At Trattoria Tre Rose, you'll find Luciano, and you'll be enveloped in a simple, welcoming atmosphere. The dishes are traditional and expertly prepared. From first courses made with fresh, seasonal ingredients to meat or fish main courses, the well-stocked wine cellar will spoil you for choice, but Luciano will be happy to recommend the best pairings. In short, if you're passing through, this is a must-stop. During my various visits, I was blown away by his goose pâté—it's spectacular!
We were there today, June 8th, my wife, my three children, and I. The location immediately made a great impression: rustic and elegant just right. The owner immediately offered a children's menu (cutlet and fries), which the kids loved. We ate equally well, with tasty, generous, and delicious dishes. Everything was truly excellent; we loved it.
Business lunch, very good food, shame there weren't many people. The atmosphere was nice and welcoming, but I can't give you an idea of the price.
We spent a pleasant evening with colleagues, ordering truly thoughtful dishes from the à la carte menu, made with quality ingredients. Prices were in line with the offerings, and the menu was varied and seasonal, featuring local and traditional dishes. Fast and accurate service. A must-try.
Delicious lunch, with top quality ingredients and presentation. Super friendly and a professional service. Highly recommended!
A fantastic place where the welcome is homely. I ate very well, an appetizer with cured meats and giardiniera and a parmigiana and to finish a dessert, a good zuppa inglese. I couldn't have the second course because with the appetizer and the first course I was already full. I will definitely return, the staff is very kind and professional.
Le Tre Rose is an undiscovered gem. Hidden in the Lombard countryside it provides food with rustic, traditional origins that are then elevated to elegant and refined dishes.
This restaurant in Castelleone offers local and seafood specialties. We visited for dinner by reservation. The restaurant has parking, so you can drive right in. Inside, the space is divided into several rooms, all welcoming and pleasant. We ordered an appetizer of culaccia and Russian salad, and another appetizer of warm zucchini with provola cheese: both were very good and well-made! We continued with a portion of tortelli cremaschi and a portion of pappardelle: both were very good, too. Perhaps we would have preferred a little less Parmesan on the tortelli (which are basically sweet, so the Parmesan cheese helps to tone down the sweetness). The portion of pappardelle was truly generous! Finally, we ordered two desserts, which, however, weren't entirely satisfying. One of them, in particular, had a slightly too strong flavor of thickener (or whatever). At the surrounding tables, I saw several orders of fish dishes, a part of the menu we hadn't touched but which would be interesting to explore. The service was a bit slow but very polite and friendly, and the staff were friendly and happy to chat if you wanted. Overall, a very positive experience!
Good food
Beautiful restaurant in the Castelleone countryside. The menu features unique dishes. The specialty is apparently two-tiered pigeon. Dinner with friends for a birthday. Two appetizers: a truly excellent culatello dish and a pumpkin tart on Salva cream, very delicate and flavorful. For main courses: guanciale with polenta, kidney with polenta, duck roast beef with balsamic vinegar and orange, and rabbit leg stuffed with olives. The desserts were also really good and beautifully presented. The quality/price ratio was truly excellent!
Excellent trattoria with a fairly high quality/price ratio. The menu is quite unique, offering duck, pork, kidney... excellent first courses and appetizers. The pumpkin tart on a bed of cream cheese is spectacular. Dinner for 7, including a lady, included a main course for everyone, plus 5 appetizers, 5 desserts, 6 coffees, water, and 2 bottles of wine... €205.
The food is undoubtedly good quality, with tasty and sophisticated dishes, and the staff is polite and friendly. The only flaw is the lack of attention at the tables and the very long wait.
Good evening, why can't you put the real hours on the internet? You put 6 p.m. then we find 7:30 p.m. and it says closed until 8 p.m. Even if your door is open.
THIS UNKNOWN MENU The trattoria is on a narrow road that ends, after a few meters, in the fertile Crema countryside. We came here because we were looking for a place to have lunch after a doctor's visit in Castelleone. We sat down and a young woman came in with a piece of paper in her hand: - Today we have... She listed three first courses and three second courses without showing a menu. We therefore assumed it was the usual work menu at a more or less familiar price. We also asked for wine and were not shown a list. - Today we have Franciacorta or Pinot Noir. She replied that confirmed our belief that it was the work menu. Big mistake! It wasn't a work menu, but a normal "blind" lunch. The prices were never shown to us, except at the end. And finally, we realized the trap we'd fallen into as unwary travelers, created by Lombardy's unhealthy healthcare system, which takes you anywhere for a medical appointment. From Bergamo to Crema! Along the way, three thorny roses to avoid forever.
I'll start by saying that it's a place we go often and have been customers for years, but everything has its limits. We booked a month ago and called back several times during the week to confirm the number of guests and the various intolerances. As a result, today, Easter Sunday, our table hadn't been reserved. The solution was, "Can I put you outside with mushrooms? With some elderly people and an 8-month-old baby, should I be left outside because of your fault?" I think that when you're no longer capable of managing a place, you need to get help from someone truly skilled. It's a terrible embarrassment, and in any case, it doesn't end there. We found ourselves stranded at one o'clock in the middle of the street with no other options and almost felt like we were the ones who made the mistake. The worst experience. Never again. I'm replying to your reply; 1. It's a shame the reservation was in our name, not our last name, and there was no apology. Instead, she blamed the mix-up on her staff. 2. The weather wasn't suitable for sitting outside. It was starting to drizzle and it was cold. With an 8-month-old baby and two elderly people in their 80s, it's not even worth asking to put us outside! 3. We arrived not at 1:30 PM but at 12:50 PM, and she reiterated this several times on the phone: "Come whenever you want, it's not a problem." If she had told us that first-come, first-served basis, we would have sent someone to hold the table. 4. Her offer to give us something to take home was made as a last-ditch effort as we were leaving the restaurant, but it was clear it was a throwaway remark. How long would we have to wait for these dishes? Finally, we had brought relatives and wanted to make a good impression, but that wasn't the case. In fact... a total disappointment!
I hate to write such a review, but it's not good. We waited two hours for a tiny plate of tagliatelle with ragù, which only smelled like ragù. Furthermore, after waiting a good 20 minutes for dessert, we left without eating it, otherwise we'd still be there. It's a shame, because the place would be worth it.
