Low-key one of the best Panda Express locations around. It’s a bit hidden in the plaza at Grand & Badillo in Covina, but once you find it, this spot stands out. Big shoutout to Kristen — she absolutely deserves recognition. Her attitude, personality, and customer service are exceptional and rare to find these days. She’s always friendly, positive, and efficient, and her portion sizes are consistently on point. You definitely won’t leave hungry. Food is always hot and fresh, and this location is noticeably clean. The team is constantly wiping down and keeping the restaurant spotless, which really shows their attention to detail. Overall, shoutout to Kristen and the entire team here. Consistently great service, great food, and a well-run location. 10/10 — highly recommend.

Recently started coming here and I don’t mind coming out my way to come here. There’s a very nice Hispanic lady that usually always takes care of my order. And at check out there’s a very young cashier very pretty looking that wears a mask. Both ladies make my day. I’m missing one other young lady that is also awesome. But to the owner of this establishment kudos to you for having an amazing staff. Also, the food is the best Panda we have ever had in any Panda restaurant 10/10

Salty, oily food but tastes great. Mostly fried dishes. A select few semi healthy options. Fast and economical. Nice Chinese looking decorations around and Chinese sounding music was even playing. Whether any of this or the food are "authentic" or not, it's a good place for a quick meal. Service was efficient.

Love Panda Express! There are some days where the food is better than others though. If you get lucky enough to go when your favorite entree has been freshly refilled, then you are in for some stellar, fast Chinese food! Overall, no matter what time you go, you can always expect a satisfying meal.

I love Honey Sesame Chicken. They have little panda stuffed animals as decorations. Also has a nicer looking interior than the standard Panda Express.

Warmly greeted by the staff as we walked in. Stir fried food is expected to be oily... but tastes great. Clean place with fast service.

Since the Glendora one openned up a few years ago and has a drive thru, I go to this one less even though it's a little closer to me. Still has good food though.

Food was not up to par, very cold, small portions given and Honey walnut shrimp was not flavorful especially for the extra money. Not welcoming and no one letting customers know when they can walk in and order. Unfortunately I was wanting panda for days now, but I'll not return and just go to my local Chinese food spot.

The food is nicely presented. Cafeteria style service with a smile. This is a generational type of establishment which mostly appeals to today's teens. Rice was a little dry noddkes were decent. Main entries as long as not classified a speciality are good at best. Prices/portions are somewhat better at older style restaurants. kids love Panda then you gotta make them happy.

It was okay, only they were refilling one dish with fresh just made and instead of serving the fresh she gave what was left in the bowl, which was congealed and kinda cold/warm

Quality of food came down. Customer service average Clean place Why do we have to donate our change when we already donate on a different way and to different charity??? Its uncomfortable every time you have to say no to donation. If panda company (or restaurants) care so much for donating, i want to know what's their share? Are we going 50/50??? Or just let the client donate and we look good because we collect?

I order a plate with beef and broccoli,rice two more items ,the boy served me 3 pcs of meat and more broccoli ,I ask him if can have more meat and he told me,that I can order Xtra order,I am not coming back , lately they serve more veggies and rice than meat

Came here tonight, which I usually refrain from coming to this location, in hopes of having a good experience.......low and behold it was 2025hrs and they were consolidating ingredients to other dishes because, as one worker stated, "I don't want to make more of that, so I'm just adding the beef from this one to that one." I refrained from ordering and decided a delicious instant ramen would be a safer bet. This experience solidified not returning to this location in the future no matter how clean it appears.

When you come here you better. Hope Jane isn't the one serving the food. She is extremely rude and gives very small portion sizes way smaller than What is typically given at Panda Express. Avoid having her serve you if at all possible just come another day

We come to the Panda Express at 980 E Badillo We walked in and no line so we looked to see what we're ordering and they had a lot of empty dirty bowls no food in them. The employee hello what would you like, so with the only they had. We made our order we both got the 3 meat and 1 side. My side was Chow mein but it didn't really look like Chow main. We when home eat our food and it was okay but both of us said never again are we going back there.The only think we still had money left on our gift card. On Aug 1, 2025 we decided to go to another Panda Express so this time we went to 856 E Alosta Ave in Azusa at this place the chow mein was the right stuff and it was good and as far as the meat bowls 😊 They had food in all the bowls on display can you believe that 😊. So if you want good Panda Express then go to the one in Azusa and run out of this one

Terrible from the time I walked into the establishment. Never offered any samples, skimpy portions, high prices, unfriendly staff! When asked for more noodles 5 were given, yes I said 5. Humiliating to say the least. Reprimanding the employee who did put more noodles in my order, bad all the way around in front of the other guests waiting to order. I will not recommend this place nor the steak and shrimp they're pushing, so spicey, tasted terrible!! Bad experience from the get go!

Had delivered. Requested napkins soy sauce and utensils not in bag. Container food in made food all soggy and gross. Called restaurant no resolution. Not ordering agsin

They always run out of food. No utensils for a family pack. I asked for hot sauce. No hot sauce. No napkins. Not the greatest Panda 😕

This is horrible 😔 they keep missing my second item for the 4th time. Today they gave me burn rice and of course they missed my second item again. I highly recommend not coming to this Panda Express.

This was below substandard Chinese food to say the least, I walked in and everything looked like it was old and burnt.. asked if they had anything fresh and they had a look on their face like they didn't know what that meant. Went ahead and ordered anyways fried rice and two burnt chicken items came out 13 bucks what a rip off... Never again Panda Express....!!! Didn't even put a fork in my bag how am I going to eat it with my fingers!

This Panda frequently runs out of food well before closing, like an hour or two before. The other problem is whatever food there is 90 minutes or so before closing they try to ration it so they don’t have to make more so you are getting jipped. I don’t know if this jipping is an all day thing but we’ve giving this Panda to many chances and now won’t be back.

Imagine tossing Panda's orange chicken in buffalo sauce, not even a good one, the one from a chain pizza place. That's Panda's Dynamite Sweet and Sour chicken. Gross.

I was in a line with at least 7 other people no one was helping anyone. The chick at the registers was going back and forth between the freezer room and just chit chatting with a customer who paid minutes ago, the dude who was supposed to be helping make peoples orders was working on what seemed to be a catering order that no one was there to pickup for at least 10 mins before actually helping anyone. They need to hire new employees or retrain this is ridiculous never coming back to this location

My grandmother had mistakenly given a hundred dollar bill instead of a 10, and when she went back to ask for it the person in the front was being confrontational. They kept calling her insults which is something you shouldn't do there or any resturant gone. Come here if you do want the scam an old woman special and get yelled at for being someone that wants to get their money back. Jan 24 2025 I want that person on the phone and in the front gone.

Ordered two medium size side items....came to over 23$... Went to Local Place "Rice Express" - by Northview Highschool... Same order was $13 (larger portions too). I will never go to Panda Express again! Rice Express is where all my future business will go!!!

This place would be so much better if Jane wasn’t working there. She has a bad attitude all the time. Not sometimes, but all the time. I’m sure corporate has gotten many complaints about her. All the workers probably hate working with her. She brings bad energy to the place. Not to mention when she makes your plate. You already know it’s going to be small portions.

It was about 4 o'clock in the afternoon, a little early for dinner, but since I skipped lunch I was hungry. After I picked up my order, I was walking to go out of the store when suddenly I spotted a cockroach crawling along the floor. It took me several tries to kill it, but I did. I don't think anybody saw me or was watching as this happened. I wonder if any of the employees or the manager would even have noticed it had I not come across it first. It gave me the heebie-jeebies, and although I was tempted to take my food back and ask for a refund, I just took a deep breath and went on home. But I will not be back to this store.
