Chinese restaurant. Was my first experience with them, but it came with a subtle experience of racism.

Comfortable atmosphere, good table service, and delicious Italian cuisine!!! Excellent Chinese-Milanese risotto!!! I recommend this place for lunches and dinners with friends, a pleasant evening with good food at reasonable prices.

Posto da evitare: probabilmente la recensione verrà segnalata e rimossa, verrà reinserita. Servizio scadente, tempo di servizio inaccettabile, qualità dei piatti sufficiente. Di seguito l'esperienza nella pausa pranzo: tre persone, menù cinese standard, dopo 20 minuti arriva il piatto ad un commensale, dopo 40 minuti arriva il piatto al secondo, dopo 60 minuti (richiesta verifica dell'ordine a 45 minuti) il terzo piatto non è arrivato ed il rimanente commensale è dovuto andare a prendere da mangiare da un'altra parte vicino.

Unfortunately, it was a very negative experience. While eating my pizza, I found a hair on my plate (as you can see in the photo). When I pointed this out to the owner, instead of apologizing or handling the situation professionally, he responded rudely and impolitely. An incident like this can happen, but how it's handled makes all the difference. Unfortunately, this leaves us feeling neither respected nor protected as customers.

Hi everyone, I don't recommend eating at this restaurant because today I got a takeaway pizza and as you can see in the photo it doesn't look good without tomato and it's not even fresh, they simply reheated it and sold it to me like that.
