Absolutely loved this place. We arrived here on a Sunday afternoon after their kitchen had already closed and they still managed to give us such a fantastic meal. Wish we stayed closer and could come again!! Highly recommended!!!

Last time I've been there I had a great lunch for little money, and I'm gonna come back soon for sure. Nice place, kind waitress, friendly cook, tasty food, abundant dishes. Did I forget something you are looking for when you go out for a meal? Definitely worth trying

First time at this restaurant, we made a reservation for four. Parking is available in front of the restaurant, but it's all taken. "Spaces" can be found along the street, just a short walk away. The restaurant is spotless, and the welcome is warm. The small, intimate restaurant offers a complimentary appetizer of bruschetta and a shot of Spritz. Reservations are recommended. We started with the house appetizer... not good... otherwise, I would have given the food 5 stars for value. The appetizer was a bit disappointing, and in my opinion poorly thought out: some cold cuts, a piece of cheese, and a slice of grilled zucchini. We started out a little disappointed, but fortunately things were improving. The Casoncelli Bergamaschi were excellent, perhaps the best I've eaten this year, followed by beef stew with polenta and potatoes. Both the meat and polenta tasted spectacular. We finished with an apple strudel accompanied by a berry sauce, a scoop of ice cream and homemade cream, simply delicious. The price, from appetizer to dessert including coffee and water, was about 30 euros. I'll gladly return, also for the "young" and professional service that welcomes you and greets you with a smile.

I returned to La Casera a few days ago after my first family dinner there a few years ago, and we once again had a pleasant evening. I chose the beef tartare as an appetizer and the pork tenderloin with chanterelle mushrooms and baked potatoes as a main course: both dishes were well-prepared and truly delicious. To end things on a sweet note, I couldn't miss the Nutella cream, meringue, and mascarpone dessert—a true treat for the palate! I found the atmosphere just as I remembered it: welcoming and well-kept, perfect for a quiet family dinner. A special thanks to Isra, who looked after us with great kindness and professionalism throughout the evening. A restaurant with great food, worth considering if you're passing through Sant'Omobono.

First time I visited (I hope there will be more in the future to focus on some aspects that I currently consider 3 stars). The atmosphere is clean and tidy, elegant, with a fireplace that adds a touch of warmth. On a Saturday evening, the staff were adequate for a limited number of customers. They were polite but perhaps too 'upfront' with the customers, giving the impression they were closing soon. We arrived around 7:40 PM, had dinner, and left the restaurant at 9:30 PM because the customers had all left and the place was closing. Perhaps a little too early for a Saturday evening... The food: a first course (risotto) was well cooked but not exceptionally tasty; the second course was the same. Prices were normal. A positive review, but I would like to be able to raise my rating next time.

We had a nice dinner and some nice staff. With some Google translate we where able to translate the menu. The food was okay for us nothing to write home about. We always rate the tiramisu if we see this on the menu. We like the classic one so for us there should not be added decorations the chocolate chips should not be needed if the balance is okay. We have some doubts if the this one had eggs in it. The consistency between the bottom en the top was not good to much liquid in the bottom part. 7.0 out of 10.
