I bring my 6 year old for the playground and they bring our food to us, which is so nice. Always clean and I swear these are the nicest people in the world. Always with a smile and asking if they can get me anything
1st time here and it was at 11:am and I had the Most SWEETEST OLDER LADY helping me. And she was SUPER AWESOME. Thank you to her. Sorry I didn't get her name.
Don't let the long lines at the drive-through discourage you. This particular McDonald's has it down- very efficient and our orders are never messed up. Granted we're usually only ordering for two, but our "usual" orders have been messed up in the past from other McDonald's.
The reason why am given this McDonald's 5stars because my mom and I leave in Inglewood California it was super hot and I never been in that side of town and I bought two happy meals and my kids are very dramatic. So I wanted to buy two toys I just try to see if by luck they had the toy they both wanted the clerk said are the toys open I said no she told me to hand them and she could trade after she did that my kids put on a kool laid smile and that was the best customer service I ever had thank you and stay bless
Covina location staff are polite and usually have ice cream available. They have the best sweet tea within a 20 mile radius. Know some former employees and told that the staff are mostly cleaning during shifts, so no funny tasting fries or sodas. Drive thru trash fills fast, so don't judge the location for that one trash can.
I love the coffee here better than Starbucks but I can NOT STAND THE LADY manager at this location and from the looks of it neither can her employee's. My favorite is call in sick on Wednesday morning close the inside and only open Drive-Thru. This women does not know customer service. I have had two complications which could have been fixed with, "I am sorry let me give you a 99. Cent coffee for free." Instead she literally took the coffee and dumped it and said " I'm sorry our app isn't working." My reply, I come here 4 times a week, you can check my bank account always pay for my order and sometimes pay for the order in back of me can you please check to see if your app isn't working or I may have forgotten how to enter something, because even though I look absolutely normal I do have a brain injury and forget things. Her reply, "I'm sorry maybe one of the customers would like to pay for your coffee". Do you realize how she tried to embarrass me by saying that? 😂 She has no idea. I have been over charged by this location numerous times. Her reply word for word "I am sorry it is not our fault, it is your banks fault". My reply, My bank said, you or your staff entered this $10.39 breakfast order twice. Her reply. It will drop off in a few days. My reply. No it is been a week. Her reply, I am sorry it is YOUR banks fault. Does she NOT take ownership for anything? She literally probably thinks everyone is SICK on Wednesday's😂!! Call in sick WEDNESDAY happened about 4 times😂🤣. There's a young man who is relatively new. He has wavy hair. His customer service is outstanding. He will succeed. By pass this lady in no time. If you don't think your customer's don't notice call in sick WED. I'm sorry, you are sadly the one who acts like she has the brain injury
Way over priced. No where near the quality of In N Out, Chili's. Every MD hamburger tastes the same. I go only when an extreme rush otherwise avoid MD.
Well.. let me inform you all... this establishment has the freshest breakfast burritos ever. Their hash browns, well, they too were terrific... I second visited this place, to see if it would be the same as initial visit... to my amazement... it most certainly was... also, very great staff, friendly and happy... that also is a plus for my likings. Thank you Mc. Donalds... wish they were all like this particular one. Thanks again... ill be back.
Very well mannered employees, especially this young man who works there. I need to get his name, however I will update once I do. He was such a pleasure to have help. Not only did he have a great attitude and personality but he went above and beyond to serve the customers, by even walking around and making sure we had everything we needed and if we had any trash to Throw away. That was something I have yet to see, and I could tell he was genuinely happy to help. I was eating here with my wife and 6 month old son, and having his help was a blessing from this young man. Kudos to you, and I'll credit the young man by name when I go back next time.
The staff are very friendly. My English is very poor but all the staff are very patient and helpful. The best part are the two grandmas, they are very hard working, helpful, kind and welcoming!
I like to use the mobile app to order and pay ahead. All I have to do is let them know I"m there to pick up my mobile order, give them a code and they give me my order in a sealed bag. Then, off I go. So far, they have always had my order correct. They do a good job.
Came in for some morning coffee ☕️ and 2 sausage mc muffins with egg delicious.
Took grandkids for lunch and play area. Place was clean. Service was fast.

Service can be rude including mangers very strict with their sauce even tho you are willing to pay extra for a big order but for fast food pretty good and they are the most pack fast food place in Fernley NV check order too before leaving
I was disappointed in finding parking. I had a disabled person with me and there is very little close to the door parking. There is not an easy way to go around the building to look for better parking. Once we got in the facility things went smoothly. The staff was very helpful. My friend ordered a fish sandwich and fries. Unfortunately, the fish was cold as were my french fries. I told one of the employees and they immediately gave us another sandwich and order of fries. The problem was we weren't able to eat at the same time and that bothered my friend. All in all, I have had better experiences with other McDonald's. I believe this location is better suited for drive-up service.
We got there and of course being Sunday after church it was busy all the tables were dirty. I went and asked for something to wash the table, and the person tried handing me napkins. I said the tables are sticky can I get something to wash the table or if someone can wash it for us. Then he walked around like he was lost and then I noticed our food was about to be delivered. I stopped the girl and let her know that I was waiting for she then handed me my food and went and got a rag and handed it to me to wash the table

I am stunned by the slow service speed of this branch: placing a mobile order (two McChickens and an ice cream cone) 5 minutes ahead and waiting 10 upon arrival is a bit too much... However, a nice lady associate gave me an extra ice cream cone definitely earned them an extra star! Great customer service and please keep it up, as well as increase the order making process (they were less busy than usual this Sunday night, almost no one is here...)
soda never flat like other locations. The only problem I got is that the damn straws always have a cut on the side. Other than that, the people working there are nice and get my order.
IT is understaffed. Waiting time is too long for a fast food restaurant. Water cups are sundae small plastic cups. They can work on attending customers more and or better. I also suggest they make it easier to get water cups and ketchup at least. Other than that the cashier is very friendly and makes you be satisfied with your correct exact order. The cashiers name is Lucy. Good work Lucy not so much the Mc Donald's new rules and friendliness.
Food was prepared great but had to get them to fix every order because they got it wrong. They apologized for the orders so good customer service.
I was very disappointed in this McDonald's. They don't have any control of young people. I was eating my food. On the left side of me there was two young couples making out. It's not my cup of tea. To see young girls making out. This a family restaurant. It's not a place to make out. Some of worker saw it and they did not say anything to them. Very sad to me to see in McDonald's restaurant. I will not go back to this McDonald's again. But over all the service was great.
Just had an egg mcmuffin with Canadian bacon not the best. The inner side of one of the muffin had mold on it. And not a small piece quite a bit to get noticed. So open your sandwiches you never know. Not so fresh!!! And they gave this to their paying customer.

Screwed up my coffee order at 3 pm. Place was empty, drive through had a few cars. I walked in order to large coffee with four creams and four Splenda. I live right by this one, and there's always something wrong with your order. Usually they're really nice though. They mispriced the 6 pc kid meal on the menu board. It said it was $4.19 plus tax, but when I went to pay it was $5.19 plus tax...so 6 something. The manager was called, and gave it for $4.19 plus tax. After realizing they put the incorrect price of $1 less. For the inconvenience she said I could get a free coke, which was not given. When we got to the second window, it was like she just forgot. She was right there as I told the girl..."oh my coke"...the manager said "theres no coke on your order" I was too embarrassed to explain. They also, forgot my son's apples in his kids meal...and gave a snoopy toy instead of the monster truck. He was bummed.
The food is good staff is great However because it is so busy there hasn't been one time that I haven't had to wait in a very long line there are two entrances to the drive-thru which causes it to be very confusing and sometimes angers people who are entering from the Azusa side when others are trying to enter the line through the backside something should really be done about this location to prevent arguments or something worse happening Yes it happens even at McDonald's.
So It's midnight, on my way home, decide to stop by for a midnight snack for my son. There was a line, about 3 cars ahead, 3 cars behind. I open my McDonald's App, and find amazing deals!! To my dismay, they were ONLY accepting CASH orders!!! They had the audacity to tell me to ask the folks behind me, all 3--- to back up to let me out of the drive thru!!! Of course I did not! Sat right through the line .... like a walk of shame for not carrying cash!! Total let-down. So glad I didn't have a Big Mac attack!!! Next time, I will carry emergency Mickey-d's cash!
This McDonald's Management has brought the restaurant down. They never have enough workers. They never fill up your French fries. There drinks are watered down. There Ice Cream Machine is always broken so they say. It's just they don't feel like serving ice cream.
The manager would not allow me to upgrade to a large when I had a coupon and I offered to pay the difference. Also, they did not have Sprite, and did not give us ketchup and forgot our sauce. And, when pulled up to the window the manager did not acknowledge our presence.
Seems like everytime I come here on my 15 minute break they always seem to not have my ready or get my order wrong especially since I ordered a McGriddle and they give me a McMuffin instead!!! I do not recommend going to this McDonald’s since they don’t ever seem to do things right
Honestly never seen myself leaving a bad review but this place takes the cake. I was just stopping by for that "2 for 4" deal they are blatantly advertising on their window. The cashier said shell get my total at the window when i ordered thats fine. Service was going pretty slow for some reason so the line was backed up behind by the time i got to the window. It was that new teenager girl they hired apparently as other reviews have mentioned. I gave her my 20 before she gave me the total. Big mistake. She charged me double as the listed price and i told her about it. Everything would of been fine if they just fixed it but then she started saying thats how much it is and wouldnt give me the correct change. I asked for a reciept and she said she couldnt give me one since the register was down. I said fine line is holding up ill pull around to the front and call the manager.( it was midnight so doors are closed) i call and they still wouldnt fix the issue even though they acknowledged the price was wrong. The best they could do is give me a deal on my next trip there. This was never about the measly $4 i lost but just a lack of customer service they have going on.
Every time I go to this location it is only for the convenience. The drive thru is always busy and you have vehicles trying to enter from 3 different ways. Whom are also blocking thru traffic. They really need to reconstruct it to a double lane drive thru. I park and walk in, take note of the last car in line. And always receive my order after the last car gets theirs. They always seem short staffed and unable to keep up with busy times.

This McDonald's service is getting worse all the time. They can't get your order straight in the drive thru so I thought I would try inside. They gave me my happy meal with no fries, when I went back to the counter to show them the box they acted like I was trying to steal from them. Boy wanted to see my receipt, since when are fries an upgrade to a happy meal!!!!!???? I told him he could walk over to my table and get it.
I dont know if this has happened to anyone else but when Ive ordered chicken nuggets from this place, they are either over cooked or they are really hard,way too crispy and crunchy to the point where the chicken nuggets feel like rocks. I am a regular at this McDonald's location. But it is terrible to come at night and have to deal with the night shift employees. They lack customer service skills, especially an African American man with blond hair, who never acknowledges me as a customer when I ask questions. The prices went up and the service went down. The last three times I ordered from this location at drive up the order was wrong. Today I ordered 2 plain cheese burgers and I got 2 regular cheese burgers. The burgers were the entire order. Then last week I ordered 10 set chicken nuggets and I got 4 instead. Then a few days before I got the ten set nuggets with sweet and sour sauce and they at least gave me the ten nuggets, but with BBQ sauce. Three strikes in two weeks I'm out. Came in here for a treat with my niece, and ordered a sunday and cookies. The cookies were old and hard and gross. The worker named Deisi was really sweet to offer us a new batch of warm cookies. (I'm sure the length of time it to took to get the cookies was no fault on her), but we waited for fresh cookies for like 15 min. Also, the location did not have nuts for our Sundays. Aside from Deisi, the service was horrible and lengthy and needs to restock.
Every time I go here they always forget ketchup. Like If I order fries ketchup is automatic, if I order hashbrowns ketchup should be automatic. But its not and I always forget to ask because I assume they are gonna give me it like every other fast food place. The best hasbrowns are trash without ketchup.
We visited this place yesterday and today and I have to say the staff isn't very friendly or pleasant to interact with. Yes, we got our food but the whole experience makes the drive to another location a better option.
This is the worst McDonald’s I ever went. I stopped by for the purpose of buying the Cars toys (not the happy meal), but I also decided to buy a spicy chicken sandwich meal for lunch. The cashier couldn’t add the toy to my meal and their manager came and said they don’t sell toy by itself. I said I just bought toys from other locations and she said yes others may do it but we don’t sell the toy alone. I’ve bought toys at 10+ different stores through out the past 10 years, never ever went into one that does not sell the toy alone. Avoid this store if you come here for the toy.
I never leave reviews but I had to I wasn’t gonna stop at this one because I seen the other negative reviews but I just stopped anyways, as soon as I pulled up to the speaker the reviews about the workers being RUDE and NASTY ATTITUDE is very true. He sounded like he didn’t want to be at work & mad he had to be there at that point I just told him to cancel my order I didn’t feel comfortable someone like that making my food, he said he couldn’t hear me so I had to repeat myself which is fine I did and he was being rude like “ HELLO ! “ “ WHAT DRINK!! “ HELLO!!” smacking his lips. Some McDonald's stores are meant to provide a nice experience. This particular store was dirty, warm, and the chicken sandwich was sub-par..overcooked. There was very little ice in my soda. The Kiosk was not user friendly, and yes, I know how to navigate modern technology. I would never return to this particular store.
Horrible experience ...went here late night (in n out was closed) I should have known! Horrible service to start, the guy working drive thru hates his job. No customer service skills. We asked for ketchup "in the bag" Sweet and sour ....points to the bag. The guy was just rude! We get home. Fries are almost frozen. The nuggets cold. Too disgusting to put in words . I will be complaining to corporate. I took the time out of my night to warn everyone to never visit this establishment !
My kids and I came around at this time in this area but we live in Anaheim and I didn't expect rude service. Visited this location this morning, drive-thru. Placed an order for 2 sausage McMuffins. Inspected my order before I left and noticed the muffins were soggy and improperly toasted. Asked them to please remake them and drove to the front. Walked inside to get my order and when I checked them again, they were both completely burnt and inedible. Asked the manager MARIA for a refund and she proceeded to start yelling at me, berating me, made a huge scene, and told me I wasn’t allowed to go back ever again. If I did I would be denied service. They fail to do their job properly then blame and yell at you for it? Because it’s your fault you don’t want to eat inedible food? Completely crazy thought process on her part. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION GUYS!! Look for this business on yelp to see the pictures of the food I received.
I visited 3p on Sunday via drive thru. There was only 2 cars in front of me. It took 30 minutes until I can move up for an order. And they asked me to wait for another 10 minutes to take my order. The store was not busy at all and I saw lots of staffs simply standing around.

The old blond manager is really rude. Ordered a chicken nugget meal and received no sauces, so when I casually asked her for sauce, she was acting as if I was asking for a block of gold or something. The sauce packets are worth next to nothing and you're really gonna be stingy with BBQ sauce when I never even got one to begin with? I genuinely hate this McDonald's and I feel bad for the workers for having to deal with such a terrible manager.
Went through the drive thru, didn't get fries. Came back and went inside to get my fries and they made me go out to my car and bring my bag of food in to prove I didn't have the fries. I came back and they brushed me off saying just take the fries and leave. I asked the attendant to look in my bag since they made me go out. She looked and sarcastically said, "ok, thanks. Here are your fries" with a smirk on her face. I asked to talk to her supervisor and her supervisor didn't care about her employee's attitude. I asked for their names so I could call corporate and they refused to give me their names. Absolutely terrible customer service. All over a small bag of fries. Cause, you know, it's worth me lying for the $1.29 bag of fries.
Went to the drive thru, and they made me wait in front. They make everyone wait in the front , like what's the point of having a drive thru if your still going to make me wait. Drive thru should be closed off if your employees are not trained well enough to deal with a high demand of customers on a Saturday Afternoon.

Mobile curbside pickup took a lot longer than just walking inside to pick it up. We had to wait over 10 mins to get the food. I had walked in to see why it was taking so long. No one address me while I stood there but I could see our food just sitting there but they wouldn't walk outside until they finished the other car parked in the curbside spot. So just walk in if you want hot food still. They're make you wait for other people in the curbside pickup.
The manager Bryant that works at this McDonald's is so unprofessional! To be honest it's seem like when he was taking our order he was on speed or some type drugs ! He needs to have more patience for the customer's and considerable customer services ethics . Please send this person back to training and I insist of a drug test and please bro stay off steroids
Employees don't know how to count to 10... I ordered, paid, and received a box that said 10 nuggets, I only got 8 in the box. I showed them, and they didn't care. They gave me the other 2 but were so rude and non-caring. Aize the "manager" manages nothing and doesn't care about the customer for a second. She legitimately shrugged after saying sorry in the most unapologetic manner ever. That was what I got after they messed up and I wasted my time, energy, and gas money to bring to their attention and get it fixed. I went to this McDonald’s for lunch, the lady gave us our food and didn’t bring us my brothers ice tea, we told her that she had forgotten the ice tea and instead of giving it to us she got the manager involved, the manager eventually gave us the tea. We got back to our table and started eating, my brother said that his burger tasted funny so he opened his burger and it was stale, it looked like it’s been sitting out for days, me and my dad checked our burgers only to find out that they didn’t even put any cheese at all, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s, I would never eat here again
HORRIBLE service! Go to another location!!!!I went in today @ appx 3:35. I asked one of the workers to turn down the AC because it was extremely cold. The girl said “I am not sure” and just stared at me.(not proactive at all) I said well I said who can you ask to find out? The manager said “okay we will turn it down” then went back to making food. I guess the manager thought I meant tomorrow. There’s were plenty of workers, so her adjusting the AC would have not impacted orders at all. Then, when my order came. I notice my name was said for a mobile order. I asked the manager can she please tell me wha the mobile order consisted of? I wanted to make sure I wasn’t charged twice because I placed an order in the mobile app. Mistakes can happen. Then manager had the audacity to say to me” I am not telling you” wow and she is a manager? That was SO unprofessional. Definitely will call corporate I asked for a refund and left. Bad experience.
I placed and order through the app . I was told the store was closed even though its 24 hours and it completely inconvenienced my night at work as this is where I usually get my lunch if I don’t bring it in. I lost money and wasn’t able to be given an alternate way to get my food. The app states that the store i ordered from is responsible for my refund but the person in the store told me it’ll get refunded in 3 days. Just have an order sitting i can’t oick up.
2/20/24 7:55 p.m called to ask for a manager and right away was very rude. Would not give her name. Had an incident there earlier in the drive thru. The drive thru was also very rude very argumentative. Now I see why because the manager was no better!!!!
This is usually my go to Mc Donald's because they're usually fast (especially during the week with traffic) and accurate. But today, not sure if because there's new staff, but the person taking the orders was very slow. Took me almost 15 minutes to get out of there and there wasn't a big line. Then I get to the window to get my food and the car in front of me and the lady at the window decided to have a long conversation (I'm assuming they new each other). Taking about picking up clothes and tell Laura I said hi. I'm in a rush to get my kiddo to school and myself to work. It's called fast food for a reason. I get to work only to taste an old blueberry muffin =( Has to be at least 2 days old. Very disappointing.
PLEASE YOU WILL GET FOOD POISONING AT THIS LOCATION! I would recommend not going to this location. My boyfriend and I got really bad food poisoning. I got chicken nuggets and he got double cheese burger. He had to deal with so much. With all the pain he ensured. PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!

Terrible drive thru customer service from "Ceci" a shift manager. On Saturday evening 10/5 I had a very unpleasant experience with her and one of the other employees. First, they gave me cup of soda halfway filled up, I didn't say anything, they pass me my food and closed the window, comes back to the window and asked me if I'm missing anything because I'm still at the window and I said, "yes, the strawberry shake and plain sundae" she leaves and brings back a watery shake, I don't say anything. She leaves the window and comes back and rudely tells me that she forgot to charge me the sundae so now I need to park, go inside to order because they have a long line. I said "No, please charge me the sundae" the employee and Ceci are now arguing with me, telling me they can't help me, that they can't charge me the sundae that I need to get off, and that I'm holding up the line. So, I said I'm not moving, charge me or give me the sundae for free. Ceci refused to do either and threatens me, tells me she's going to call the cops, and she can't believe I"M MAKING a big deal for an ice cream, I said "you are making this a big deal". Please keep in mind she's on the phone calling the cops and even had the nerve to ask me for my license plate while I have my two young children in the car, now they are scared. I stayed calmed didn't raise my voice didn't use foul language. I worked at McDonalds when I was in high school, so I know they are just trying to rush me out to manipulate the timer, and they wasted more time arguing with me, when they could've easily made their problem go away. Ceci mentioned it was just them working the drive thru, not my problem specifically when they have nasty attitudes. It doesn't end there; I finally leave because now I'm running late however, I pulled up to set up my gps, so I hear the car behind me asking what the problem was and Ceci proceeds by telling her "She wanted a free sundae". lol the nerve of this shift manager. What kind of employees do you expect to have when their manager has zero idea of how to do her job as a leader. The way she handled our situation was below average and not acceptable. A capable manager what had been able to easily charge me the sundae that they forgot to charge and get me out of there without a problem. So, I left this location with a half full soda cup, a watery shake I end up throwing away, no sundae, and the cops being called at me because between two employees they couldn't handle a very small challenge.
The delivery driver of this McDonald's drove me away. I was drinking my McDonald's coffee in the car when suddenly a loud horn blew, which startled me and I was very angry. The driver did not explain anything at first and made annoying gestures to drive me away. I was almost finished with my existing coffee. I got out of the car and went into McDonald's to buy another cup of coffee. I was thinking of buying the coffee and leaving, but the driver walked into McDonald's to drive me away, and the clerk also drove me away. I wanted to return the coffee but was refused. The clerk said "you will leave eventually." what a wonderful pun, made me feel like I was in the Yellowstone TV series. Eating at McDonalds and parking was like offending a family that had existed for 140 years and I pay money for let them insult me. Dutton never turns away his guests. But you do ;) No fun, no joy. I will not eat at any McDonald's anymore, and I will miss the plain sundae. But it's time to leave McDonald's forever.
Shitty restaurant came to pick up a uber eats order had to wait for the worthless store to open to pick it up. No wonder no-none goods to Mcdonalds anymore. This is the reason why i stop buying from Mcdonalds.
If your into long waits, bottom of the barrel food then this is the place to go. They constantly mess up my order or don’t even put dipping sauce in the 4 pc happy meals. Fries are always old never fresh. They want to up prices but make the food worse and worse daily
I wanted to share what I see in these places so that everyone can avoid having to stop here. I dont why I come back but I think its because its a cheap fix and that's all. my complain is that im always getting a medium fries and they can never put enough fries in the holder. this is not the first time but im thinking this might be my last time here. the place was filthy and no one seems to have any urgency. my food took forever and then to still get half an order of fries is ridiculous especially when all us pay more that 13 bucks . what a joke thrower needs to step up and change this discrepancy. this place is horrible. thanks for letting me share
We ordered at the kiosk and then went to pick up our food. When we asked for a pancake tray, the staff member rolled her eyes and walked away to ask someone else instead of helping us directly. The cookies were not fresh at all—rock-hard and not warm. The fries were also cold and clearly not freshly made. On top of the food quality issues, the staff was extremely rude, barely spoke to us, and seemed very unwilling to serve us. Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to both poor service and poor food quality.
Need to train well one of the crew doesn’t know what she is doing for the order she was confuse what is the order she did not give my order with the drink and when I told the manager she did not say sorry she just said it was accident and she need to train well especially at drive thru when you get home the order is not completely delivered
This is so ridiculous. I get that they are short staffed and have a lot of orders, but seriously? 40 minutes for medium fries? Horrible. Specially when in a rush.
The WORST McDonalds in the world. It’s like eating in an insane asylum. They blare the most staticy, bad reception music I’ve ever heard.. the speaker is obviously blown. Everyone there is so clueless and rude…. The place is always dirty… I’ve never disliked a fast food restaurant more than this… who owns this dump?
*Armando* didn’t help me out at all when the app acted like I used my coupon even though I showed the other cashier that I was able to cancel the coupon because it didn’t work. Other McDonald’s have helped me in this regard while he seemed to lack experience or even care that I need help. I won’t be asking for his help cause or lack knowledge or understanding; if you guys want help ask Raymond he is fantastic! Update 10/25/2025 I came to get hot water for a battery corrosion and they tried to charge me. I work at McDonald's we don't charge for hot water. You guys have the worst service for McDonald's yet
I've been waiting over 28 minutes for an order placed in the app. Absolutely not worth it. Update -- It's been 40 minutes now. I just read the reviews from this place and I should've avoided coming here to begin with.
First time coming here today. The cashier with the glasses has no customer service as a matter of fact she wouldn't speak to me for some reason. I said "Thank you" and she's just staring at me the whole time. I get we all have bad days or you dont like your job but its so rude.
Was told I would only be able to get 2 sauces , even though I paid on the app for them. Additionally, paid extra for a special sauce, which was not given to me. No explanation, nothing.
DONT come to this location! I just came here to get my $1.09 ice coffee, the manager told me I was charged $12 for someone’s meal, how do you mess up your job at McDonald’s? Are you disabled??? The drive thru employee probably did this to many people! Charging people different orders! I never got my refund at all! As of right now I’m contacting my Bank to resolve this issue and I reported to corporate
Armando served my frappe like he had something better to do, it barely had whip cream and Carmel syrup it looks so sad and my fries feel and taste like they've been there since the morning. Didn't know mcdonalds served cold and old fries, felt that it would be obvious but maybe I have to start asking for fresh food everytime I order. Also he has no energy, sounds like he doesn't even wanna work there.
I had a terrible experience attending this Mcsobalds! I was walking by my Neighbor needed a drink I was Denied by 3 Employees very rude in a very harsh full manner. I was trying to just buy a drink Not get it for Free! & was ask to Leave the 3 employees being very Rude, I’m a very qualified Provider who works for the LA county, was wearing very presentable attired… though this doesn’t matter, customers should not be treateded under NO circumstances the way I was just treated… Shame of them to do such a poorly Job, very poorly skills,, Very Negative Behavoir.. Negative Image of a cooperation so well know… I’m so dissatisfied, Dissapointed, & Disgusted by the 3 Employees who were Just sitting down chatting about their personal life’s during Working Hours. Lacking on their Role, & Loosing a well know Customer…….
Horrible service! After I specifically told the cashier at the drive thru TWO times that I wanted no salt on my fries I still received fries with salt. I went back to exchange and I had to wait another 2 minutes after already having me wait in front of the restaurant for my food. Mind you it’s suppose to be fast since it was the drive thru. I talked to the manager about what he was going to do to make it up to me since it’s employees fault and he said nothing. Horrible manager! You’re suppose to make the customer happy by adding to what your store did to mess things up. He doesn’t know what it is to make the customer happy and sweating like a pig on all the food I’m sure.
Horrible service today bad vibes from workers and dirty tables I had to clean myself. Couldn’t even accommodate my child’s toy when I asked if he can have a certain character I called and asked if they had in advance everyone is much more friendly in Azusa locations I go too definitely not coming out of my way for such a bad location again. Server Cashier and Manager Ceci all have the worst customer service
Ordered the Iced Coffee lite ice and the lady manager filled the cup to the top with ice. When I said this is lite ice? She didn't care and said yes. If this is how she treats costumers, I can only imagine her attitude towards her employees. Too bad cuz this McDonald have a lot of friendly staff including other manangers towards their guests.
