Tacos & Carnitas Pepe’s

The best tacos I've ever eaten. I had Carne Asada and Carnitas. They were stuffed with meat and soooo much flavor. I'm picky about Carnitas, and this was the best Carnitas.

Finally got to try authentic Mexican food in California, the guy that took oir order was super friendly. I ordered a bunch of stuff and shared it with some of the other customers because I was about to take a plane. The carnitas are amazing, and I loved the "pata", which is a whole pig's foot.

We ordered the steak nachos and chicken burrito. Both EXCELLENT. Especially the steak nachos, the steak was fantastic. This is our new favorite place for nachos in Orange County now. It is a good value that isbetter than other spots around. Highly recommend. I look forward to returning here

Food is good I love the chicken burritos!!! The staff is friendly and hire young employees with a positive attitude. They have a wide selection of foods and is very tasty. Solid place to grub! Also the cashier is very helpful and kind. She made me and my wife laugh and that kind of service is rare. Def coming back!

I just had the best Chorizo burrito I've ever had. It was just right, the perfect amount of Chorizo blended with the right amount of eggs, so good. The french fries were my favorite kind and were hot and delicious. Service was nice and kind. Such a good meal. Yummy

So good, I come here at least twice a week. Everything on the menu is delicious and their red and green sauces are my favorite 😍 they also have great breakfast burritos!

Came here for lunch on a whim because I was craving al pastor tacos. I ended up getting one pastor and one lengua. Both tacos were loaded with meat, which is always super appreciated! My mouth was watering from the smell! The pastor was pretty good, I finished the whole thing and barely had room for the 2nd one. I have to say that although the pastor taco was good, I do prefer the pastor that is prepared on a spit or trompo as it's so much more flavorful. This new trend of tacos joints using or chopped up bits of marinted pork is just not the same, and sadly, everyone seems to be doing that now. The lengua taco was not for me as it was a bit too chewy. I tried a bite without sauce and then one with the red sauce, but I couldn't make it through it. The red and green sauce were both good, but the green was my favorite. Especially to dip the chips they give you into. I will definitely be back for lunch to try the other meats they have available because they have some good flavors.

This was my first time here since El Grandenal was here. The horchata is close to the old recipie and the food was awesome. I'll be a regular here.

Food was decent. First time around had the tacos dorados, folded, that were very good! Second time around I had a carne asada quesadilla and that was ok. The meat was a bit rough and chewy. Customer service can be improved, especially near closing. It’s in a small shopping center where you can usually find parking. Near the beach, so not a bad spot to grab and go before going to the beach. I’ll be back for tacos dorados.

Food was good, very tasty but I thought the tacos were kinda skimpy on the meat. That's why 4 stars, small portions for the price. Definitely was good just small.
