Fantastic Food and Amazing Service! We came as a group of ten and everyone absolutely loved their food. I had the sea bass special — it was cooked perfectly, full of flavour, and beautifully presented. The staff were outstanding, especially Mohsin and Cardless, who couldn’t do enough for us. They were so friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Delicious food, a lovely atmosphere, and genuinely brilliant service — highly recommend and can’t wait to come back!

Lovely evening meal at Cala tonight! Food, service and entertainment all excellent! Had chicken skewers which were superb accompanied by the saxophone player which was so lovely. Amazing service by the manager Maxim and also our Server Mohsin, both brilliant people who made our night. Would definitely recommend this place if eating in or around Costa Adeje!

I had an amazing evening at Cala! We visited during dinner time, and the atmosphere was just perfect – cozy and elegant. There was a live saxophonist playing beautiful music, which made the evening even more special. The food was absolutely delicious – we ordered meat dishes and everything was cooked to perfection. The cocktails were also fantastic, beautifully presented and full of flavor. A special thank you to our waiter Vlad – he was incredibly polite, attentive, and professional. His service truly made our evening even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Cala for anyone looking for a lovely dining experience with great food, drinks, and ambiance. I will definitely be coming back!

Had a great meal here. My daughter and I had the duck, my other daughter had the Salmon and my partner had the steak. Drinks were also fantastic but it does get super busy after 7pm so book in advance.

We were lucky enough to have the first ever breakfast in Cala and what an absolute treat it was. We had the poached eggs, the pancakes and the club sandwich and every single meal was perfection. All portions were a great size for breakfast/lunch and at amazing prices. Service was brilliant too. Staff are all very kind and attentive. We will absolutely be back and would recommend this treat of a place.

Stunning views from the restaurant. My partner and I have been coming to tenerife for the last 4+ years and for some reason have never come to this restaurant. I have no idea why, prawn starter was delicious and the steak main was simply cooked to perfection. Next time we're here deffo coming again!!! Edmond was a gem, waiting was fast and efficient. Fuimos a cenar al atardecer, espectacular! Comimos costillas barbacoa, fajitas de ternera y coulant de chocolate. Tomamos Aperol y Ricard. El restaurante es amplio, con vistas al mar y los camareros majos. Mucho calor a mediodía aunque nos pusieron en un sitio de sombra. La comida en general buena, pero ibamos con 3 niños y no nos supieron recomendar cantidades ajustadas, por lo que al final nos sobró comida.

Lovely setting, attentive staff, ok food (pricey for the area, I had duck ‘flambe’d’ in tequila for 29 euros, and it was tough, and if it was Flambe’d it was behind the scenes, and you wouldn’t have known from the taste! A table spoon of veg and some fries. My daughter had the Nachos (starter as a main) - loads of Nachos and not a lot of cheese and a few Jalapeños. Saying that, for 30 minutes we were entertained by Allesadro (I think was his name, and apologies for possible misspelling - but he was great, and I think maybe a tester night for him - would come back if he was a regular!) - bit of a ‘stop and start’ entertainment set up (sax and hidden singer?) before and after him that struggled to read the room. Not a huge moan, it’s nice, but for the prices the food served could be taken better care of.

The fish and beef were good, the side dishes were the same. The pork from the Grill was very dry and tasteless. The waiters were ok, but the food came 1 hour after I ordered. For less money I ate much better în another place. It was good but I wouldn't go back. The music was "the best guitarist in Europe", he played his voice and it wasn't ok at all... At such a place they could have found something more professional.

We visited on a tricky evening when it rained! If only for a few minutes which caused chaos! I guess that’s understandable but the service team structure needs work. There appears to be no one who oversees and controls the dinning areas. That said the food is very good. Clearly the kitchen do know how to deliver! We did feel sorry for the team who were inundated with requests for late meals. We would certainly return, great atmosphere, until it rained🤣

The food was nice, but the service and booking process were disappointing. I made a reservation through WhatsApp a week in advance specifically requesting a sea view table for a birthday celebration. When we arrived, they claimed they couldn’t find our booking and told us we should have booked through the website instead. Honestly, we should be able to book through any platform the restaurant offers. To make things worse, they initially tried to seat us near a loudspeaker. I had to insist I wouldn’t sit there if we couldn’t get a sea view as requested. Eventually, they managed to seat us in a better spot, but the whole situation was frustrating and took away from the celebration mood. A bit more organization and better communication would really improve the overall experience.

Returned after dining here last year as remembered it was nice.. it was nice last year but this year was a total disaster! Firstly the staff were very good I may add. The table we were given was right next to the speakers and so loud we couldn’t hear each other speak so gave up trying. We ordered and the food was brought out very quickly, my husband ordered med rare fillet but it was med well done, but he’s not one to complain so carried on eating it. My prawns were frozen on the tail end where she’ll still in tact and so over dry on the fleshy part that I didn’t want to eat them after taking one bite, I politely returned my plate and reordered the seabass The plate came out when my husband had nearly finished his meal, the fillets were laid on a bed of cooked (but obviously frozen not fresh) vegetables. The fish was supposed to be grilled but was definitely pan fried and swimming (excuse pun!) in oil. I picked at the fish and could feel the grease on my lips 🤢 the veg was left as too, was swimming in grease as the fillets were laid on top when served. The pot of garlic potatoe wedges were also so greased I tried only a couple on the top. Then the saxophonist started to play along to the already loud music asking everyone to “c’mon clap along!” As people were trying to eat! A very loud and unpleasant experience that would have been great if we were in a bar just having drinks. The staff went above and beyond to please us, discounting our bill and offering free drinks or desserts or both (we declined, just wanted to leave) we were also given a 20% discount for our return to have another meal. We accepted graciously but even though we are here another week, we shall not be returning as i still have the nasty oily taste in my mouth as I write this thinking about how bad my meal was, so no thank you. The setting of this restaurant is what’s their usp but the food and ambience needs a lot of work.

Good looking beach restaurant with beautiful views. Great and responsive staff, but what the hell happened with the food? Grilled king prawns came way over cooked with absolutely no tissue or water bowl for cleaning after peeling the fish. The salad was mainly onion with a few peas and the chips from frozen, I would expect at least home made chips. The grilled octupus was ok but the salad and potatoes were the same as the king prawns. On the other hand the Sangria Cava was ok and the Japanise Ice Tea cocktail was good. Views and atmosphere compensate somehow. Overpriced, I looked at the reviews before coming and I was wrong. El servicio escapa por el segundo camarero que al final estuvo en nuestra mesa, la comida deja mucho que desear de calidad baja y precio exagerado para lo que pides. No volveré y seguro que seguirá lleno por estar en una zona turística y al lado de la playa.

Le doy una estrella porque no se puede dar menos. Si eres español, no se te ocurra ni oler el restaurante. De primeras cuando llegas te hablan en inglés dando por hecho que por estar en la zona del sur tienes que ser guiri. El servicio más lento imposible, y la comida ni que decir que intentan seguir la línea de una gastronomía española sin ni siquiera ellos serlo ni tener ni idea. Lo peor de todo son los precios que son más que desorbitados para la pésima calidad de producto que dan. Que pidas unos calamares a la andaluza y literal me sirvan unos calamares sacados de una bolsa de congelado y te cobren 12€ por eso es una verdadera vergüenza. Quizás al guiri le engañáis con esto, pero al español no. Qué pena ver un lugar tan bonito como es esta isla y que se la estén cargando por querer tener solo contento al turismo de fuera.

El sitio precioso y buenas vistas , la comida deja mucho que desear la carne muy seca , verduras congeladas y sin sabor . La verdad no te go palabras para lo mal que comimos. No vimos las reseñas y ese fue nuestro error. Claramente pagas solo por el sitio.

La comida es una completa decepción. ¡Vayan a McDonald's, estará más rica! Pedí pulpo, y seguro que lo calentaron en el microondas con ajo. ¡Qué asco! ¡A mi novia le frieron las costillas varias veces! La camarera rubia, cuando me acerqué y pregunté cuándo estarían nuestras bebidas, me miró como si hubiera ido a su casa. ¡Qué persona tan desagradable! Saxofón es un hombre agradable y tiene una apariencia agradable. Nunca recomendaría este restaurante a nadie. Los cocineros no saben cocinar y el dueño es completamente indiferente a lo que sucede en el restaurante. Y, cuidado con el suelo, también hay cucarachas. Pero los precios son desorbitados. Un lugar asqueroso.

Llegamos y tardaron 40 minutos en tomarnos la comanda estándolos llamando muchísimas veces. Cuando porfin vinieron casi ningún camarero hablaba español en un restaurante en España. Pedimos una parrillada variada para dos personas y no da ni para un niño. Nos gastamos 50€ bebiendo agua y sin quedarnos satisfechas.

Resumen: Si eres español no es apto para nosotros. Todo está enfocado en el turismo inglés. Comida pésima y cara, en nuestro caso un filete de pollo a la plancha 17€, y los calamares “ a la andaluza” eran de bolsa congelados. Y por último el manager o encargardo un mal educado que no quiere escuchar críticas de gente española. Ojalá la zona sur de Tenerife cuide un poquito más al turismo español.
