Garrett is one of the best baristas that have Starbucks They still don't have the barbie drink, and I showed him part of the recipe and he told me I tried it and the drink was delicious

Very crowded. Staff was very friendly. They didnt have the tea I wanted. The barista offered diff types of blk tea (which I cant hav) when I told her that, she offered everything she could think of, we found a flavor and it was delish. She was super nice & real cool.

The staff is generally very friendly and responsive. Starbucks coffee drinks are mostly good, but the price to value relationship isn't quite what I expect. The breakfast food items are quite good when you're on the run. The lunch items are generally unacceptable to me.

This Starbucks is located in a shopping mall. There is a quaint amount of sitting outside as well as plenty of sitting room inside as well. The stuff is very kind and knowledgeable about Starbucks. They even have a program at this specific one where are all the extra food at the end of the day goes out to the community members!

Good starbucks. Clean. Not too busy on our visit. Cool layout. Comfortable couches near by. Only has pike brewed. No dark. No blonde. Offered to make it if we waited. We just took the pike.

Please tell your staff to properly fill a drink up that a customer PAID for and that ice can’t just be a filler ingredient because you guys didn’t make enough of the drink. (Update: how is DoorDash responsible for not filling my drink up. Feels like my review was just skipped through and the response was handed over to someone who couldn’t have been responsible for it!) This isn’t my first time having problems with this location. So I am writing a final review due to the lack of accountability anyone wants to take!

Very poor customer service. I’ve never had an issue at this location before. The gentleman that took my order rushed to put my order in the system. I repeated my order twice and he still got it wrong therefore cause the barista to get my order wrong. After I informed her she remade it promptly. However the guy that originally took my order had a bad attitude about it instead of apologizing. There was no reason for him to have rushed in the first place because they were not busy. There’s no excuse for it.

Waited 15 mins, only to get the wrong order. Wrong order down to the size. Then all they say is “oh” and ask me to re-order. Whoever runs this place needs to quit.

Badmouthed me amongst all workers after I asked them to remake a drink that was nearly 100% filled with ice when I asked for light ice and gave a $1 dollar tip. As a former Starbucks worker for years, this is unacceptable behavior for Starbucks Baristas and not representative of a "second home". I will not be coming to this location again, and suggest management relook the culture within this store. Outside of the hostile attitude, atmosphere is nice, but seating is limited.

I never caught her name, not that it matters. Every barista there is horrible. They obviously hate their jobs, hate their customers, and probably hate their lives. If you want coffee, go to Philz or Peet's. If you specifically want Starbucks, just go to the one inside of Safeway. They are much better. I don't like writing negative reviews, which is why I've given chance after chance for this issue to change. It's hasn't and I truly believe it won't until they clean house.

Ordered 2 Americanos with room for milk. There are no condiments so I ask for half&half. Get a teaspoon of h&h in a paper cup. Ask for some more for the second Americano. Response: "I will have to charge you for that". Are you kidding me?? No more Starbucks! Ever!

Town Center Starbucks has really gone downhill. I’ve notice several of the staff never say thank you, they are super slow, and don’t seem to care much about customer service any longer! What a shame. Well, there’s always Pete’s and Philz now!

The issue here is the baristas hygiene, it is seriously and severely alarming , I have seen them do just all sort gross things like finger their noses right there as I watch. I don’t care that they can be rude in the evening or that they explicitly make the wrong drink in the morning. I get it ! It’s a tough job and am guessing they deal with all sorts unpleasant characters but poor hygiene is where I draw the line. Pay attention here and make sure they don’t feed you any germs , good luck !
