We walked in of the street and got a table indoors, would recommend pre booking though as lots of tables were reserved. Had garlic prawns and a bread board for starters which were both great. My wife had the fillet and I, the ribeye for the mains. The steak was full of flavour and cooked perfectly. Fries were slightly mushy but perfectly edible. Would recommend La Bohemia for a good sit down meal for any occasion.

An outstanding place with excellent meat and wonderful service. I highly recommend reserving a table if you want to sit inside. There’s a great selection of wines that pair perfectly with the dishes. Despite the busy atmosphere, the waiting time is relatively short.

We visited La Bohemia twice during our stay in Costa Teguise. The service on our first visit was brilliant, it wasn't rushed and the waiters were all great, but especially the young man with the arm and hand tattoo, his English was brilliant and he has lovely manners. The food is all very nice and tasty, hence why we visited twice. Our second visit was a lot more rushed with the service, our starters arrived as we were still eating the bread and dips and our drinks were empty, otherwise I would've rated this 5 stars. The chocolate brownie was lovely, but it did not state on the menu that it contained nuts, so please be wary, those who have nut allergies. You have a lovely restaurant, thank you!

I cannot speak highly enough of La Bohemia restaurant - it truly exceeded all my expectations from the moment I stepped in. Our first encounter with their hospitality was on our very first night in Lanzarote, after a flight delay that had us arriving quite late. Desperately seeking milk for my 17-month-old baby, I dropped in at 11 pm, hoping for a small miracle. To my surprise and delight, they not only had milk but also kindly gifted me a whole 2-liter bottle, refusing to accept any payment. Their kindness and warmth instantly made me feel welcome in a foreign land. The next day, we decided to have a proper dining experience at La Bohemia, and it turned out to be an extraordinary culinary journey. The food was beyond excellent, each dish bursting with flavors that delighted our taste buds. Their menu offered a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was prepared to perfection. What impressed me even more was their consideration for my little one. They went out of their way to cater to her needs, preparing a child-friendly meal that she thoroughly enjoyed. The staff's attentiveness to her was heartwarming and made us feel like valued guests. Speaking of the staff, they were all incredibly friendly, attentive, and accommodating throughout our visit. Their genuine smiles and warm demeanor made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The ambiance of La Bohemia was simply delightful. The restaurant had a charming and cozy atmosphere, and the overall vibe was inviting and relaxed. It's no wonder the place is always packed! I would highly recommend making a reservation in advance to secure a table, as it is undoubtedly a popular spot. In conclusion, La Bohemia is a gem in Lanzarote. From their exceptional service, amazing food, to the heartwarming gestures towards my baby, they made our dining experience truly special. We came to this restaurant because it was recommended by friends. I must say that you can’t get better filet steak in whole Lanzarote. Everything was just excellent including very nice staff and very helpful with explaining when need . No surprise that we came back after few days. Definitely on the top of the restaurants must try!!! Well done guys especially well done to chef !

Really nice restaurant. The staff are nice and the food tastes good. You can reserve here so I'd recommend doing so because we didn't and we had a 4t minute wait for a table, although it didn't take that long. Food was served pretty quickly once we had been seen to. You get bread when you sit down and the garlic dip is the best I've ever tasted, absolutely amazing. The steak was also perfect. There isn't a lot of vegetarian options though or vegan so not good in that aspect. Would definitely recommend

Vinimos a La Bohemia para comer carne, ya que llevamos varios días por la zona comiendo exclusivamente pescado y nos recomendaron el restaurante. Al ver la parrilla ya dimos por sentado que las carnes estarían muy buenas, y así fue. Vinimos a comer dos personas y pedimos de entrante el ceviche, ya que nos dijeron que no tenían el tomate, que era nuestra primera opción. Pedimos dos carnes, lomo alto y picaña porque no tenían ya la entraña. Estaba todo muy bueno, las raciones son abundantes ya que vienen con pimientos y patatas fritas y el corte de carne es de 300 gramos. La pedimos a punto, estaba tierna y sabrosa. La experiencia global no fue de 5 estrellas porque el servicio no nos pareció bueno, en el sentido de que los camareros se ve que van a tope de trabajo y sin tiempo de nada, así que esa prisa se traslada al cliente y después el tiempo de espera entre platos desespera un poco. A pesar de tener reserva sentíamos que "molestábamos". Teníamos mesa a las 14:30 y no fue hasta las 15:15 que trajeron el primero. Remontan muchas mesas pero sin la calidad del servicio y atención que esperas (eso, o están cortos de personal para el volumen del restaurante). Teníamos reserva y cuando llegamos al local no teníamos a quien dirigirnos, preguntamos a un camarero que estaba en la barra cortando una tarta y nos dijo secamente que a él no; así que estuvimos un buen rato como dos farolas esperando a ver quién nos podía atender. Después lo mismo para sentarnos en la mesa, ya que preferimos fuera en lugar de en el comedor (había muchísimo ruido). Así que a pesar de que la comida estaba muy buena, la lentitud hizo que la experiencia no fuera tan agradable. Por ese motivo, para no esperar más, no pedimos ni cafés ni postres. El restaurante no está en primera línea de playa, pero las vistas son agradables. Seguramente si volviera a Coste Teguise no repetiría porque me he sentido mucho mejor atendida en otros restaurantes de la misma zona, aunque la comida estuviera al mismo nivel. Si vas un día que tengan menos gente, quizás la experiencia es más positiva.

Fuimos por primera vez a La Bohemia y, en general, la experiencia fue positiva. La comida estaba buena y los postres también nos gustaron, todo bien presentado y con buen sabor. Al personal le falta un pelín más de simpatía. El punto a mejorar es el servicio en cuanto a los tiempos. Tardaron bastante en venir a tomarnos la comanda; es cierto que teníamos algunas dudas sobre qué elegir y nos dijeron que volverían en un momento, pero finalmente tardaron bastante más de lo esperado. A la hora de pedir la cuenta también tuvimos que esperar bastante. A pesar de estos retrasos, la experiencia fue buena en general y disfrutamos de la comida. Es un sitio al que probablemente volveríamos, esperando que el servicio sea un poco más ágil la próxima vez.

Estábamos de vacaciones por la isla y fuimos aquí por las reseñas de Google.Nos atendieron bastante rápido, quedaba alguna mesa libre en la terraza, pero recomiendo reservar o ir pronto porque se llena. La comida muy rica, lo que más nos gustó fueron los huevos revueltos con bacon, muy ricos 😋

Se lleva las 4 estrellas porque me rompí el vestido en el baño con un saliente se lo dije a uno de los camareros y como si nada cuando podía haber sido la piel, pero el vestido me quedaba grande. Por la comida estaba espectacular y abundante la verdad salimos satisfechas de ahí,el servicio fue muy encantador exceptuando lo antes contado, pero muy majos y tantos Nosotras pedimos un plato como papas con huevo rotos eso estaba para chuparse los dedos la verdad,pedimos queso frito que podíamos haber dejado para postre porque viene con miel para mi gusto muy dulce pero rico,seguidamente pedimos una parrillada de carne y nos dio de sobra para 4 personas, osea calidad precio y cantidad un 10!! Ya de postre y sin hambre nos pedimos un postre para las 4 de oreo u bueno no nos gusto mucho pero estaba bien👍 Os recomiendo este sitio 100 por 100 para comer, no os lo perdáis.

Lovely meal here and a great atmosphere. The fillet steak is definitely the thing to order, absolutely delicious. If you're getting a starter, they are huge, so share or have a good appetite.

Asked at our hotel (Barcelo active) for the best place for a steak and they recommended La Bohemia which was then seconded by our taxi driver. You know what they were right. Steaks were excellent, 27€ each, which is great value compared to uk prices. Probably a bit more expensive than other places in this location but you get what you pay for. The restaurant appears to be a victim of its own success, it's always busy and booking is the only way to guarantee a table. I made a 7pm Monday booking for a party of four, arrived early, waited 10 minutes to be acknowledged, 10 minutes to be seated, another 10 to receive menus, then 15 minutes before someone came and took our drinks order. The restaurant was empty but there was a mountain of dirty dishes on the bar from the lunchtime session that all of the staff were trying to clear, this reduced the level of service to waiting customers. The waiters when they did eventually arrive were friendly, engaging and apologetic for the long waits; food and drink orders were taken. Surprisingly the food arrived very quickly in comparison to our earlier wait times and all eyes lit up with glee at the presentation of it; the wait seemed worth it. The steaks were grilled to perfection, they were succulent and juicy. All dishes are accompanied by padron peppers and "skin-on" fries. I personally didn't order steak and opted for Iberian pork (black pig). I last had black pig in Portugal and remembered the sweetness and succulence of the meat. Steak I can get anywhere but black pig; options are limited. Unfortunately this black pig was neither sweet or succulent, but bland and chewy, not at all what I expected. The overall the experience was positive, it would have been a 5 star review if not for the poor service at the beginning; customers don't like to feel ignored.

Comparto mi experiencia. Llegamos y en 15 minutos nos habían tomado nota. Mi sorpresa? El corte de carne que quería pedir, no quedaba, aún estando por todos lados puesta (pizarras las cuales se pueden modificar) o avisar al sentarte en la mesa. 15 minutos después nos traen el entrante. Queso frito, el cual he de decir que estaba muy bueno. Problema, entre el entrante y el primero plato pasaron 35 minutos de reloj!! La carne deja mucho que desear, para mí, un gran descontento, no tenía sabor apenas. No suelo poner salsa cuando la carne está buena, y esta vez lo hice. Para mi gusto, es un sitio orientado a “guiris” los cuales no tienen idea de carne. Si sabes lo que es comer carne realmente buena, con gusto, este no es el sitio. El postre… bueno… un brownie con helado como cualquier otro. No sé si les daré una nueva oportunidad en un futuro.

Well.. tried to book through social media weeks in advance, with no answer. When I arrived in the island, called them - and no luck to get a table. Popped in one day, sat at an empty bar and ordered 2 beers and a tapa. Didn't get the tapa, was told we were 5th in the queue to order, and looking around the bar/ kitchen area, I see that there's absolutely no effort to run the place effectively. I don't think I've ever seen a bar that unkempt before. Eventually left relatively disappointed. The food looked very good indeed, I'm just not going to wait 2 hrs to get poorly served.

14.07.2025 Nos habían hablado muy bien de este restaurante y decidimos ir a probar para tener nuestro propio criterio. Tras confirmar la reserva realizada nos pasaron a la mesa, tardaron en cogernos comanda algo más de 20 minutos y no fue porque estuviera lleno el establecimiento… la comida deliciosa 😋 e de felicitar al cocinero. Sin embargo, no volvería el sentimiento de abandono por parte de los camareros pesa más que la calidad de la comida, porque es el conjunto lo que hace que una visita a un establecimiento sea inolvidable.

Fuimos a comer 6 personas. Tras tomarnos nota tardaron como 50 minutos en servirnos la comida (el local no estaba lleno ni mucho menos) había que ir pidiendo a varios camareros lo mismo, le pedías a uno una cerveza, no te le traía, se la pedías a otro, tampoco te la traía y ya al tercero por fin la trajo 20 minutos después. La comida está bien pero tampoco nada extraordinario, al menos lo que nosotros pedimos. Sinceramente, no repetiría.

I've never seen so many angry customers. Customers annoyed they were getting ignored when they came in, customers annoyed with mistakes on bills. One waiter was good but the other one was crazy, he didn't do any work, kept on walking off talking on his phone. Service got a little better when another 2 service staff appeared. But we were there for 2 hours and only had one course. We asked for a burger in medium, it came rare. Iberico secreto was a little over done. It felt like being in a episode of Gordon Ramseys kitchen nightmare

We were standing at the door for 20 minutes, waiters came and went by didn't bother to even say hi to us. Another 20 minutes for the menu to arrive, then 10 more to be asked what to order. Waiter asked where did we came from, made a disgust expression, took the order. Food came relatively fast and it was very good I give that. We finished and waited another 20 minutes or so to ask for the bill. I usually don't write reviews but I have plent of time and I wanted to confirm the reviews about the long waiting times and the aweful staff. Still waiting for the bill though.

This place is really average. It’s fine if you are around but not for a special trip. We order two burgers. One ox and Angus. Taste nothing special. The fries was terrible though. It was very soft and super fat. Clearly it’s not made before serving but seems that was prepared much time before and just reheated. It tastes really bad. Disappointed. We saw the 4.5 stars worth of reviews and wanted to give it a go. Got there, sat down and ordered drinks. All good at this point. Start looking at food, decide what we wanted and waited. Waited. Waited. 40 minutes we waited. Tables behind us that sat after us had already been given food. At this point we were fed up and waved a waiter down - who said "we do orders by a list, we'll get to you when it's your turn". Diabolical to say the least. The only proper good thing I can say is the drinks were cold!

Awful - completely ruined our last evening. Arrived at 7pm, promptly shown to table and drinks order taken, menu given 25 mins later food order taken - it was reasonably busy so gave them the benefit of the doubt 5 minutes later my child’s meal arrived A further 30 mins later our steaks arrived. All blue / rare when had been requested medium and above. Got them sent back - lady behind said the same happened last year 20 mins later they came out ok, one was very gristly. They did take 25% off the bill without us asking which was a surprise. However, that doesn’t account for the poor experience and wasting an evening that could have been better spent in a decent restaurant Just avoid we should have read the recent reviews

Arrived here early in evening. Met disinterested waiter at front door. Should have left then! Salad starter was good. Angus Burger was not identifiable as Beef! Iberian pork had one dry tasteless piece and we were both served small portions of oily crispy French fries. We had to ask our female server for the bill twice! Couldn't wait to get out of the place. Will never return.
