Costa Mesa in the house. So glad to have a Mendocino Farms finally so close to our home. The manager Erin R. Greeted us and answered all allergy questions. She even had a mishap with the speaker system in the restaurant. It came on with the volume way too loud. She ran to fix it in the office. But also went around table to table and apologized. An extra step that everyone really appreciated. The entire staff was working hard. We'll definitely be back!!!!!

Our lemon grass and farro soup was so good! Our pink beats and goat cheese salad was delicious! The service was great and they're very friendly and helpful. The parking lot is small, so we were glad to be there after the lunch rush.

Vegan Banh Mi is always is an hit there & i’ll get a side of the spicy mayo to make that sammie even tastier. Aside from the food, Aaron has always been very kind and welcoming to me and the clientele. Thank you & bless that man & the mendocino team at costa mesa!

The service on Monday 6/24 was so great I was compelled to write a review. The young lady taking my order was prompt and so friendly. The young man who brought my order remembered my name when he returned to clear my table after I’d finished eating. I always get the basil mozzarella sandwich and it was delicious. Overall wonderful experience.

The food is always so delicious and great quality. It can get busy and crowded at times, and around lunch in weekdays, good luck! But they do a great job being careful about cross contact with food options. I have Celiac and they are careful about gluten free sandwich preparation.

The staff here is SO nice. Very helpful and friendly! The location is also really clean and always so great to visit. We LOVE the green juice at Mendocino farms - you will be obsessed.

I've been coming to this Mendocino Farms for years and there are many reasons why I come back. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, the food is delicious and makes me feel good, and the service. The employees here are SO nice. My favorite thing to get is the avocado quinoa salad with chicken. I was here with my mom having a rough day while we waited for news about our dog at the vet, and all 3 employees I interacted with made my day. You never know what someone is going through, and I really appreciated them being so thoughtful and KIND. Normally, I'm in high spirits when I come in, and I want to say thank you for being so kind to us when we were feeling down.

I often eat from Mendocino Farms and every time the food is simply Yuuuummm & Healthy! Choosing from their salads, sandwiches, superfoods and couscous, this mouthwatering stomach filling work of art; you simply can't go wrong with anything you pick here! The staff is super friendly and extremely quick. From working the kitchen to the front desk, to their catering person, they all seem to be extremely organized and offer great service. A shout out to Heather Freshour, for taking care of our small but amazingly awesome catering order for lunch. From setting up the order to delivery, to presentation, everything was spectacular! Our office staff loved it!

It was my 1st time here. The food was excellent! That strawberry salad was so delicious! I highly recommend it! The employees were over-the-top nice! Excellent customer service. The place was very clean, and the manager even checked on us a few times to make sure we were doing okay. She was such a sweetheart! The entire experience was excellent! Food is so good. Service is good and the staff are constantly on a rotation for cleaning tables, and are friendly while doing it. Food runner was also very kind and helpful. I got the Chimichuri Steak sandwich( without bacon, and I changed the bread for Sourdough)

Their gluten free bread was some of the best I've ever had. Everything was fresh and delicious!

Most expensive BLT I’ve had, but also the best so no regrets. Will be putting a hint of honey on all of my BLTs from now on ✍️

I recommend getting both sauces that they offer on the side (warm bbq sauce, and I'm not sure what the other is but they'll know). Their take on a caesar salad is original and innovative. Instead of croutons they have a baked quinoa mix which is very crunchy and can be a bit overwhelming if you don't have strong teeth. I'd recommend either getting the salad without the quinoa crunch or asking for it on the side. You order at the door, try as many sides and wines/beers as you'd like, pay at the counter, and they bring your food to the table. There selection of beer and wine is minimal but really good with affordable pricing.

Great sandwich for sure, a little dry, but got some dressing and all was good. I hadn't been in a couple of years so I was kinda blown away at the not so clean areas. I understand restaurants are having a tough time, but common, simple wiping down the tables, the drink area was a bit scary and honestly it kinda looked like it needed a good cleaning. The lid holder was dirty and the drinks did not look inviting at all, so I stuck with water. The guy who took my order just walked up after waiting a couple of minutes and just looked up at me, so I engaged, id say to the mgr, do better! Clean up the store and train staff to be friendly, It wasn't busy at all, not one person who walked by asked, Hi, or how is everything, all good! I'll try again and see if the cleaned up.

Deliciousness! Everything I’ve eaten at a Mendocino Farms has been awesome. It’s all so fresh and flavors are on point. I love their curry couscous! This lovely lady checked in on us while we were dining. Her name was Yasmin, she looked like she was in charge. She was so sweet, you can tell she really cares about her customers and her employees.

Went in this past Friday to pick up a green goddess salad. I believe Raj helped me and he suggested an extra dressing on the side, which worked out perfect!

I was in on Monday. Alina was absolutely the best with our order. The had SO many questions about GF options for my daughter. She was amazing. The care and detail of the family at Mendo Farms is just amazing. Helpful and accommodating for a restaurant is something you don’t see much anymore. Thank you Mendo Farms. Came last week to check out this place last week and absolutely loved the food and the hospitality. I’m obsessed with the avocado quinoa salad had to be back for more, our kids are picky eaters and Javier made sure all the modifications were fulfilled. The kids specials on Thursday will bring up back soon.

First time at this restaurant and it was so very good. The host could not have been nicer and the salads and soup first class!! Please come up to Portland.

Everything on the menu is very fresh and tasty. Sandwiches are generous portions… soups and salads are Stand Alone additions, i especially like the curried couscous.

Great farm to table sandwiches and salads. Fun atmosphere. Seating is creative but not super comfortable. Table scanning system for food tracking is a joke and doesn't work well. Uber eats folks seem to get priority over dine-in customers and lack of traditional drinks is a negative.

I particularly enjoy their seasonal specials, which showcase unique flavor combinations and ingredients. The portions are generous, and each sandwich is served with a side of chips or a salad, making it a satisfying meal.

New to this location but not Mendocino. Location was great. Nice location, good breeze when sitting outside. Clean interior, nice staff. The food is on point, very good. I had the Farm Club. Good sandwich, a little light on the background but good taste. 7.2/10.

Come here for wet sandwiches! Lol.... also it was 64 degrees outside and they have the air conditioning blowing full blast. Actually like this place... Even though they mess up our order 75% of the time, they always make it right.

They used to have a great manager, but I found her at a Whole Foods Mendocino. What a loss. She was amazing and was great at customer service. I don't go here anymore because the last time I went, my beets to Mt salad were clearly old...it looked like poke fish meat, and it was hard. I went back after picking it up, and they just replaced my order. I think they should have at least apologized. I also decided to stop going because the Avocado QUINOA salad dressing keeps changing. I loved the spice flavor. Sometimes, the dressing would taste flavorless. I used to go here 2 or more times a week. Not anymore....the old beets made me feel sick. I wanted to stop going since I went organic anyway. The dressings and old food just pushed me to stop going. I know the old manager would have apologized and probably considered refunding since we had to make 2 trips and I had started eating old food.

My wife went here to get food for my daughter and herself, and when she brought it home because it was a to go order, she realized that they forgot to include my daughters food, which is understandable as that can happen. I decided to go back and just grab the food and not make a big deal. When I got there, I politely asked someone who was dressed different than the rest of the staff so I assume he was a manager of some sort, I asked him if they can get us the food that they forgot to include and I showed the reciept. He immediately looked at me like he was so annoyed and pissed off, I have no idea why I was being super nice, and it was literally their fault not mine, He then goes over to get the food without saying a single word and angerly slams it down on the counter and walks away without saying a single word to me. I have no idea what happened, but I would definitely say his position as manager or whatever it is needs to be reevaluated

The bathroom looks disgusting and their toilet we’re not flushing Encino Farms was lacking in food inventory and definitely poorly cared for by Whole Foods

Had to go into the grocery store deli to find a protein to make a meal with some solid. The food at Mendocino Farms is fresh, healthy and well prepared. However, if you’re looking to enjoy a nice, relaxing atmosphere forget it. All of the locations have foosball tables that are loud, and incredibly annoying, Management could not have picked a worse form of entertainment. I would highly recommend until they remove these foosball tables go eat lunch somewhere else.

Whenever I go to the restaurant, they place the package I want to get on the bottom shelf.I always wonder why they do that. I mean, I wonder if they do it out of laziness. Snobby dogs

We used to love this place, now due to corporate changes, we are done. Kids chicken fingers look exactly like a fast food place, unacceptable. We would go here weeks ago cause kids liked it, now our son won't touch it :( Salad portions are much smaller, prices of course higher :( Soup water down. :( Everyone still hungry, kid wouldn't eat the chicken. 3 strikes we out, better off elsewhere now, it's not the same! Manager was helpful, no complaints on staff.
