This restaurant is located in Coslada next to La Oliva stadium. It's a spacious place with a terrace in the summer. For starters, we ordered the steak tartare "Flama" (they should mention on the menu that it's a bit spicy) and the ribeye croquettes. For our main course, we had the burger of the month, in this case, "La + Txuleta," made with aged beef containing 30% ribeye, smoked cheese, and pickle relish. The burger was undoubtedly a real treat; I ordered it medium-rare, and it was perfect for me. For dessert, we tried the cheesecake (I didn't particularly like the blue cheese flavor) and the strawberry white cake, which I thought was a better choice. The only downside is that the restaurant doesn't accept cards or restaurant vouchers like Pluxee. In short, a 10/10 restaurant. The food is exceptional, and the staff was very friendly throughout. For all these reasons, this restaurant is in my top (and many other Madrid residents') list of burger places in Madrid. We'll definitely be back. P.S.: Remember to book in advance as it's very popular.

Without a doubt, one of the best burger joints in Madrid. I've been quite a few times, but I'd never gotten around to writing a review for this particular place. For starters, we ordered the "Bacon Cheese Fries," which are honestly some of my favorites. The ingredients combine perfectly, and you can tell they're high quality. Plus, the fries always have some cheese, sauce, or bacon on top, unlike most restaurants. As for the burgers, we ordered the "Super Smoke" and the "Nevada," which was the burger of the month. The "Super Smoke" is relatively simple, but with a perfect combination of ingredients. We loved the touch the pickles added, along with the smoked mayo, and especially the smoky flavor of the burger, which wasn't overpowering. The "Nevada," on the other hand, reminded us of an Emmy, slightly spicy and a little sweet from the bacon jam, with a truly addictive sauce. The fried onions also added a crunchy touch for a nice textural contrast. To finish, we ordered the Lindt Cake; simply spectacular. It's a bit denser and richer than other chocolate cakes, but unlike most, it's not cloying or overly sweet. Very well-balanced and delicious. It was an outstanding experience as always. The burger buns and meat are unbeatable, as is the combination of ingredients, and of course, the service from the staff. Highly recommended!

We've been several times for dinner, and I have to admit that this was undoubtedly the best time. The quality of the meat and the burger buns has definitely improved. For starters, we ordered the tacos, and if I had to rate them, they'd be a 20/10 (the recommendation was a big plus). I want to highlight the excellent service from Melisa before, during, and after our meal. It's wonderful to have someone like her who serves and advises you so sincerely and with such a friendly approach. The burgers were delicious and cooked to perfection. The white chocolate cheesecake was the perfect ending to our meal. We'll definitely be back.

Todo muy bien. Local muy agradable, buen servicio y la hamburguesa muy buena. Volveré a probar burrito, tacos, costillas.

Si te gusta la comida con mucho sabor este es tu sitio. El lomo alto, las hamburguesas, los nachos, la tarta de queso es tan buenísimas. Para mí eso es de diez. El trato sin embargo no está al nivel de una excelente comida. Es normal tirando a borde. Una lástima porque de verdad la comida era excelente.

Todo espectacular, las hamburguesas muy bien hechas, equilibradas, bien presentadas. La única pega es que las patatas estaban un poco frías y que pedimos varias cosas que, desgraciadamente, no les quedaban (reservamos a las 14:30 de la tarde, para comer no para cenar ni siquiera…), de ahí las 4 estrellas, ya que considero que un restaurante debe tener en cuenta que quedan 2-3 servicios antes de cierre por vacaciones y calcular eso, no quedarse sin varias cosas de la carta a las primeras de cambio. Eso sí, volveremos porque es cierto que las hamburguesas estaban buenísimas. Es cierto que quizás un poco caro en relación calidad-precio.

Menú a buen precio, 14'90€. El servicio muy bien, atento y rápido. La comida no está mal pero me esperaba más la verdad, la hamburguesa de pollo al menos no me gustó demasiado pero un menú a ese precio está más que aceptable, sales comido de sobra. Se aparca sin problema en la zona.

Hamburguesas originales y buena calidad de la carne, se pueden pedir con patatas, solas o con batata. El ambiente del local es muy agradable y las camareras son muy amables. Si hay que ponerle un pero es que en cocina fueron un poco lentos.

We were eager to try them, and the burgers didn't disappoint—good meat and original combinations, although I still haven't gotten used to burgers without lettuce, to be honest. You can order them with or without fries, and it's almost better to order them without fries because they're quite mass-produced; I thought the sweet potato fries were much better. The soft drinks are large and served with plenty of ice. I'm giving it a lower rating because the waitresses seemed very apathetic, the chairs were uncomfortable, and while the place is large and spacious, it lacks personality.

I can't give a positive review of Bdp Coslada. The burger was acceptable; the meat was cooked just right, but the bacon was cold and too dry. I ordered sweet potato instead of fries, and they were served cold. Several appetizers on the menu were unavailable. The cheesecake for dessert had a slightly salty taste. Given the wide variety of burger places available, I wouldn't consider it a top choice.

Good burgers but always have to wait to pick up the food. If they tell you to be there at 22h make sure you count with 10-15min waiting Update: I did not receive any ketchup, mayo or napkins y my to-go bag… not good

Service was great, all stuff was very friendly. The food itself wasn't as expected, to be honest I had really high hopes, but once again it didnt meet the expectations. The burger itself was a bit to strong on the flavour, perhaps not well aged method. I order mine blue and I had to asked for a new one as it was cooked, second time was the same. The combination of flavours was okay but a bit to much on the sauce that does not let you enjoy the actually flavour of the patty. Will definitely give a go just for the sake of it but will not come back. In addition to this, they charge you for tap water, pardon me, they charge you for "filtered" water, excuse me but I find that appalling.
