First time ever at a burger lounge location. Update: (1/18/24) went back for the happy and did not disappoint. Grilled chicken sandwich with bacon on point. Took advantage of the 3 to 5 PM happy hour for chicken sandwiches. I ordered the basic grilled chicken sandwich and a mix of fries and onion rings with a soda. Cost me about $12. Only complaint is the chicken breast was a little dry and the seasoning was bland but overall a decent chicken burger.

Great burger spot. They had good customer service. Was helped by Allan and he was very kind and I received my money order in timely manner. Allan let me know it was still happy hour at time of purchase which saved me half off of sides.

This place is off the charts good! It felt like someone came in from the backyard and said; "Here's your burger"! The char taste was so delicious! And the onion rings were perfect! Crunchy! Delicious! One of the employees, Dillon, was SO nice! Great guy! What an asset to an already amazing restaurant! I will definitely be back! Again, and again, and again!

Burger Lounge is known for their burgers and they are indeed delicious. We had one meet burger and one plant-based burger. The plant based burgers come with free French fries - very eco- friendly idea. The caramelized onions made both burgers even better. There is good outdoor and inside seating. Edwin our server was cordial and delivered our food fast. The French fries weren’t greasy and were crunchy and good. They are a big portion and heated up well when I took half of them home. All of the food was fresh and delicious. The milkshakes are available in every flavor and are vegan too. Enjoy your meal🍔

Delicious burgers, and I was able to order a patrol version of the grilled chicken with a side salad. Onion rings and fries combo (half of each) were okay. Fries were cold, but onion rings perfectly crunchy. Nice indoor space - plenty of seating, and easy to have a conversation. Not sure what the noise level is with more people, but we enjoyed our time. There is also a patio area if you prefer to sit outside.

Ordered the Husky Burger. I'm not always a fan of 1/4 pound patties. Yet, they did a wonderful job and crisping the edges and retaining the moisture. The ingredients were super fresh. The onions were crisp and sweet. My companions ordered the Paleo Burger, the house burger, the Lounge Burger, a side of fries, and a side of onion rings. The Paleo Burger was juicy and more than any one in our group would have eaten. The Onion Rings had a very flavorful batter and were served with delicious ranch dressing. This place will certainly see me again.

Excellent customer service but one of the worst cooks. Normally the patties are cooked just right moist and juicy with a very light pink center but today the patties were crunchy black on the outside with bright red center. Clearly the cook doesn't care about quality; just want to get the job done quickly. Our food did come out fast but I'm not impressed because I'm here for the quality otherwise I'd go to McDonalds. In short, excellent front end customer service with a cook who don't take pride in his work.

Asked for a ranch at counter after I ordered as I forgot and cashier said I will get it for you without asking for payment. When I got order the person who gave it says you didn’t order. I say your cashier said he would provide one. She says sorry you have to pay…just please pick one. Which is it? I would gladly pay but would not return to this location. Will report back on food.

This place is best described as a overpriced In-N-Out. The burgers taste the exact same it may be grass-fed whatever but it’s the same.

This place makes a burger that is burnt to a crisp. Way over priced. The sodas are gross. The atmosphere is sterile. The overall flavor of the fries, burgers, and dips did not taste like a traditional American burger joint. Everything tasted rather odd. Not too many people seated at the tables so it's likely they won't be in business long.

I ordered a burger without onions online. The website said it would be ready in 10 minutes. When I arrived 10 minutes later I was told it would be 10 to 12 more minutes. Burger had onions

Should change your slogan to “decent burger terrible service” make sure you double and triple check your order because they will not bother. Add 15 minutes to whatever time they give you for pickup, you’ll be waiting. Oh and make sure you go up to the counter every two minutes to check if your order is ready because they will not bother to tell you. Decent burger, terrible service.
