Todo fue muy agradable desde que llegamos,la comida 10 de 10 y ni hablar del servicio que fue de lo mejor. En general todo muy bien no como en domimrd que todo tarda 🗣️🗣️🥀

Walked into this place, not knowing what to expect. It is crowded, noisy and jostling while waiting to order. They accept only MX peso cash. BUT... everyone in a big line was nice and we shared menus and laughed at my pidgin Spanish. The big surprise --- it was GREAT pizza for USD $11.00!! The crust was crispy on the outside, yet "puffy" when you bit it. The toppings were also generous. What a surprise - it was so much better than the "hut" in the USA. Also, next door is Coffee Cozumel - which has FABULOUS desserts. Order pizza, go next door and get cheesecake, then come back for your pizza!

My daughter wanted pizza so that's what we got her. I came to Cozumel for food that I don't eat in the states. Anyways the pizza was good, except for the thin crust dough it just tasted a little different. We also got a deep dish I believe and that was good.

Tastes like home. Every though the resort is all inclusive and the food was good.. you just got to grab a Mexican Pizza Hut pizza if you get the chance. Like How often can you say that? We ordered a few larges and took them back to the hotel to eat.

La comida es calidad de Pizza Hut, todas las pizzas tienen buen sabor y como ya saben son los mismos menús en todas las sucursales. El lugar a veces está un poco sucio y los chicos no siempre tienen la mejor atención pero es un servicio rápido y eficaz.

I didn't eat here because they only have a pan sized pizza, came for two slices but they where nice, the place looked very clean and had plenty of space, and the menus looked very appetizing. Although they have a to go menu it is obviously a sit down place.

A little taste of home in Cozumel. Let's face it, it's quite difficult to find a decent pizza in Mexico. The crust just isn't the same, the sauces are off from what you are used to, the toppings can taste different. Pizza hut in Cozumel is hitting the nail on the head with flavors from home. The restaurant is nice, clean, enclosed, air conditioned and no smoking, service is good too. If you have been away from home a while and just want something other than a taco, head for pizza hut.

Pedí una pizza personal de pepperoni, la más pequeña, y tardaron 20 minutos. De sabor excelente por supuesto. Las instalaciones son grandes y confortables, súper céntrico y los baños impecables. Pero organicen la cocina para no perder tanto tiempo!

Pizza Hut in México! Daddy was super excited to try it and for 79 pesos who was I to stop him. While I personally didn’t try any bc I was too excited for Carnaval. He said it was ok, not quite American but not spicy. Did take off stars bc the worker tried to keep my change by saying that he didn’t have any change in the register to give me . 🙄😑

Visited this place, placed an order, nothing out of the ordinary. Pizza gets soggy if not cooked with few extra minutes. This time we asked to keep it in the oven for a few extra minutes to get that crunch. It was ok overall.

Pizza Hut has always been my favorite pizza and it is no different here in Mexico. You can expect the same quality here as you would receive in any other Pizza Hut. You will find some of the menu items are different than a Pizza Hut in another country but it is still great. The only downside is that this location gets very busy at times (which should tell you a lot), the result is service can be a little slow during those periods so have a little patience and enjoy.

Ordered pizza for delivery 5 times over the last 6 months. The pizza was only good once. Very skimpy on cheese and other toppings. The Cajeta dessert last night had the filling outside the dough and hard baked into the bottom of its box. Oh and the delivery driver had no cambio, ridiculous.

Maybe I just hit them on an off day. Maybe they were running out of cheese and sauce. But even the crust is way off. You know the awful pizzas you can buy at the Mega grocery deli? My Pizza Hut Pizza today was like that.

Pésimo, hice mi pedido vía telefónica y llegó literal 2 horas con 10 minutos después. Y no fueron ni para volver a calentar la pizza para su envío. Está pésimo el servicio de entrega. Nada recomendable. Se que una opinión no va a hacer el cambio en los clientes, pero espero alguien de la empresa pueda tener alguna intervención en su sucursal

Pedí una grande crujiente y delgada: para empezar la peor presentación, se veía fea, fea; La orilla estaba larga por lo que en realidad el tamaño de la pizza era mediana, además la orilla está durísima IMPOSIBLE de comer. Fue mi última visita a pizza hut.

Les doy 1 estrella, por falta de atención al servicio. La verdad que he ido ya varias veces, muy recientemente a esta sucursal 1.- la atención en caja es lenta.. hay que repetirle 2 y 3 veces el pedido a la persona que atiende (de que refresco me pidió, de que tamaño su pizza)... 2.- los baños de hombres en particular el lavamanos de todas las veces que he ido está tapado 3.- entran homeless y vendedores ambulantes al área de restaurante 4.- no hay estacionamiento 5.- las Pizzas no son nada baratas, como para estar sufriendo por los demás puntos en este restaurante. 6.- las pizzas siempre han sido buenas, pero es evidente que la falta de supervisión y seguimiento en sus áreas de servicio... no se está llevando a cabo en este establecimiento 7.- mesas sucias 🤧 ... 8.- por cierto, no tienen salsa catsup 👎

Es un dolor de cabeza ordenar por internet ya que se refresca la app de la nada y cuando te cansas y decides llamar por teléfono te dicen que no hay servicio a domicilio. De nuevo, otra razón para preferir a Domino's.

The food is beyond awful. The buffalo wings were slimming and undercooked and smothered in so much sauce I threw them out. My 2 orders of dessert were not in the delivered order and were Chedder Jalepeno French fries that I ended up trying and were so undercooked and just mushy. Thumbs down all the way for this place.

The greedy girl at the order desk expected a big tip before my order was produced. I waited 45 mins for a cold pizza they left on top of the oven and then didn’t cut it. They sprayed PAM all over it to make it seem fresh. Do yourself a favor and walk another block to get a locally made Za that is 10x better.

The price is really expensive for a simple pizza, but that's not the reason of the 1 star. The reason is because people working there are way too slow and the service is awful. I got there sitted and waited for 10 minutes to order and the employee was texting and never came to take my order I had to go and see her. Then another employee takes my order, it takes like 30 minutes before I get a cesar salad and it was like only eating lettuce because there was almost no cheese, chicken ... And when I finished it also took so much time for them to give the receipt that I had to go at the employee again ...

Slow service, mediocre pizzas and SCAM billing. We were asked to pay a random amount which seemed too high so asked for the check. Turns out they were trying to rip us off. Tourist trap place that tries to scam patrons. Stay away!

Stay away from this place, waited for more then an hour for a pizza! And it was to much salty and with barley and sauce. Then we tried to order a desert that should come with ice cream, after half an hour they bring it without ice cream, when we ask them where is the ice cream they said they don't have any..of course we returned the desert.
