Una deliziosa scoperta fatta quasi per caso: scesi dal treno dopo le 9 di sera, abbiamo deciso di fermarci a cenare in questo pub e ne siamo rimasti davvero entusiasti. Il servizio è stato superlativo, cordiale e attento, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio nonostante l’orario. Il locale è tipico, curato e ben tenuto, con un’atmosfera accogliente che richiama perfettamente lo stile da pub. Ottimo anche il rapporto qualità-prezzo, con costi assolutamente corretti per ciò che viene offerto. L’hamburger era decisamente buonissimo, saporito e ben preparato, mentre le patatine sono state una vera sorpresa: croccanti fuori, morbide dentro e con un fritto asciutto, tra le migliori mangiate da tempo. Un posto che consigliamo senza esitazioni, perfetto sia per una cena informale sia per una sosta improvvisata dopo un viaggio. Torneremo sicuramente! 🍔🍟
Ottimo pub, arredato in perfetto stile scozzese, con un vasto menù sia di panini e stuzzichini, sia di pizza e primi, con ottime birre. Non offre servizio al tavolo per le bevande, infatti si ordina autonomamente al tavolo con QR code, su fogli con carta e penna, si va in cassa, si paga e si ritirano le bevande che si portano da soliti al proprio tavolo. Il cibo invece viene portato al tavolo. Ottima soluzione per mangiate al volo prima di prendere un treno dalla vicinissima stazione di Porta Susa. Prezzi super onesti, patatine e panini buonissimi.
Pub in stile scozzese in zona Cit Turin da ormai un quarto di secolo. Gigantesca scelta di piatti, dalle pizze (niente male) alle meat pie (preparate a dovere), anche se suggerisco di provare una delle loro specialità, lo stinco di maiale alla birra rossa e miele con contorno di crauti: è davvero ottimo. Buona selezione di birre alla spina con ogni tanto qualche sorpresa originale e inusuale. Interno in legno caratteristico e confortevole, grande dehors con tettoia su via Duchessa Jolanda, personale e proprietari affabili e disponibili, prezzi nella media. Perfetto per un aperitivo dopo il lavoro o una cena tra amici. Consigliata la prenotazione durante il fine settimana nonostante le notevoli dimensioni del locale.
Pub scoperto dopo anni di pendolarità davanti a porta susa, scoperta rivelatasi molto piacevole. Fin dai primi passi all’interno del locale siamo stati avvolti da un’atmosfera calorosa e conviviale incorniciata dal benvenuto del personale. Il ricco menù è stato quello che ci ha fatto scegliere questo posto per una cena tra amici dal momento che ci trovavamo in disaccordo su cosa mangiare. Le esigenze di tutti i commensali sono state così rispettate e in modo eccellente. A differenza di altri posti con un menù “tuttofare”, qui ogni pietanza si è rivelata essere molto appetibile e ben fatta. In particolare abbiamo assaggiato una farinata, una porzione di onion rings, una pizza alla salsiccia, un piatto di pasta alla boscaiola, uno stinco di maiale e l’immancabile focaccia alla nutella.
Locale davvero carino e invitante. Ho mangiato in questo pub varie volte e mi sono sempre trovato bene. I piatti sono davvero ottimi, le porzioni sono abbondanti e il prezzo è nella media. Il personale è cordiale e veloce. È presente un'ampia gamma di birre su cui poter scegliere. Consigliato.
Locale molto caratteristico, in perfetto stile Scottish. Personale gentile, disponibile e molto professionale. Ci si sente immediatamente a proprio agio. Vastissimo assortimento di birre e di alcolici. Il servizio ai tavoli è disponibile solo se si ordina anche del cibo. Ottima la cucina.

Cibo ottimo, ampia scelta di hamburger e birre. Locale molto carino, servizio ottimo ma bisogna ordinare tutto al bancone e andarsi a prendere le birre (il cibo, invece, viene poi portato dal personale, ma va comunque ordinato al bancone). Consigliato.
Guinness spillata alla perfezione. Una delle pinte di Guinness meglio spillate in città ma non solo. A dir poco perfetta. Patatine che non ti aspetti, fatte da loro, con la buccia, croccantissime fuori e morbide dentro, davvero piacevoli. Il pub è tenuto benissimo e il servizio molto presente e gentile.
Abbiamo cenato in loco con amici. L'atmosfera che si respira è quella del classico pub, quindi luci un po' soffuse, birra etc. Il menù prevede la possibilità di ordinare qualsiasi cosa, dai primi, alla pizza, agli hamburger. Ho personalmente gradito l'opzione dei burger senza carne. Il mio non mi ha fatto particolarmente impazzire, ma l'ho preso molto volentieri non appena ho visto che era un'opzione disponibile tra quelle del menù. Interessante (e personalmente apprezzabile) la scelta di NON friggere le patatine, che vengono servite invece al forno. Nota a margine: al tavolo verrà portato un foglietto sul quale i commensali devono scrivere il proprio ordine che dovrà essere portato in cassa, e contestualmente si dovrà pagare il conto. In altre parole NON passeranno i camerieri per chiedere se siete pronti ad ordinare
Pizze ben fatte con abbondante farcitura, panini ottimi e abbondanti, Patatine croccanti e non unte, imbarazzo della scelta sulle birre, dolci buonissimi cosa aggiungere da tornare per provare primi e secondi.
Selezione di birre molto interessante,personale gentile e paziente, cibo molto buono e locale bello e ben curato. Io personalmente ho preso la pizza ed era squisita,unica pecca per i miei gusti, un po' troppa acqua nella pizza, probabilmente dovuta alla tipologia di mozzarella utilizzata. Per il resto era buonissima! Ci tornerò sicuramente.
Ambiente curato e di atmosfera. Servizio veloce e gentile, non ho dato il massimo solo perché bisogna andare ad ordinare in cassa, non vengono al tavolo. Si può chiacchierare con calma senza essere disturbati dagli altri, livello di rumore decente. Ho preso una farinata con salamino piccante e l'ho trovata molto buona, con pure le patatine fritte e la birra non filtrata. Ci tornerei volentieri.

Great pub. Popular and good atmosphere. Superb range of beers (including some cracking Belgian ones) and, considering its location next to Porta Susa, great value. Well worth a visit and I will return!
The first time i went there was on my bday, and a lot of people that don't speak Italian went, the staff were great. The price was good, and the drinks were great, everyone love it. Since then i went back some times, and is always good. Have a good time and drinks. Didn't eat much but when i did the food was good also! Planing on coming back for sure.
Me and my partner ate here tonight on the last night of our holiday, and it was honestly the best pizza AND pasta we have had all week! We are both from Scotland and we loved all the Scottish memorabilia around the pub! All of the staff were extremely helpful and kind (even though we knew no Italian) which we appreciated a lot. Also, even though it was a busy Friday night the service was fast and the food came in good time, again being the best food we had eaten all week! We can’t wait to come back one day - grazie mille, dalla Scozia!
Excellent grilled veal and chicken chop for dinner. The buttered spinach was a good side to go with the chicken. Though the medium rare veal could be less cooked, it was very tasty anyways.
A bit worried with the plastic table and chairs outside, but a really local place, with great pizza and Aperol, also salads and sweets. You order like a proper English man: at the bar, taking your drink and waiting for your food to be served! Really polite personel, great location next to the central bus station!
Really appreciated the fact they got a smoking lounge. Beer selection is good and personnell is kind and present. Location is wide, comfy and adequately clean. Definitely gonna come back.

It's located near Porta Susa Station. Very nice 'pubish' atmosphere with good and humble staff. The food was really delicious and with a reasonable price. You can also choose where suits you best, nonsmoking or smoking space. Also nice to sit outside.

Per una serata in compagnia può meritare la scelta. Buona varietà di birre alla spina e carta piena di panini, crepes o piatti per accompagnarle. Un po’ farraginoso a mio parere il sistema di ordinazione con la necessità di compilare in autonomia un foglio da consegnare in cassa. Prezzi nella media e possibilità di vedere le partite di campionato. Penso ale cortese e disponibile

Non credevo ma entrare in questo pub mi ha letteralmente catapultato nella patria dei pub inglesi/irlandesi! Locale molto ben curato con tanti dettagli tipici. Ottima la scelta di birre sia alla spina che in bottiglia. Si mangia anche piuttosto bene con scelta sia di panini che pizze. E consigliata la prenotazione nei weekend. Partite di calcio di ogni genere.
In breve: un posto davvero accogliente, in un ottima posizione (letteralmente a 2 passi dalla stazione di Torino Porta Susa), e con buoni rapporti qualità-prezzo. Nonostante il sabato sera, si tratta di un pub che non fa sentire eccessivamente l'affollamento di tante persone, quanto ti attira il suo stile Irish. Birra (Leffe Rouge) molto buona e con prezzo nella norma. Stesso discorso per il cibo: ho preso un hamburger con speck, qualità discreta e prezzo ottimo. Il personale inoltre è molto disponibile e simpatico! Lo consiglio assolutamente per una cena in uno dei punti più comodi di Torino, ma soprattutto in uno di quei locali con il suo stile e atmosfera.
Pub in una ottima e comoda posizione. Un ambiente in perfetto stile scozzese, davvero bello pulito e ordinato. Arredato in modo caratteristico e con possibilità di mangiare sia dentro che fuori. È sempre molto frequentato ma questo non compromette la velocità del servizio. Personale giovane dinamico e super cordiale. il metodo di ordinazione è carino, si porta direttamente in cassa un foglietto con le pietanze disperate e la scelta nel menu è davvero molto molto ampia. Pizze calzoni hamburger contorni vari sfizi anche panini panozzi e crepes. Tantissimi cocktail e bevande e anche qualche dolce. I prezzi sono davvero buoni e proporzionati alla qualità e quantità. Il cibo è molto buono e le pizze hanno davvero una bella faccia come anche gli hamburger e le patate sono ottime , anziché essere fritte sono al forno. Gli ingredienti sono di discreta qualità e sono combinati in modo molto originale. Tutto digeribile e discretamente leggero. Unica piccola pecca è che sarebbe bello che anche il pane dell'hamburger fosse fatto dal Pub. Per il resto giudizio positivo.
Decisamente uno dei migliori pub tradizionali a Torino, con una scelta ampia di birre italiane e straniere, nonché vini e cocktail eccellenti. I prodotti sono chiaramente ben scelti ed eccellentemente cucinati, e il servizio è celere, caloroso, cortese, con un chiaro entusiasmo dello staff, i quali tra l'altro ringrazio per la loro flessibilità. L'ambiance è generalmente molto buona specialmente il dehor, ma manca di consistenza per il divieto arbitrario di fumare certe cose tipo sigari e pipe, specialmente perché si potrebbe usare della flessibilità dipendentemente da dove fuori sono seduti i clienti, ma anche perché in un modo piuttosto inconsistente permettono i vape, i cui sapori e profumi aggiuntivi sono assolutamente un contrasto olfattico a quello che si aspetta quando si degustano birra così buone. Suggerisco di eliminare divieti a tabula rasa e assumere un approccio più flessibile.
Often go there for drinks, it is quite crowded even on weekdays, which gives it a very cozy and welcoming atmosphere, however it is hard to find a table during the weekends, and you have to wait for quite a bit.

Here on a busy Eurovision night but still got served pretty quick. Good selection of beers but 500ml rather than full pints. Food looked nice but didn't eat so can't comment.
Beside the fact that you have to order and to pay at the bar, everything else is enjoyable. They have a good variety of beer and drinks and also fast foods as several type of burgers, pankakes or other home made cakes. The serving is prompt and the location and atmosphere very nice. As a conclusion I would recommend it!

Piacevole location, ampia e con bei tavoli anche con spazio tra l'uno e l'altro. Ci sono anche i tv ed è apprezzabile. Buonissima la birra alla spina. Prezzi in linea con altri pub. Dispiace il servizio inesistente perché devi andare a prenderti da bere da solo al bancone. Non lo trovo gradevole
Vegetarian dish is an absolute embarrassment. It was just the laziest attempt possible at something vegetarian. This is certainly one of the worst restaurant meals I have ever had. Any of the regular burger options should be available with a plant-based patty as an option (not a frozen spinach patty). Side dish of onion rings was five small rings. The ordering system is also just lazy, telling the customer to write out their own order and take it up to the counter. Is table service really so much of an imposition for the management and staff?? The online menu has no English option—most unusual for a “Scottish Pub”. More laziness. The waiter seemed confused when we asked if an English menu is available. Thankfully his coworker knew where to find one. On the plus side, my husband liked his burger.
The food is average, the service to the table is kind and efficient but when you go grab your drinks at the bar, that's where you'll be disappointed. As I couldn't carry all the drinks for my table at one, I had to stand in the cue at the bar twice. So silly.
We have been in this place with my friends,atmosphere was nice,food was good,we take our own order and paid it and bring our drinks on our table,but it is not nicely way when customers were still eating,and the waiters continue to ask if they can take the plate out. Maybe they want us to go and leave the place soon ,because with that attitude they put stress in every people who want to stay still .
The hospitality was good, until we were seated at the table. Then the order had to be made at the counter and paid for before it was consumed. In addition, the bartender made me 1 cocktail more (from 2 to 3, since we were 2 adults) Waitresses don't come to the table anymore. They told us that with the cocktail we are accompanied by some light food and they didn't bring it at all, when we asked them to bring us something small and we were told: it is past the hour that we bring accompaniment for the cocktail. That bad thing was not eaten. Never I don't visit that place and I don't suggest it to anyone. It was the first and the last time👎🏼
