Love papa Johns! No plates anymore, but the employees were great. Thanks!

I come here often, so it must be good? Really, what gets me coming back are all the online coupons that Papa John's offers. I once had an order that was incorrectly cooked, but that was only once. For the most part, the staff is pretty accurate when it comes to taking your orders and creating your pizza. My favorite thing on the menu is the pan pizza and I absolutely love the garlic sauce. For the most part, this is a classic place and I will go back.

Ordered online on Thurs @ 6pm delivered about 6:35pm. Used promo code FALL1 for 9.99 Large Specialty pizza, added extra cheese +1.75. Added 15 piece chicken poppers 9.75. Delivery Cost 4.50. Total w/ tax 27.47. Overall taste is consistent with Papa John's. Delivery Fee is kinda high. Ordered BBQ wings with ranch. Received plain wings with Ranch. Wouldn't order without a coupon

The pizza and wings always come out great but the cheesesticks are hit or miss. Sometimes the dough bubbles up so bad that all the cheese falls off like in the picture. They have awesome customer service though!

Ordered the new "Cheeseburger" pizza which ended up being nothing like the adds on TV. As far as taste, was not appetizing in the least. A month later I figured I would give it a try after seeing the "Sweet Chili Chicken" pizza with half supreme just in case it was terrible like the cheeseburger pizza, I would have something to eat. I opened the box and it was pepperoni and sausage pizza with olive. I called to express my concern about the pizza and "Kevin" the manager said he will fix it and deliver a new pizza but he needed to call me back. After another 45 min I get a response and a new pizza. This is the worse service I have ever had and will never order here again. If you want a good pizza and the right order, DO NOT ORDER HERE!

They worst papa John’s ever. The pizzas are never consistent or made well ever. You guys should be ashamed by your service because it’s pathetic. Children could run your store better. Have some pride. You don’t even put Sauce on the chicken no effort. Pathetic like I said.

There was a blonde/white hair in my boyfriends food. I just got my food 10-15mins ago. He was eating his food then found a hair in it.

Order a large 4 topping pizza today Open the box and our pizza was full of oil. The bottom of the box was wet from the oil. And slices that was edible had an awful after taste. Call reported the problem manager Laura offered to replace it today but I declined for replacement. Because no desire to eat another pizza today. Looking for anything to clear taste. She did offer replace for another time. Wish I could upload the picture.

I purchased a barbeque sauce pizza from Papa John's on 19th Street in Costa Mesa and noticed that the pizza was soaked in barbeque sauce (see picture) and I could not eat it. I returned the pizza and the girl behind the counter indicated she was the manager. When I asked her for a refund or an exchange she would not give me one. When I asked her for the name of her supervisor she called the police and they came. Is it the practice of Papa John's now to call the police if you have a complaint or want to return a $6.00 pizza? I will never return to purchase another pizza from Papa John's from anywhere and neither will any of my friends and family.

Ordered pizza on Wednesday for Saturday delivery! Order was over 40 min late I had 17 hungry people waiting it was embarrassing I even called 10 min before my delivery time to ask for an update. Very unprofessional, A phone call goes a long way with people I understand Inhad a large order for an early Saturday delivery that’s why I sent it in ahead of time. The lack of preparation is terrible

The absolute worst experience I have ever had with take out!! Don't waste your time or money!!!!

Placed order online. Did not receive the $5 dollar 2L Root Beer, was told by deliver woman that she would bring it later. I never received the Root Beer and they ripped me off for $5. I left a decent tip also, which should be also refunded after this experience.

This was the worst delivery from a pizza place. Pizza came already missing a slice and was cold not to mention it was the “Shaqoroni” and barely could tell a difference with number of pepperonis. Worst experience and NEVER eating Papa John’s again.
