If you prefer buttery brioche dough and croissants topped before baking, this is the place for you. Breakfast at this pastry shop is a true symphony of love, echoing some of the words adorning the walls. And what a modern and artistic interior, perfectly representing the heart of Cremona, its hub. I could have stayed for hours just to admire the paintings. I especially recommend the pistachio and bueno croissants. A sweet treat to start your day in the city of violins.

A historic, high-quality pastry shop with an adjoining bar. The staff is friendly and attentive, despite the often long lines. The pastries are delicious and reasonably priced. The best brioches in Cremona, both to eat at your table and to take away: a must-have for breakfast. The new lounge also offers a generous aperitivo.

Pasticceria storica di riferimento a Cremona. Sempre piena a colazione nel weekend, quindi preparatevi ad aspettare un po' per essere serviti. Nonostante il personale sia abbastanza per seguire l'intero locale, si ha una sensazione di frettolosita' nel prendere gli ordini e nel portarli al cliente. Nulla da dire sulle mignon e sulle brioches (anche se un po'vuote). Originali e da provare i cupcake, un po'troppo dolci però. Prezzi nella norma e in linea con altre pasticcerie. Poca cordialità alla cassa (non si possono chiedere conti separati).

Sono stata oggi pomeriggio per una merenda con mia sorella e la sua bimba. Era tutto buono e le ragazze dietro al bancone sorridenti e carine, ci ha fatto poco piacere invece il trattamento della ragazza giovane con la treccia lunga con cui abbiamo fatto ordinazione e ci ha servite. Un consiglio che mi sento di scrivere… oltre ad assumere una ragazza giovane e di bell’aspetto bisognerebbe anche assicurarsi che sia cordiale e solare, due aspetti fondamentali in questo ruolo, se non si è predisposti a lavorare con il pubblico purtroppo si nota. Ci ha preso la comanda già svogliata, a malapena parlava, scocciata. Nel chiederle un po di latte per la bimba nella tazzina da cappuccio dice che non è possibile perché la tazza da latte è quella normale grande. Ma fa nulla, Ci porta l’ordinazione, noi gentilmente ringraziamo mentre ci lascia il tutto sul tavolo ma da parte sua zero, arrabbiata con il mondo. Tralasciando il piattino che era veramente pieno di polvere 😰 le chiedo se, avendo ordinato due the caldi (non ci ha nemmeno dato opzioni per la tipologia di tè e noi non lo abbiamo chiesto perché ci sembrava già essere di troppo) ci potesse portare due teiere con acqua, mi risponde che “lì dentro c’è abbastanza acqua per due” le dico che era solo per metà di acqua calda e non sarebbe bastata, non mi guarda nemmeno più e mi dice “te lo porto” Peccato perché la pasticceria è buonissima, ci torneremo sperando ci sentirci stavolta benvenute

This morning I went to the pastry shop, where, unfortunately, I had a truly unpleasant experience with a waitress wearing a bob. I want to clarify that this isn't a criticism of the entire place, but rather a recounting of what happened. I had ordered a cappuccino with little milk and a lot of foam, since I always try to avoid liquid milk, which makes me feel unwell. The first cappuccino arrived incorrectly: almost no foam. I calmly pointed this out, and the waiter who initially served me was kind and helpful in remaking it. My boyfriend went to the counter to confirm, and the waitress in question immediately responded rudely, telling my boyfriend that "I should have said foamed," in a decidedly impolite tone. Despite the request being explained several times, the second cappuccino still arrived incorrectly. When I went to the counter again to point this out, the waitress raised her voice in front of everyone, saying she had already made it twice and "didn't know what to say." I simply reiterated what I'd asked for from the beginning: not enough milk and a lot of foam, that's all. The third cappuccino finally arrived correctly, but it was delivered to me inappropriately and with further loud reprimands about how I should have ordered it, going so far as to say that "I wanted it made with a ruler." She also added that I should have paid for all three cappuccinos, even though the mistakes weren't my fault. I also noticed that the waitress was very nervous, even talking rudely to other customers, and I saw coffees and trays being knocked over several times, probably due to the rush. Fortunately, in the end, a lady with glasses listened calmly, understood immediately, and was kind in handling the problem, refunding us the amount due after paying and noting the number of cappuccinos listed on the receipt. A pastry shop of the caliber of Sanremo deserves top-notch staff: behavior like the one I experienced today not only makes customers uncomfortable, but also ruins the establishment's image. I really hope this report will be taken as a starting point to improve the service, because the place deserves much better and above all the customers.

Vorrei sottolineare che le torte della Pasticceria Sanremo erano molto più buone di adesso. Addentando una torta, si sentiva il sapore fatto in casa, ma purtroppo quel sapore meraviglioso è scomparso…

Follia!!! Neanche in centro a Milano o a Bruges costa così cara una cioccolata con panna! Servita in tazza piccola, senza neanche un biscotto…abbiamo ordinato 2 pasticcini mignon il tutto per ben 17,…

Una pessima esperienza: ho chiesto un latte macchiato TOTALMENTE FREDDO, quindi con caffè freddo e latte freddo. Apriti cielo, la cameriera (quella tatuata con i capelli neri a caschetto) ha introdotto il processo con un’espressione indispettita quando l’ho bloccata mentre stava per caricare la macchina del caffè per farlo caldo. Le ho spiegato che nel resto del mondo esiste il caffè freddo, che puoi eventualmente aggiungere AD ESEMPIO in un latte freddo. Ma no, lei è andata dalle sue colleghe a dire, cercando di deridermi ‘la signora vorrebbe che uscisse caffè freddo dalla macchina’ non credo ci sia bisogno di specificare che mi si è attappata la vena e le ho risposto a tono, cosa che forse non si aspettava. Le altre cameriere molto gentili, una di loro molto giovane ha offerto da bere al mio cane. Cibo buonissimo, ambiente un po’ sporco ma nel complesso ok.

Aperitivo in due...quattro semplici bicchieri di prosecco, al primo giro hanno portato patatine e olive, al secondo giro nulla, conto 26,00 euro (6,50 a bicchiere) Non aggiungo altro, ma consiglio vivamente di non fermarsi per un aperitivo.

Passing by for a series of small luthiery repairs on my daughter's violin, we were drawn to this pastry shop and café. I come from the city that gave birth to the first Italian espresso machine, thanks to Turin native Angelo Moriondo, way back in 1884: so you can imagine the number of cafés in my city. Well, what I thought was an urban legend has become reality: among the buttons on the counter of this establishment, there really is a "MACCHIATO" button. And if you're unfortunate enough to order a decaffeinated coffee like I did, the price you'll pay for a short break will be the one in the photo: you figure it out. I forgot: Piedmontese coffee roasters, and subsequently the serious professionals behind the counter, also serve a sip of water. The reason is that by drinking water, customers can clear their palates of other flavors, thus not altering the taste of the coffee. This is a way, then, to better savor and appreciate the blend, with all its aromatic notes. I recommend at least this small gesture toward customers at the counter, especially since I'm sure you'll be paying this attention at your table, which is clearly shown on the final receipt under "service." P.S. In the future, I'll likely stop by our luthier again, and I'll be sure to stop by your place and ask for a "ristretto" (a coffee). I'll be very curious to receive your receipt.
