I had a truly unpleasant experience at this Tamoil service station. The attendant, who from what I've read is no stranger to similar complaints, behaved inappropriately and unprofessionally. On Christmas Day, I stopped simply to check the tire pressure. The attendant performed the check and lightly inflated it, a service normally offered as a simple courtesy. Afterward, however, I was asked to pay "at my discretion," leaving me in an uncomfortable and embarrassing situation. I didn't pay, but I find it unfair to ask for money for a service of this kind without any clear indication or posted price. Such behavior, especially on a holiday, is disrespectful to the customer and damages the brand's image. I hope management takes these complaints seriously and intervenes to ensure professionalism and transparency, qualities that were unfortunately lacking here.

Hello everyone I parked in the parking lot on May 2, 2025, and stayed there until May 5, 2025. The shower didn't work!!! The gas station said the doors were broken! In a word, it's a disgrace. Today, May 19th. At 7:40 PM, a gas station employee tried to extort money for a shower. After refusing to pay, he refused to give me the shower key. I pay tolls and can't wash in a free shower.

The parking is good, with plenty of space for LKVs! There are restrooms and two showers at the gas station! One star for the gas station attendant! He demands 2 euros for a coffee to open the shower, then ostentatiously puts the money in the register without giving a receipt! But considering that in Germany, useless showers are already 4-5 euros, it's not that bad!

Every time I stop to gas up here, I feel like I'm on the beach with the "buy guys." They try to sell you everything, insisting on getting you to check the fluids, oil, etc. I understand it's not their fault, that the orders come from above. I also understand that there's little profit with just gasoline, but this way they drive away customers. I usually drive this stretch of highway, so I avoid filling up here... except in cases of absolute necessity... like today 😔 In fact, even today they tried to sell me the usual window water top-up and oil check. (PS. Car picked up from the dealer today). I filled up with LPG for 25 euros and they don't have 50 euros to change. I had to pay with my debit card. I rarely give bad reviews, but here they all deserve them. A radical change is needed.

I find it absurd and ridiculous what happened at this service station. I went to the camper unloading area, finding no attendant and no intercom like at other service stations. I waited and saw that everything was working and there was no sign saying it was closed or out of order. I removed some hardware tape and went in; after closing the door, I unloaded and cleaned everything up politely. As I was about to leave, a non-Italian gentleman in a Tamoil uniform was shouting that he was calling the police, that I couldn't come in, that the area was closed, and that I shouldn't have. When I explained, I replied that it was a camper area and that there was no closed sign. His response was, "I'm keeping it closed because it stinks!" I then replied that it is not his private property, it is an area that belongs to everyone and we pay for it with the highway toll. He was even more arrogant and replied, "You don't pay anything, I'll take the license plate and call the police." I told him to study the law and then talk. I find this behavior ridiculous. I remember that we all pay for the unloading areas with the highway toll. Obviously, everything must be done with politeness and respect, leaving it clean. It is intolerable that someone arbitrarily takes the trouble to establish his own property and close it whenever he wants, except for obvious reasons. Report these gentlemen to the Autostrade company if they close the unloading area. They will know what to do.

Two employees, one of whom was a woman who didn't help and simply solicited the single gas station attendant. After a 10-minute wait, she finally came out and only serviced the car next to mine for LPG, then went to the service station, where there were two cars and a camper. I left before she returned. They obviously don't need my meager LPG money.
